Hi! My friend and I enjoyed our room and stay. We just noticed a couple small things that would’ve made it more comfortable: 1. We ordered a wake up call and didn’t get it. 2. The exercise bike had an issue. 3. The remote had an issue so we called and they brought us a new one but it had an issue as well. 4. No conditioner nor lotion. Other than those things, everyone was excellent and I’d stay there again.

Overall very nice hotel, the star-trac elliptical in the Fitness center was broken, & only 1of the 2 EV chargers was working which caused some difficulty as there were 4 EV vehicles trying to use 1 charger.

Selected the hotel due to its proximity and the charging stations on premise. While one was out of service, we were pleased they were free and there were high speed charging nearby. The staff were so friendly and we would especially like to note the kitchen staff who served breakfast. She was so friendly and helpful and really made for an excellent stay for our family.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom was updated and very nice. The lobby area was inviting and loved that there was fresh coffee out all of the time, not just in the morning. Plus real creamer not powder. There were fresh apples too. The breakfast was a very good selection, including yummy breakfast sandwiches. There was a great selection of items to put on or into oatmeal but there was no oatmeal to be had. Bummer. The pool was clean as was the work out area. Loved that there was a fire pit area to sit out at and relax. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were greeted by Mark, most helpful, capable, friendly front desk personnel. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The room smelled clean in addition to being clean - no musty a/c or bathroom odor. The pillows were perfect, the shower and bathroom sparkling. Would absolutely stay there again!

The tiles were broken off the bottom of the wall in the bathroom. There was mold all over the bathroom. The chair for the computer desk was repulsive. The ottoman was ripped up and the fake leather was flaking off. They didn’t even leave a bar of soap in the bathroom to wash our hands. Such a disappointing stay

I would never stay at this place again. Pubic hairs all over the bathroom, stains on all the furniture and rugs. What looked like fresh vomit in room when entered. Had to call desk to get cleaned. Pool was FILTHY! Then there is the customer service which was even worse. They conveniently cancelled my reservation through Expedia and then upcharged me. NEVER again will I stay here. Microwave had bread crumbs inside, dishwasher was so filthy on the outside we never opened and there was dried on food on the inside of the kitchen sink. No bedding, other than pillow, in room for pull out and only a sheet and sheet like thin cover on bedding. Had to request extra bedding. On the 2nd day we requested clean towels and thankfully looked at them before using as they had fresh stains. Very unsanitary.

Everything was great . The only problem i had was in the morning i found a roach. Which i killed. Other than that Everything was excellent. Breafast was amazing. Staff was helpful and welcoming.

Property was clean and very nice. Rooms are spacious and have quite a lot to offer. Fridge, dishes, dishwasher, microwave, silverware and more. Bed was comfortable and pull out sofa was better than expected. Breakfast was one of the better 'serve yourself' setups I've had. Eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, cereal, breads, juices, coffee, etc. Very good food with a very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!

Room size was large and well equipped. TV is not in a good place to be convenient to both queen beds. Beds are comfortable and room was clean. The bathroom pocket door had a broken handle, and the floor/ceiling system is not quiet. Heavy footsteps above are very annoying.

Breakfast was great. One of the better options at a Home2Suites we’ve been to. The window in our room was right next to a noisy highway and it was not a peaceful night hearing trucks go through all night. The ottoman had a huge rip in it it looked like they tried to glue back together and a couple pieces of carpet squares were coming up. It just needs a few adjustments and it would be a very nice room.

The window in our room was covered in dirty finger drawings, the beds were uncomfortable, the shower had an orange stain in it that couldn’t come out and we could hear the people above us all night.

This was the best hotel experience that I have had in a very long time! The property and the room were clean and convenient! Easy parking too! The staff were super helpful and friendly! We will most definitely return to this particular hotel when we are in the area again. I highly recommend to anyone and will recommend to friends/family!

We arrived around 3:40pm, check in time was 3:00pm. Our room was not ready, we had to wait in the lobby for almost an additional hour for them to get it done. It was very aggravating especially when we had perishable food in our car that we just bought from the store expecting to be able to take it in and put it in the fridge when we got there. It was 85+ degrees outside. The beds are pretty uncomfortable and hard as a rock. The breakfast variety was good but all the food that was supposed to be hot was cold and I know we weren’t the only ones that noticed this as a couple families had made their plates and took them back to their rooms to heat them up. One lady asked the person that was taking care of it to heat them up in the microwave. Other than all of this the room and hotel was pretty clean.

The management at this location blatantly lied to us. We got to this location late at night and when we asked for an hour to check out late, on a Sunday, they told us they were booked solid and could not do it. We checked all the travel sites and behold, could book multiple rooms without an issue and when we confronted the front desk again they lied to us. We travel and use Home2 for our family and for work. This was very disappointing and we will not be going back as this management team proved to be incompetent liars.

We stayed at Home2 Suites as we were attending a concert at Blossom Music Center. The room was clean and well appointed. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Breakfast is served (the coffee was very good). Access is easy off Ohio Route 8. We would certainly stay there again if we were attending another event at Blossom.

This was a VERY nice hotel. I've never stayed at Home2 Suites before, and I was very impressed, and will definitely stay there again. The room was very VERY nice, with a beautiful kitchen, seating area, and even a roll out table for eating in your room. The best thing was probably the man working the desk when we arrived, tired, after a long day's drive. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made a point to make us feel welcome (bonus - he was funny, too).

Found the Home 2 Suites to be a very clean and confortable for our overnight stay. Check in was easy, parking plentiful and breakfast pretty good in the AM (big variety). If I had one observation for this location is that the carpet in our room (and thru out the motel) was carpet squares and the edges show but no deal breaker in my book. Location was close to Blossom Music Theater which we were there for a concert. Would stay again if in the area

I have stayed here regularly for work and during each trip, i generally stay 4 to 5 nights. One potential improvement is to offer a variety in breakfast choices. It becomes quite boring day after day with very little variety. Would love less heat and serve and more fresh and healthy choices.

BREAKFAST. It would be great if there was VARIETY. Your elevator signs brag, but really you just present the same choices over and over. How about some various fruits *cut up* berries, melons, and hash browns or bacon, sausage? After my first day, i'm already tited of my options.
