Overall very good, I felt property was secure , one if my worries is vehicle being vandalized, security officer (Mr atwell ?) spoke with us I felt secure after speaking with him. Front office lack a bit of customer service ( greeting customer / being friendly lacking) but I have had worse. Maybe just greeting customer with a smile 😊 (goes a long way).I know I’m a business owner myself. ( my motto is (“Kindness changes everything”) One suggestion to add,l really enjoy you have breakfast but mybe having until 10:30 on weekends.:)

Great hotel stay and so appreciated the multiple Tesla charging ports. Breakfast was exceptionally good at this location and very friendly hotel staff. Loved it so we extended our stay for longer.

First night staying we got robbed and we noticed because someone else who got robbed told us. Apparently, someone disconnected our alarms from our f-150 and cracked our door. So basically it was just on f150 vehicle\'s we where a total of 3 ppl. We called police to do the police report and they took life and eventually didnt came. Since we needed a police report in order to look at the cameras. Then police called and said if we could go to the station to do the police report like seriously. We felt super unsafe staying here to be honest we didnt want to stay here again but since we had done reservations thru 3rd party we couldnt receive a refund to go elsewhere. To be honest, room is not bad but outside parking terrible experience and felt unsafe here with eventually no help of staff to see the cameras and to top it of the day we came there was a ""suppose"" security watching around. Well he wasnt doing his job correctly. For the robbers to disconnect our alarm system cracking and damaging our trcuk just terrible

I love the full kitchen and the spaciousness of the room. It is very clean and looks brand new. I was able to access my Netflix account on the television. The bed is firm and comfy. There is a nice gym, pool, laundry room, and food and drinks available for purchase. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was a fantastic choice! It's located in a quiet yet convenient area, which made my stay very relaxing. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious, and I especially appreciated how well the air conditioning worked—much better than what I've experienced at other, more outdated hotels in the Houston area. The parking lot is monitored by security, which gave me extra peace of mind. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, greeting me every time I walked by. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. The only area I think could use some improvement is the breakfast selection. While the options were limited, everything they offered was fresh and delicious. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was nice and the room was as well. There was only one issue…the room curtains smelled as if they had been soaked in urine. It was a very disturbing smell. I had to spray disinfectant on the curtains, constantly, to get some relief from that odor.

Nice hotel. I belive it was recently renovated. Staff was really nice. Overall the hotel is pretty clean. Carpets had a few stain spots in the room and a torn spot. No big issues for me. Bathroom was clean as well.

It was a very nice place to stay. we liked the layout of the room. I would give it 5 stars, but there was a slight odor in the room and I smelled it in the elevators also. It could've been some cleaning product but it smelled a little like cat pee. It wasn't overwhelming.

Overall a very enjoyable stay! Liked how spacious the suite was. The room where the 2 queen size beds were was very spacious. The living area was nice, but the sofa was very uncomfortable. Liked having a full kitchen. The breakfast was very good with friendly staff, but the front desk staff could have been a little more friendly and attentive.

The rooms are big and quiet and everything works. It was just what I needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My only nit-pick is the single use water bottles they use. Though it's nice gesture, I wish there was a more sustainable way to keep their customers hydrated. Otherwise, an excellent stay.

Probably the best breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. The usual eggs bacon etc but also a taco station, chicken carnitas, oatmeal with every possible addition. Tons more. Very friendly staff running it and keeping it clean. Room was nice, stove, full fridge, microwave, pots pans etc. Like the bed is in a separate room with separate climate control. Front desk rep Marrica super nice. Great stay!

The hotel was fine and the staff were very nice. It's tucked away enough from I-10 that you don't hear the bulk of traffic noise. The one-bedroom suite was large and clean, however not having a door to the bathroom sink was a little awkward in the middle of the night. The most annoying aspect was that the hotel was in the process of putting new carpet in the hallways while the rooms were occupied. So at 9 am we heard loud pounding and hammering, and then they had to prop open each room door in order to get the carpet in that section. If I had known about this beforehand I wouldn't have booked, or the hotel should have severely discounted that day.

I was charged a $40 valet laundry service I did not use. Front desk would not remove the charge from my ticket. Told me they would need to investigate, review all laundry receipts, and then get a manager to review that would not be in for two days. Staff was completely rude.

This Homewood Suites hotel is the absolute best in the area. It is in the perfect spot for those who need to visit Katy and downtown areas. Also, Sean has been AWESOME! He always takes care of us and I always feel right at home here.

I liked everything about it, but I called the hotel few weeks before to leave a message that my flight is late, so will arrive late. For whatever reason, the message was not left and I was little frustrated. Fortunately, the receptionist that welcomed us said, she almost canceled our booking, but she did not. We were relieved, but it could have been disaster if canceled. Wish they have better communication system or make sure client's message accordingly.

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is very clean. The hotel staff are so nice especially to those that are serving in the kitchen. They go above and beyond. On Saturday they had chorizo with papas along with other traditional breakfast items. On Sunday they served carnitas. I was beyond impressed, it was very delicious. Our room was a junior suite and we loved the mini kitchen it offered. We will definitely book again in the future.

Was very impressed with this particular Homewood Suites. It is 15 to 20 minutes drive west of downtown Houston, but would definately stay here again. Workers are very attentive & accommodating. Breakfast was very good with multiple options; breakfast was not the same two consecutive days. There are multiple workers at the breakfast buffet constantly making sure food does not run out, cleaning tables, & greeting hotel guests. Very impressed with the room, very clean, bed very comfortable, good size bathroom, clean and organized kitchen. I will definately stay here again; they just need to continue hiring the awesome people that are currently working & proudly maintain this Honewood Suites.
