Beautiful hotel, comfy rooms. Loved the pool, hot tub and gym. I wished the breakfast was included for the price. But the location is perfect for downtown Boise. Safe to walk at night and friendly Boise people.

My room at the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Boise was clean and quiet. I was not happy with the $50.00 dollar extra amenities charge since I did not use any amenities whatsoever. Plus, this hotel does not have an airport shuttle for guests like the other downtown hotels.

Amazing! My kids played in the pool, I could have a cocktail with the bar right in the lobby. Comfortable beds, wonderful breakfast, easy parking. Will absolutely stay again!

The pool and hot tub closes at 10pm instead of staying open 24 hours. The pool is small and the hot tub water was yellowish. The pool was full of one large family and there was no room for others to go in the pool unless they wanted to endure angry stares and stand in an over crowded pool. The hot tub already had four people in it and they did not look like they were ready to budge. I believe this party intended to stay the until 10pm close time. It was already 8:46pm so there was no chance that I could comfortably use the pool or the hot tub. Another problem was that I had pay for parking. I've never experienced this at a hotel that is accommodating guests. The room was nice but the amenities that meant most to me- the pool, hot tub and parking, were not available or available at an extra fee.

Convient to downtown,and,very walk able. Breakfast staff was helpful and fun. Did NOT like the suprise 15 dollars a day to park, that no one talked about. Little to no other parking avalible and when i asked to talk to the manager about it, i was told they were busy. After giving my number to call me i was never contacted about this. That, is not what i expect from a Hilton.

Customer service was nice and friendly. Lobby area was spacious and clean. However, the room did not match. The carpet was terribly stained and the hard surfaces appeared as though housekeeping forgot to wipe them down. There were several coffee stain/rings at the bedside shelf, and there were dirty smudge marks on the cabinets.

Did not like how dirty all the furniture was and the cheap bedding. Bathroom was also very dirty and on top of that, the heater was broken. Not a fun experience. Especially because we had to stay due to a severe emergency.

The location was perfect, really close to downtown and BSU. We had breakfast in the morning, unlike most “buffet style” meals this had actual juicy fresh fruit, and real bacon:) the beds were great, a little firm but I thought they were comfy and I had a good nights sleep. AND, it smelled great inside, really fresh and clean!

Our room was on the top (5th) floor and was on side of hotel that was facing a very, very busy road that had extreme road traffic ...very noisy !!! Also we tried to use the in-room controls for the heating/air conditioning to drown out the extreme road noise and did report it to the front desk

Great hotel, just in the city center. Walking distance to Capitol, restaurants, etc. Great service and amazing people all around. Only downside is that you can actually hear the street below in your room, even the floor vibrates as the cars pass by (if that is sth that bothers you).

This hotel is on the busiest road ever. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and did not sleep well due to the insane road noise - motorcycles and trucks with lift kits - kids doing laps around downtown around all the bars from 9pm-2am. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean and comfortable but the noise factor on the rooms facing the street make it very hard to sleep.

Nice location, but exceedingly loud on traffic side of hotel. clean room, but fan on heat/ac system blew 24/7 and I was unable to turn it off. Nice pool and hot tub area and very good housekeeping. I had requested quiet location away from elevator, but was then moved to room over the highway side of hotel which was very loud all day/night.

I prepaid through Expedia but was triple charged the room rate when I checked out because they were struggling with a new system. My bank had to raise a dispute with the hotel. Because I have wasted countless hours on getting these charges reversed it completely ruined my experience at the hotel.

Great location. Breakfast is $14, but that was not made clear at check-in or signage entering the breakfast area. We discovered signage after dishing up our food. Check-in simply stated, "Breakfast is behind you from 7-11am." No mention of charge in a day and age where a breakfast is typically included.

The gentleman at the front desk was great & super helpful! Room was clean & quiet. Only couple things that we didnt like was when we went to eat breakfast, they had a super limited selection. The woman who was running around helping everyone in the dining room was kind, but the man cooking food refused to make anything else because there was limited time left for breakfast. (This was around 8:45 am.) Many other after us showed up and dint have much to grab to eat.

I liked everything about it, well located to the main downtown area, the staff was excellent, breakfast buffet quite good, and the room was updated and spacious. I'd definitely stay there again.
