I’m the type of person who reads the reviews until I’m red and blue in the face , my husband and I were going to Aggieland and we came across this hotel the staff was sweet the room was actually really great about the only thing that kinda made us a little irritated is the parking situation but other than that I would stay here again

The room was very clean and temperature was good. And while that is important the stay was less than satisfactory. There were only 2 towels for 4 people. The TV did not work and they refused to open the swimming pool. We were told these were weather related problems but the local swimming pools were open (and we spent $18 to swim when we should have been able to use the motel pool.) The weather had been rainy but storms were not severe enough to knock out the Dish reception. We booked motel because it had a pool. While having a clean room is great, we expected the amenities we booked for to be available. Staff was very slow at check in and totally nonreponsive about our requests for the pool to be opened. Will definitely not book there again.

At first glance, the cleanliness seemed to be to on par. However, we quickly learned this was not the case. This hotel stay was by far the worst ever. The staff were friendly, however, the rooms were the most dirtiest we have ever encountered. In the first 20 minutes, we killed 6 roaches. The room was infested with roaches, the walls were covered in stains, the AC could not be moved from 62° F and the outside was litered with dead roaches everywhere. It was simply disgusting. The worst part is we booked 2 rooms; one of which was for a another family traveling with us. How embarrassing and unsanitary this was! Beyond disappointed that such hotel rooms are offered in these conditions!

THIS MOTEL IS LOADED WITH COCKROACHES! If you don't want them in your clothes and baggage and food DO NOT GO TO THIS MOTEL! The heater in my room went out and the girl I tried to report it to didn't speak English so we couldn't communicate the issue so I just ran the shower as hot as possible a few times through the night to heat the room for a couple hours so I could sleep. This is the place for an ABSOLUTE LAST RESORT. If you can help it.... Go somewhere else

Counted at least 8 cockroaches in the sleeping room and 5 in the bathroom. Floor was not clean and had obviously not been swept as there were dead bugs all over the place. Smelled as if they blew up a can of air freshener to hide the stench.

Location was perfect for our visit. There were small roaches in the room. The beds were hard. Floors were dirty, not filthy but dirty. We went to purchase our own towels because we weren't comfortable trusting the cleanliness of theirs. I would not return to this property.

The hotel staff was wonderful. I liked the good size refrigerator/freezer in the room (not a full size but much bigger than a mini). Although the room was very clean, it did have spiders in the bathroom. The beds and pillows were very hard. The room was noisy. You could hear people talking in the parking lot between 2 and 4:30 AM. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, only a small bar of soap. No hair dryer. The towels are tiny and extremely thin. Because of the hard mattress, hard pillows and noise outside (it was a football weekend which explains some of the noise), I would not stay here again. But I repeat that the staff at the front desk at check in was wonderful.

The safety lock I. The door was hanging by one screw rendering it useless. The bathroom door was so broken that it would not close and the door handle was ripped off.

My stay was Awsome very comfortable price was great 😊 had everything I needed and everything I did need I ask the front desk they always went a step further to help me and made sure i had everything I needed that I didn’t have. I will definitely stay here again great service good price comfy and the location is good too. And I want to say thank you to everyone at the front desk for making my stay and experience wonderful.

This hotel is not as nice as it was advertised. First of all before checking you in the front desk wants you to make sure the room was ok before they check you in. I went and inspected the room and the smoke detector was damaged and beeping. It was relatively clean on the surface but it smelled very strongly of smoke and mold. I reported this to the front desk and asked them to give me another room and they said they couldn’t because they were fully booked. They had maintenance go and check the smoke detector and I waited and he said that he had to replace it because it had been taken apart. When it was repaired my daughter and I checked in we only lasted an hour because when the bathroom light was turned on a strong moldy smoke smell came out. My daughter ended up having an asthma attack. When I reported it to the front desk they said that all rooms are smoke free and I said obviously this one was smoked in and damaged. They would not get me another room so I asked them to check me out and we left for another hotel. Don’t stay at this hotel.

It was pretty standard for a $49 a night hotel. It was noisy, rundow and my card key expired ahead of time but it was close to everywhere I wanted to go. I stayed the year before and there were a lot of great restaurants near by!

I should have done due diligence and viewed the area surrounding the hotel. Thought I had gotten a good deal for two nights as I have previously stayed at an another Motel 6 in the area. I should have gone back there instead. Upon arriving from making a three hour drive was told the room was a non-smoking but when I went in it did not smell like one. Seems like the pictures posted on the site were from several years ago as the room looked like it had been ridden hard and put away wet to be honest. Our room was located in a very sketchy alleyway which we had no choice to move rooms since the place was booked. The only decent thing in the entire room was the bathroom tile. I know you can’t chose the other guests but we were in town for my son’s swim competition. He did not get even a good night’s sleep either night as the other guests were loud past midnight and the second night they were even louder to the point we cops showed up. Do not recommend staying at this location unless you like to sleep with one eye open.

college graduation. My family and I stayed here for a college graduation and our stay here in this hotel was very very nice. We stayed here from a Wednesday through Friday and would stay here again at this hotel. The reason why I checked shopping and transportation and food dining is because within walking distance from this hotel there is a gas station that has food and some groceries too and I think there is a Texas A & M bus transportation drop off close to this hotel too, but a person I guess can look online for Texas A & M bus service daily schedule too. This hotel was very very nice and it was quiet too which for us every thing was great here at this hotel. Would stay at this hotel again for any thing.

The floors were dirty when we got there. Room smelly. Your hotel has ROACHES!. Maid service only on Monday’s and Thursday’s. The coffee was great!, location was great as well. Very noisy at night. Security bar missing. If you’d fix those issues, it’d be a really great place to stay! I guess you get what you pay for.

The studio six is just a long-term motel six but the room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful with getting extra towels when need it and questions about dining and other local events that’s was going on in town our room stay was very reasonable and comfortable

Studio is the way to go! Full Kitchenette! The staff is amazing and as usual super friendly. I wish the place had breakfast. Can't have exceptional service and free food. My cheap butt can't do better! I would rather have friendly staff than arrogant snobby and "I am Better Than You Vineyard" vibe. 100% cameras and zero tolerance riffraff. The staff is instructed to keep the peace! I endorse that!

Moved to Motel 6 side and was just the same did not see a difference in the quality of service. No kitchenette but no food to cook when CoCo Loco is AWESOME food!
