Very nice hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Nice amenities with firepit patio and BB hoop. Nice big area for gathering and having breakfast. Would stay here again!

The staff was so nice! They were welcoming from the get go, when we did not have enough supplies in the room for the number of people we had, they kindly gave us more. The continental breakfast was awesome! The room was spacious, enough room to move around with 2 adults and 4 kids. The two TVs was a plus! Not having to argue over which show to watch or cartoons! The hotel was plenty busy and we had no issues hearing other people within our room. The beds were comfy! The only negative was the pool was closed, but we were able to use double trees. If we need a hotel in a future this is definitely one we would return too!

Pool and hot tub were closed breakfast was good but they served the same thing all three days we did get to use adjoining pool and hot tub but they were very busy serving 2 properties our room was very nice.

Stayed here for a family trip. We were there for 3 nights. Room was not cleaned once during our stay. The pool and hot tub had way too much chlorine. Beds were okay. Couldn't hear outside noise which was nice.

I had a nice room, and the free breakfast buffet was delectable. However, the exercise room had a rank odor, and the medicine balls were sticky and thus not clean. I chose not to exercise there and was grateful for the hand sanitizer in the room.

We were in a room near the elevators, but you couldn't tell. The staff was courteous and helpful. The pool was warm, hot tub was hot! Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choices. We will definitely stay again!

The sheets had “poop marks” as my kids called it- I needed to change the sheets before sleeping. The whirlpool was down- had to go next door for this. Staff was great.

All treadmills shorted out. Trash around the outdoor areas. Room not ready at 3pm. Had to wait 90 minutes. Bureaus in rooms fall over if all drawers are out. Very unsafe for kids.pool dirty.

Room was in good condition. We wanted to go the pool as we typically do on our hotel stays but it was closed. The hotel is connected to a few others so they offered we could visit the next pool. Their pool was small and dated and I also did not like the longer walk through their conference area/lobby or bar in my bathing suit. Also, closest entrance to our room was closed for exit only so we had a longer walk to room with luggage.

For a Hilton property I expected a lot nice room. Bed are old, couch was very dirty and gross. Bathroom was run down and looked like they had a water leak that they just used clear chalk to fix it all and not replace. Multiple things didn’t work because of fuses going out. Just a run down room and property!

Room are not as clean as I expected from an Hilton will be. My initial room had a bed with a lot of pet hair on it. I requested a room change and the next room had a lot of crumbs on the floor and missing curtains which prevented me from covering my windows as I would like at night. Definitely not worth it for the price.

The building is old. In our room there were cracks in the walls, floor under carpet made noises when you walked on it like it was old and the bathroom had some stains on the wall and needed some TLC for the tub and tiles.

I pulled back the sheets after I woke up in the morning and found what looked like feces smeared on the sheets that I had just slept in. I was disgusted - I sent an email to Hilton. They called me back but said they were a different management company and couldn't help. I complained to the front desk. The girl there was nice and said the manager would call me to discuss but he never did.

Unfortunately our TV remote wasn’t working so we needed to call the front desk and they responded promptly with replacing the batteries. Then we realized we didn’t have an ice bucket so needed to go to the front desk to get one. They couldn’t locate one so gave us a pitcher instead. I’m addition to all this the room was subpar for cleanliness. Disappointing as we paid over $200 for the night.

I received a message from Hilton to download their app and use it to do check-in and I could select my room. I vape so I selected a room on the first floor next to an outside door. When the app told me my room was ready, I was given a completely different room on a different floor. The room was spacious with a king bed and pullout couch, but the garbage disposal and the microwave in the kitchenette area did not work. The front desk told me I did not get the room I selected because it had either not been cleaned or because of maintenance. The fact that I had selected the room almost 24 hrs in advance and the fact that the garbage dispoal and microwave was not working in the room I was given does not excuse either of their explanations. For $150/night, I expect better and cannot recommend this hotel. The complimentary breakfast was also average at best. If you have a family member at the nearby Sanford Medical Center, this is a close, convenient location, but otherwise I would not recommend it.

The patio area was very dirty. Cigarette butts on the ground, the couches to sit on outside were dirty and there was trash on the ground. On our room the couch was n bad shape and stained and our fridge quit working and we had to have someone come in and fix it.

The property was well-appointed with many amenities. The room decor was beautiful with a king bed, couch, sitting area, large studio kitchen and big bathroom. The bed was very firm. The water pressure for the shower was very low.

Called to hotel the morning before checking in to let them know I would be checking in late. The manager made note on my account, and confirmed my booking, and that I was “good to go, see you tonight”. Arrived around midnight to only find out they did not have a room for us! So we had to haul all of our luggage and items back out to the car and go to their “sister hotel” at Four Points to spend the night. And that hotel was old, dirty, and disgusting! Never again! The only response for not having a room for us is because we booked through hotels.com which is a third party. I will never go again through this company or this motel!!

Quality stay as far as conditions of facilities. When arrived for check-in there was nobody at front desk for over 25 minutes. Totally unacceptable. Last thing a person wants is to get in after a long night of fun and have to wait over 25 minutes because there is no one attending frontdesk.

I was not given a double queen room like I had selected and needed due to the number of people in our party. The staff were less than helpful and I asked multiple times. I understand if we needed to wait until that room type was clean or if they just didn’t have any but then I was charged for the room I selected and got a king room. The room I was given was about $40 cheaper per night but I wasn’t given a discounted rate. It was very disappointing.

This is tucked away from busy street/highway. It’s close to strip mall shopping and mall shopping. What we didn’t enjoy was the loudness of the ppl right outside our window sitting by fire pit drinking at laughter at 1am. We got to breakfast I’m assuming too late but we were there at 10 AM Sunday morning with two grandchildren and they were breaking it down. Done for the day. I got the last egg and shared it between two kids, no juice available, EVERYTHING was getting put away before our eyes. We felt rushed and thought we were there in plenty of time to avoid this. I feel with the amount of money we spent on this Hotel & plenty of others around this area, we would sooner go to another. Just expected better.

Our guestroom’s fridge has a knocking noise the whole night and I couldn’t access the plug in to unplug it. The breakfast area was unclean and the food quality at the breakfast buffet was subpar. The fitness room was nice but no sanitary wipes to wipe equipment down. Only a large bottle of hand sanitizer available. The price was quite high for the quality of the hotel.
