The only downside was that the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. I called the hotel as soon as I get my luggage, waited in the designated zone but after 55 minutes no came. I asked a Hilton honors chauffeur if they were me ride, and as soon as told him I was waiting for Tru, he ask me how long I was waking…He wasn’t surprised and give me a ride to the hotel. Seems Tru have a problem with picking up guests at the airport. And the service ends at midnight and my flight arrived at 11:00pm. This is something they have to take care of!

I needed to be by the airport to get an early flight out and this hotel served that purpose very well with a 24/7 lobby with coffee. The room was small but clean and quiet. The front deck clerk both at check in and check out were pleasant and helpful. Also easily printed off a list of close restaurants. The airport parking was 4 minutes away. Also offered park and shuttle to airport

Overall this hotel is very clean. I was worried it was not going to be quiet at night because there is a big lobby with TVs and a pool table with many people hanging out. However, if they were loud, I had no idea. It did appear that there were not enough parking spots for all cars, if that’s an issue for you. But over very pleasant stay.

Nicely decorated, modern bathroom. Bed was comfy. Pillows were very lumpy. Breakfast was fine, hot items include eggs, sausage, pancakes and toaster items. Nice selection. Shuttle to airport is a lyft they call and pay for you, which is nice

This was the grossest hotel. The first room was dirty with urine all over the toilet. The second room they gave me had food all over the sheets when I pulled back the covers. And the lobby was infested with fruit flies. I left!

The bathroom wasn’t clean. The shower drain was very nasty, the sink stopper was broken and the sink and floor was dirty. I love this hotel overall and this was my first experience not being able to use the bathroom fully because of its condition. I’ll stay here again, just wanted to bring this to the staff’s attention.

Clean, quiet, and surrounded by lush greenery, this small hotel was perfect for our two-night stay. The room was fresh, the staff friendly, and the mini fridge a convenient touch. We felt safe, enjoyed a simple but adequate breakfast, and loved the location—just 5 minutes from the airport and close to major landmarks. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Staff was friendly at check-in. Our room was modern and nice. Bed was comfortable. Area was nice. Breakfast and coffee was good. It was pretty quiet. Cons: The thermostat in our room was set to 71 degrees and the fan ran all night long, with no way to adjust it or turn it off. We inquired at the front desk about it and were told that’s just how they’re set. What? Ridiculous! Then when we were headed to breakfast (which had a fairly nice variety of things) the janitor was cleaning the restrooms in the lobby area near the breakfast area and it smelled very strongly of Pine Sol. Couldn’t he have waited until AFTER breakfast?

The receptionist/front desk was helpfull and pleasant. The room was very small though, and there is no microwave or coffee maker to use. The soap dispensers in the bathroom/shower are hard and awkward to squeeze. The headboard is dirty with fingerprint marks on it.

Vey convenient to RDU airport. Nice room though small and with little room for our stuff. Did not like the fact that there are no telephones in the room. Took several tries to get the phone number for the hotel and not the number for the Tru/Hilton reservation center. If no phone at least leave a card with the number so we could reach the front desk. Lobby very comfortable wile we waited for time to leave for airport.

Everything was fine except the beds and pillows. The sheets and blankets provided little warmth and the pillows were very worn out. It was poor sleeping conditions. The service was good and the hotel was clean

I am so thankful your staff. Our flight was re routed and we came in late (after midnight). After a frustrating day, the professionalism and empathy of your staff made all the difference. I wish I remembered the young man’s name. He was truly a gem. The next morning, I was very pleased again by the stellar staff. The hotel was peaceful, quiet, welcoming and refreshing. Thank you.

The staff made a HUGE impact for the positive feelings of our stay. Taylor at the front desk had much going on, when our turn came she was focused and so helpful. There had been a miscommunication with someone I spoke with over the phone to ask if we could get a 4:15 am shuttle to the airport. The response was yes, just let it be known when you check in. There was no mention of a “first come first serve” basis….the shuttle was booked! This was distressing, I had called & never told this situation! Taylor handled in a very supportive professional manner. She worked it out that we would make our flight! The property is no frills….there is no soft lighting in the rooms, so stark bright light or no light. There is no carpet, so rooms are very noisy and floor is cold. No coffee maker in the room. Bed was comfortable. If we needed a place for 1 night, I would choose over a motel, but this would be on my “B” list. The staff was FANTASTIC! Thank you Taylor & Antwan & MJ!!!

Traveling on 6/27 with a very long and frustrating day of flight delays our plane was diverted to Raleigh and finally canceled at 2:30 am. Next flight was not for another 12 hrs so we made a reservation at this hotel. What we didn’t know when we made the reservation since it was after midnight is that it is actually for the next night. Since they had no rooms available we asked for a refund. They said we had to contact Expedia since we booked through them. Expedia said since there were extenuating circumstances and the reservation was cancelled only 30 minutes after making it the hotel will likely agree to refund. Hotel basically said we don’t care about you and will absolutely not permit a refund of unused room. I will never stay at another Hilton property

Everything was great, until we checked out. We checked out in the middle of the night because we had to catch an early flight and the guy that checked us out was not at all helpful or friendly. When we came down we weren’t sure if it was closed because he was sitting off to the side. We assumed he was another guest, he seemed annoyed that we had questions and wanted to purchase a drink.

This is an excellent place to stay if you need easy and quick access to RDU. Very convenient. Hotel is pet friendly, reasonably priced, and nice. Breakfast selections were good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Yes, you will hear the planes if you are outside, but in the room, they are not noticeable when the heat or air/fan is on. Tru hotels are a go-to for me when I travel. Convenient to where I needed to go. Rooms are small with wall shelves only, but it's fine for 1 person. The airport shuttle stops at midnight so that's unfortunate when flights are delayed. Coffee was awesome but the rest of the breakfast bar was all carbs and old fruit.

It was clean and friendly, and inviting to stay one more night. Loved the breakfast which was very hi-tech -- wave your hand for 2 freshly made pancakes, the lemon-lime water, steamed chicken or pork sausage, etc. Loved the hand soap which you squeeze - lemon, along with the conditioner, lotion, shampoo. Then no closet of I had a special room, but space was creatively made. Loved it
