First we walk in the lobby and the bleach smell was so strong it burned my throat. Then that night we loss power in part of the building and NO hot water for morning shower and no elevators. Then the next morning at 645 the fire alarm goes off and was a false alarm. Was not a pleasant stay at all.

I didn't like anything. The room was filthy requiring me to go and purchase my own cleaning supplies. I had to ask for housekeeping to clean my room the next day as I returned 8 hours later to the room.the way i left it. With that being said i needed extra towels since my room wasn't cleaned. I had to go to the front desk 3 times to ask for towels they said they would bring. The hotel is noisy and the walls are thin. If this wasn't a work trip and I hadn't cleaned my room myself..i would have left.

Restroom in the room was dirty was not cleaned before we checked in. Show had hair in it and toilet was dirty. Asked them to clean our room next morning and they just made the beds didnt clean restroom or take out trash. Breakfast was horrible not enough food for guest that were there. The staff was very attentive, kind and respectful. I will be going back and recommending this hotel to all that visit the area. The room felt a little stuffy and I mentioned it to the front desk staff, within minutes they had someone in our room fixing it.

Great Hotel and well managed. I liked that the breakfast was served on real reusable plates and coffee cups and less Plastik. Only the forks and knives and some cups were in Plastik. I would really recommend to get rid of the last Plastik to lower the waste, but this is a great step forward. I simply hate eating and drinking from Plastik and also less Plastik saves some waste for the environment.
