I loved the views from my room and the 5th-floor communal space. The beds were comfy, the staff was friendly, and everything was clean. It's just that the room was very basic, definitely no frills. Also, I got charged $20.00 a night for a "destination fee" whatever that is.

The Jupiter Next was a great place to stay. I was in Portland for a week and I felt like I was in a much more expensive hotel. The room was super comfortable and spacious. I got upgraded to a nicer room on a higher floor with a view. My complaints are so minor...the room should have a few drawers for storage and the morning coffee is subpar and weak. The location is also great. Near great restaurants like Canard and Kann and so easy to get around the city.
