I loved how you could’ve miss it because of how colorful it was on the outside :) It was sooo nice in the inside as well! I had a quick check-in & we were on our way! Loved the area & the hotel. I just wish it had an indoor pool for year-round use, especially with kids.

Property was very clean with excellent customer service and a decent breakfast area.

Great experience at this hotel. Hotel seems brand new and is bright and inviting. Staff is extremely friendly. Work out room is nice. Breakfast is good. Convenient location to restaurants and highway.

Very clean, great breakfast, comfy bed, great shower amenities, and the most friendly and helpful staff! The lounge is comfortable and welcoming. Easy check in process and we loved the guest messaging service if we needed anything.

We loved the lobby area for our family. We played games, drank coffee and watched the football games. Great family hotel.

The hotel lobby has foosball, pool table, board games, snack bar, coffee and hot chocolate station, comfortable seats with style, and several tvs. Breakfast 6am to 10am. It is huge. So much to choose from at breakfast. Very very clean.

I was impressed with the facilities

The staff and breakfast was great. Location was excellent. Parking was easy and plentiful. Only problem were the other guest. There were children (ages 5 to 14) running around the whole place. Early morning and at night. So it was loud.

Rooms were smaller than I thought. I enjoyed the lounge area downstairs and appreciate the variety of onsite snacks and drinks.

Easy to find, super clean, very good breakfast included in the morning. I had an emergency and had to delay my reservation for one day, and they accommodated me. Excellent customer service! I would stay here again.

The room I was in had ants. However, the assistant general manager Natasha went out of her away to ensure we were moved to a different room. Her level of customer service and response time was excellent. Thanks Natasha!

The food was horrible! There was food all over the hallways. And the staff was not friendly.

The property was close to dining options, however I could tell my room wasn’t cleaned and the maid didn’t switch out all of the towels or linen from a previous guest.

I had a swarm of ants in the room, got a can of bug spray from the front desk and sprayed the seam between the counter and shelve. They offered me another room, but I stayed put. But then the door to my room wouldn't lock, they spent 45 mins trying to fix it, so I suggested they move my room, which they did (not an upgrade)...whole thing took 1 hour and I missed my appointment. I had the 'do not disturb sign' on my door, yet housekeeping knocked on my door and said, 'housekeeping!'. Over priced. Tiny, tiny, tiny room, 231 sq ft. No microwave in room, and the one they have in the lobby area is almost on the floor - instead of on top of a counter. You have to get on your knees to use it. No coffee maker in room, but they have coffee in the lobby that is either hot or warm depending on the time of day. Minimal shelf & desk space in room, difficult to use a laptop. Internet speed test measured 10.48 Mbps download, 9.94 Mbps upload. Breakfast is basic and ok, but they don't refrigerate the cream cheese as required, which is a health issue. Staff at front desk is reasonable. Location is mixed - on the outskirts of Louisville but there is also a lot of traffic on Blankenbaker. Avoid the highways and take the back roads whenever possible. Room was so small, felt like we were in a closet!!

Rooms are not quiet. We could hear our neighbors screaming at each other and flying the f bomb

They gave us a room beside the mechanical room (109) that was very noisy and we felt a lot of vibration in our room when we wanted to sleep and we had a very bad night after a long drive. Morning when I told that to reception, she didn’t want to even apologize or say sorry she was very rude and that didn’t know anything about customer service. We got a hold of manager and she apologized for our inconvenience.

Was very clean and great staff!!!! Just wish they had microwave and a coffee maker.

Very clean hotel! Love the unlimited coffee in lobby. My room beside elevators was somewhat noisy and getting on internet was tricky (still not sure if this was included in the booked rate or not?). I guess it if only free if you sign up for Hilton membership.

The rooms are smaller than some other hotels, but they are very functional. For what we needed — one night — it was perfect. Clean, fresh, and no unnecessary stuff. A great TV, too.

It wasn’t the worst hotel and it was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The bed wasn’t comfortable and we tossed and turned all night. The AC unit in the room raddled the whole room when it turned on so we were up every 30-45 mins. Breakfast and amenities were good to have!

Our stay was on 10/31/25. The room was the size of a closet with no room to walk. Breakfast was sit down or nothing, not for a person that wants to grab and go. Major discrepancy on pet fee. I saw in a couple of places $35 pet fee, they actually charge $75! I pointed this discrepancy out to desk clerk she looked at sites as well and saw the same thing! She was going to see if she could get a refund for me. Never heard back. Called the hotel the evening of 11/1/25 explained again and he was not at all cooperative basically telling me my complaint was invalid. Will never stay at another Hilton run hotel!

Didn't really like the fact that I had to text a # to get someone to come to the front desk. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

At check in the clerk demanded a payment for “incidentals” or she couldn’t give me a room key. I asked the clerk what were the incidentals and she had no answer. A clear attempt to rip off the customer.

Had some miscommunications and reservation got canceled. Danielle, Sasha, and Debbie corrected the issue without delay. Have a room reserved on our trip going back

Everything about my stay was excellent. This was by far the nicest property I have stayed at. The breakfast was great, with the food choices changing daily. What a surprise. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. You have done an excellent job creating a great place for people to stay.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff were below par, we had to recheck in two times.

This is a very good spot for a hotel, relatively close to downtown Louisville. Only issue I had, was the water in my bathroom was ridiculously hot for taking a shower (FRI & SAT) - there was no cold water functioning - you couldn't adjust it to a comfortable setting, except on Sunday morning, prior to my check out time. Other than that, everything was fine, and I enjoyed my stay .

Seems fairly newly remodeled or built. Super friendly staff! Easy location right off of the interstate!

Nice selection for breakfast. Coffee and tea available around the clock. Room was clean. The only downside was water pressure, a bit low, but the temp was excellent.
