Quality Inn & Suites Carlsbad Caverns Area

Breakfast was simple and hot. The parking lot was nice and clean with a BBQ picnic area. Nice place

This was a nice place to stop. It was close to Carlsbad Cavern. The rooms are clean and staff friendly.

It was a good find and value. Really clean and nice hotel in the area. Gym was good and clean. Great value and good find in the area. Clean room and very cold AC never had to touch it!

We had car trouble and couldn't make our reservation. I understand that this was a non cancellable reservation, but that does not mean that I have to be happy and forgiving that they didn't even talk with me about it.

Breakfast selection was fair, powdered eggs. But bagels, English muffins were ok. Coffee not very good. Easy parking. Responsive staff. First room was on first floor on front side of hotel. Very noisy all night. Bed was low and sagging in the middle. Room phone did not work. Front desk person was asleep when I went to the desk in the morning (6:30) to tell her about it. An hour or so later we changed rooms to the third floor on the back of the property. Much better. General sprucing up of the property would be a good idea.But it was clean.
