Very convenient with airport shuttles.

Very courteous and prompt check in. So glad to have laundry services.

Super clean and modern, breakfast was great and they run the airport shuttle until 12:30am which worked great for us!

It was a great stay. One of two elevators down caused a bit of a bottleneck and they stopped refilling breakfast a bit early for the crowd size, but overall it was nice and I'd recommend.

3rd floor ice machine didn’t work. Breakfast was rough all 3 mornings; out of yogurt 2 of the 3 days, little options, and refill not always timely. Buttons on the elevators were either hard to push or didn’t work to go to floor 1 at all without pushing floor 2. Staff were super friendly the whole stay. I probably wouldn’t go back but it wasn’t a terrible stay.

Great location near Zona Rosa and the airport. Really big rooms and great customer service. I enjoyed a solid workout at the gym. Free breakfast was solid.

I was planning on using their shuttle from the airport and to the airport but was told, sorry, the shuttle is full! Between taxi and Uber I spend $69.00.

Room smelled terrible, but they sprayed something to resolve the issue. Breakfast wasn’t great compared to most of our other recent hotel experiences. Pool area was nice. Gym had no sanitizing wipes. There wasn’t even a place to contain them. Room was nice with a full-sized refrigerator.

The hotel itself and our room was clean. The staff was friendly. The pool was small but clean and well kept. Breakfast was good. It was easy to access and was in a quiet area, but close to gas stations and food. I would definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyed my stay, this was my second time coming there and I loved it. My kids loved the pool. And I loved that they had a 24/7 laundry room.

We checked in Thursday night checked out Monday. Our family of 5 stayed in the Double Queen Suite with the sofa bed. Per their website they have cleaning service daily. Friday morning no one came by so as I was leaving the hotel roughly 10:30, I asked the front desk if they can please have someone come to the room to tidy up the place and give us some towels. All we came back to was towels in the kitchenette sink. Saturday morning, again no one came by, so as we left the hotel same time 10:30sh came by front desk, the SAME person was working the front desk, asked her the same thing, this time no new towels, are dirty wet towels on the bathroom floor to please get someone in there to pick them up. Mind you we have 5 people staying so that’s already 10 wet towels for 2 days. When we returned that evening, the room smelled like moldy wet carpet! Sunday morning which was our LAST DAY/NIGHT at this place, I stayed in the room until 11AM, not one person came to the room. I saw the cleaning lady right outside of our room so I asked her if she’s coming to room 210 and she checked her list of rooms and respond no 210 not in the list! I was furious, went to front desk and of course after me telling the front desk I WILL TAKE IT TO CORPORATE IF NEED! Someone FINALLY CAME TO THE ROOM! 😡 This kind of service should not be that kind of price! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE BE BACK TO THIS HOME2 SUITES LOCATION!!

Great visit. The room was very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable. The bed was probably the most comfortable I’ve EVER slept on. Great visit.

We have stayed at other Home2Suites that were in much better condition. The hallway reeked of THC odors and the room (particularly the bathroom) stank of mildew. The pillows were nowhere near the quality I expect of Hilton Brands. Sheets were pilled and uncomfortable, and blanket for the pull-out couch had several noticeable stains. The pool furniture had chipped paint.

Clean and comfortable

When we first arrived and checked into the room the front desk informed us that the room we had already paid for was unavailable. They said not to worry and got us another room. The room we got was not clean with random pieces of food found around the room, we had a handicap shower and everyone it was used water flooded the bathroom due to the poor design, and finally the last night there it started to smell like weed throughout our entire room while having random parents site in the hall. We ended up cutting our trip short due to the poor experience.

This property needs a major update. While the room was spacious, it wasn’t the cleanest. Needs to be updated and retouched.

Bathroom smelled like Urine so bad it was hard to even go in there to use it. We got out of there as fast as we could.

1st time staying at Home2Suites. Clean, comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Quiet. Conveniently located. Kitchenette extra benefit. Great price.

Spacious well-appointed suite

The room was very clean and spacious as we got a double queen suite due to having 6 people. The beds were very firm and we ended up pulling the mattress off the pull out couch because my kids were afraid it was going to break the frame from all the sounds it was making and because the mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. The people above us had kids and they were heavy walkers all night so we did not sleep much. Breakfast area was clean and had several options. We enjoyed the patio area during our stay.

The bathroom is very small for a room that sleeps up to 6; hate it when you have to squeeze around the toilet! The bedding is not great, very lightweight and thin.

We almost had a good stay. Hotel is good shape, good condition. Employees were nice. Breakfast had potential, with premade sandwiches. Might have been a good idea, but they are hard to access, and may have been left out too long. Bread was hard. Pretty good choices. Our main issues were problems in the room. It was very noisy from other rooms and hallway(s). Also, someone was smoking nearby, and it seemed like it was being vented directly into our bathroom, which retained the smell for the whole trip.

Modern

The staff here were very friendly and made us feel comfortable! The breakfast was really good with many options. The rooms were spacious and had a quality kitchenette as well as what we needed to store and prepare food.

We had a. 1 bedroom suite to be able to visit with family. 4 kids & 4 adults…no one felt crowded & the kids loved the pool! Perfect place!

The person who checked me in (lady with green eyes and piercings was very professional and courteous, as well as the shuttle drivers. 10/10 service. My only comment would be that there wasnt anyone to check me out. I just left my keys

Good location. Hotel in excellent condition, room very comfortable. Breakfast available was exceptionaly good . Staff working at the desk and setting up and assisting in the breakfast area service were friendly, cheerful, obviously liked what they were doing which helps set the tone and comfort in staying at any hotel. I was most impressed

The staff especially Devenie at front desk was amazing.

Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely unhelpful. They used multiple excuses when trying to get information about when the room would be ready (once the staff did a shift change, the room was magically available right away) and when asking for a late check out, we were told we couldn’t do that because we booked through a third party. Just extremely rude to us for no reason whenever we had a question.

Check in was a bit confusing for the clerk but I did ask a number of questions.

This property is always clean and efficient. Dining and shopping is a very easy ride about 2 miles away, without having to get on the interstate.

The hotel beds were very comfortable! Easy to navigate to and from hotel with lots to do in the area. The only downfall of this hotel was the breakfast was lacking. There weren't much of anything to offer for breakfast and the milk in the cooler was expired but otherwise an enjoyable stay.

For the rooms to be over 100.00 a night the breakfast could be a lot better and they don’t let you fix your own food there’s someone standing there asking what you want and cook it instead of it being fixed already and you just put it on your plate. It wasn’t much to choose from very basic

The mattress was no good and the sheets were terrible. The worst breakfast I have had at a Home2suites ever. I would not stay at this location again

It was just a very pleasant 4 night stay…. The breakfast was very good and the ladies that took care of it were outstanding.

We were staying at a hotel for one night since our flight came in near midnight, then went to see family after that. No issues getting into our room that late. We had the suite so two beds plus the couch into a bed and we were comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was good and had a great variety even though it was a weekday. Would stay again for sure.

Everything was great except the breakfast . The breakfast sandwiches were cold.
