The staff was very friendly but the room looked tired, the guests in the next room were very noisy, the coffee was warm (said the machine was not working) and certain breakfast items were not ready on time. They had a nice large grass area to walk the dogs in the back of the hotel and we even saw a few deer there so that was a nice feature. Overall the experience was just ok. If I come through town again I will try a different hotel.

The hotel is new and in a great location with alot of restaurants in walking distance. It was clean, the beds comfy, tons of channels on TV, the gym equipment was nice and so was the breakfast. For pet people, there is a huge grassy field behind the hotel for exercise and pottying.

Staff were very professional, accommodating. and knowledgeable. Breakfast was very good and staff were again great. Rooms were good sized, clean, and quiet. Bed was a little firm but we slept well. Access to property was easy and parking has lots big enough for full sized cars or pickups, nice touch. Quick access to restaurants and pretty much any services.

The staff was great but a couple of things need to be addressed. I don't think the cleaning staff remember to also clean the furniture. The sofa in our room smelled of sweaty body odor. Don't overlook that. Also a clock would also be nice to have. There was an alarm but not a way to set as a clock.

Overall my stay was very nice. My only complaints would be that the cable didn’t work in my room and there was no guide, which made it impossible to find shows. A channel that worked in one room wouldn’t work on the other. We also could never get signed into the Wi-Fi in our room. I wish their breakfast hours were the same all week. We needed to leave by 7:30 our first morning,so 7am worked fine. But the next day we needed to leave by 6:30 so we had no access to breakfast despite paying for the option.

Thought the upgraded sliding barn door to the bathroom and closet was neat. Wasn't thrilled about the handicap bar in the shower obstructing my ability to get under the water. It needs to be moved more to the center of the side wall or the shower head needs to be replaced so that the water shoots out to the middle of the tub.

I have no real complaints. It was an ok motel. The beds were terribly uncomfortable, the shower looked like it had been stained with purple shampoo, and the room was either freezing cold or hot.

Staff was friendly, nice room. But the shower pressure was awful!!!!! Also the heater was turned up to 78 when we arrived ! It’s the end of July , the heater is the last thing that should be on! Took forever for our room to cool down upon arrival

Told the front desk personnel that the key swipe did not work. It appeared that I was asking to much for him to look into it until the third time I had to walk all the way around to the front entrance to get back to my ground floor room.

The young lady st the front desk was especially helpful, personable & made me feel very welcome! There was a man in the parking lot one night who was looking over cars, I thought he was checking out his own truck & trailer, but he went from place to another looking over the cars. She immediately went out to investigate his business in the hotel parking lot. She made me feel very safe & cared for! She also remembered me when I had to book an additional night because my flight was cancelled. That kind of service impressed me & she is to be recognized for her excellent customer Service! Thank you!

I left some personal things in the room after I left. Called to get them back and I guess the maid service already stole the things and kept them. So much for honesty and turning them in!! Also, the night manager was not very nice when we checked in.

Check in was great. We arrived kind of late, but the woman at the desk was great. Positive and friendly and she handled our checkin with no problems. I sure wish I could remember her name, because employees like her are an asset to your organization.

Very nice and clean hotel. Very helpful during tornado weather. Very professional while guiding everyone to safe shelter during the 6:30 am tornado warning. Brought us water and coffee service while we were waiting the all clear. Much appreciated.

The clerk Kristin was not very friendly when checking in at about 7pm. She acted put out when asked questions and really only cared about playing on her phone. My room didnt have a channel guide nor did the tv offer a guide. I asked the desk if there was one somewhere and she said she didnt know. Id stay there again if i could interact with the lady that was there the next morning at checkout. She was amazing and super friendly!

First and foremost, the service was top-notch. There was an issue with my booking, but the manager got the issue fixed very quickly. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet. Room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel location has many shops and restaurants close by and highway access out front. Highly recommend!

Great location right off the interstate, close to many good options for dining. We were able to drive a short distance to Costco to get gas for cheap and enjoyed dining at Chuy’s. The hotel was in great condition, the staff was very friendly, would definitely recommend this location to others and would stay here again 👏👏

In town for a tournament. We'll stay elsewhere when we're back in town for the next one in a few weeks. Breakfast doesn't start until 7 AM on weekends, which is too late for us. The women in the breakfast area wouldn't let our kids just grab some pre-packaged stuff to go. Understandable since it was a few minutes before 7, but still crummy. No cups/glasses in the room. Had to go to the lobby to get some. No soap for the shower suplied in our room. They were out of hot chocolate packets in the lobby when we were leaving, and no lids for the coffee cups, anyway. We stayed here about a year ago and it was in better shape at that time. On the plus side, the room and lobby were clean and there were lots of restaurants nearby.
