Self parking $20 was far away. 2 of 3 elevators were broken. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean, spacious room. Most of Breakfast was pretty good, turkey sausage, oatmeal with toppings, bagels, muffins but croissant sandwich tasted kind of bad, didn’t eat it.

The biggest disappointment was there were no bathrobes. Not sure if they were out of stock after New Years or they're saving up for Mardi Gras but there were none. The rooftop patio was not accessible due to maintenence which was disappointing. Also my room had no windows which was not stated in the room choices - the room was big and otherwise very nice, just felt weird with no window.

The parking lot is like 2 blocks away and across the street. This is very uncomfortable. One elevator didn't work and the wait time for the rest was very long. They never clean your room once you check in.

Good location, pretty close to anything you want to do without being in the middle of a busy area. Floors in the room were very dirty. Food ran out at breakfast quickly and was not replenished.

Cockroaches in the room. You also have to park a block away from the hotel. It’s “self packing” but the lot they have you parking is $20 for overnight but since you booked at the hotel, the hotel pays it but charges you double! It actually also smells like the hotel has been cleaned with a dirty rag. So for a two night stay not only did we pay in full when we got there but they charge you another $94 from your “incidentals” for parking and tax. Normally you get your incidental back in full after check out but it also takes them 4+ days to return it back. Overall WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN.

The room we were assigned did not have a window, and I don't remember requesting that or being asked if we wanted that. We didn't complain about it, though, but were disappointed to find multiple outlets not working in the room and the TV had a very blue picture. We called to report the issues and were offered a different room (also without a window). The new room was even worse, with no hot water in the shower, a toilet that ran constantly and a sink that wouldn't drain at all. We decided to just deal with those issues because we really didn't want to move again. Originally, we were told we'd get 10K Bonvoy points for our troubles, but we were only given 2,500. Just overall disappointing all around and we probably won't choose to stay here again. Also, there is $20 overnight self-parking right next door, but the hotel doesn't tell you about that. They instead want to charge you $40 (much higher than the confirmation said) to park further down the street.

The room was very spacious and well stocked with extra towels. The microwave and refrigerator was a bonus.Nice 14th floor bar and terrace. The location was perfect with the street cars and buses yet very walkable. It was convenient to I-10. Staff was very friendly and professional.

I Did Not like the windowless room the front desk attendant said I chose but I didn’t,I felt very closed in and claustrophobic and the self parking was down the street, I ended up checking out 3 hrs early because of the room, didn’t know if it was daylight or dark rain or sunshine, Just Awful Stay. Service was excellent. Check-in was fast and easy. The staff accommodated our exact request for adjoining rooms. Check out simple, and breakfast bar was very nice. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would stay there again myself.

We got to the hotel late. We were not told the normal things when you check into the hotel. Ex. breakfast time, when to request a room to be cleaned, etc. The room could not be cleaned but I requested towels. They never got there and I had to go down to get the towels. It was not what I am used to a Marriot to be.

Latanya checked myself and my family of 5 in at 9:30am, 6.5 hours early. She really went above and beyond our expectations as we showed up to store our luggage until check in, and were not expecting THAT early of a check in. It was sooooo appreciated.

The front desk was rude and unwelcoming, upon requesting a diff room because our initial room had a clogged sink and dirty couch we felt the tension. The employees were talking amongst each other when we would come around. Very unprofessional.

Beautiful place! Staff was very nice. Great location to Bourbon street. Short walk to the stadium and sport bars. Bus dept is near by, the trolly is across the street, very easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Staff was fantastic. Room was comfortable and clean. Relatively easy walk to French Quarter. Location is right at I-10 so easy to get there. This is at the edge to Canal Street so be aware there are many other hotels much closer to the action if that's what you are looking for.(with a price tag to match!). I heard some complaining about parking so make sure you understand those issues if you are driving. Thumbs up for the stay.

This property was a good value for the money. The area felt kind of sketchy. I didn’t feel safe to walk around with the kids. Because of the hotels location, there wasn’t much room to pull off in front of hotel. We were able to valet park, but it was pricey. For some reason(security I think) only 2 doors opened from the outside. It was a major pain to get the luggage cart through the door. None of the night staff offered to help us with the door, or luggage. The evening crew was very different than the morning crew though. In the evening we received DMV type service, in that no customer service was volunteered, but they did help when asked. The morning crew was proactive and assessed our needs. Great customer service. The valet retrieved our Jeep quickly, and was very friendly too. I think that this hotel might be a decent choice if you’re young with no kids, and you want to enjoy New Orleans for a good value. It’s not great for families with young kids. I probably wouldn’t stay at this one with my kids in the future.

The traffic at night was crazy. Ambulance and cop sirens, people screaming on the street....i thought it would be better away from the party scene but this was worse. Due to location, I would not stay here again. The beds were very very hard. Back hurt for 2 days after we left.

Rooms were nice. Hotel was convenient located. Continental Breakfast but could add some fresh fruit to it. Sometimes breakfast sandwiches in packages- not very appealing. Water in shower was cold in the morning, no hot water. Staff was exceptionally nice. Would go there again because plus outweighs negative. Thank you

The staff at this hotel were incredibly professional and friendly! The free breakfast was good and staff were working hard to empty trashes often and refill food. We only stayed one night so we didnt fully experience all aspects of the hotel. We were given a corner room which was HUGE and such a gift! Our room overall was clean. Heres the downside: 1. The bathroom, specifically the shower, was in need of a deeper clean. 2. The self parking is confusing to get to. It was perhaps the biggest pain point of the checkin process. It wouldve been helpful to have a better labeled parking lot or at least a map given at checkin.
