Beautiful hotel! Bar was recently renovated and looks great. Vodka martinis and old fashions are well made and fairly priced. Breakfast is really, not inexpensive, but very good. Staff is very friendly from the valet people, to the bartenders, to the servers, to the shuttle drivers. Front desk people are very helpful. Very close to MD Anderson. Less than 0.5 mile walk to the main building, but the shuttle can also give you a ride. Rooms are clean. Robes are very nice. TV streaming services available by casting from your phone, so very easy. We've stayed at several other nearby hotels, but the InterContinental is the best.
