Everything was great about the hotel and services, with the exception of actually trying to find the hotel entrance. There were no signs anywhere directing you to the hotel, not in the parking garage or the exterior of the building. I drove around for fifteen minutes trying to find the hotel entrance, all the while on hold because I tried to call while looking for entrance with no one ever answering.

Front desk was extremely helpful when we had am issue. It’s connected to a mall, but if you buy something in the mall you can’t carry it back through the Casino. All else good.

Easy check-in, to our well appointed room with a view. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of shopping, entertainment and dining options in less than a 5 minute walk -- on top of the excellent casino. Free parking with security makes it feel safe.

Beautiful hotel and our room was very nice. Our only complaint is the lack of good signage in the garages to the hotel. Every sign is about the casino and for a first timer to the hotel it was confusing. We were eventually helped by a friendly parking attendant.

Hi. I was awakened by my husband after a found bed bug on the bed my son was sleeping in. We called the front desk and asked for another room but was told the hotel is sold out. We were offered a change of bedding but didn't see how we were expected to stay in a room with bed bugs. We have a picture of it. We have checked out of the hotel and now on our way back home to New York. After all the years of staying in hotels this is the first time I've ever experienced this and it's really frightening. I feel like bugs are is crawling on skin and hope bedbugs didn't get into our opened suitcases or clothing. We showed housekeeping the bedbug l. We were told there wasn’t a manager on site. We asked for a refund but was told because we booked the hotel through Expedia that you would be the one to issue a refund.

Great location and amenities. Rooms were very nice especially spacious shower. Even if you are not a casino-goer, there is plenty to do by way of shopping and dining in adjacent mall, and very accessible by car, to other Baltimore area attractions.

The room was really nice. The bathroom was huge and had an amazing shower. They definitely have top notch sound proofing, because we didn’t hear anything, including a really bad storm.

The coffee maker leaked, the door to the bathroom entry made a loud bang and became stuck every time you closed or opened it. When you pay 300.00 a night you expect everything to be perfect.

Nice room however wasn't able to control the temperature. Was too warm for sleep. Bed was a bit lumpy on one side. Other side was great. Time for new mattress. Bathroom was beautiful. Wonderful light and space.

Room was clean and well decorated but the water did not work properly. Only hot water would come out of each faucet. There was no way to adjust the water temperature in the shower or sink. This made taking a shower nearly impossible. Fortunately I was only staying one night.

Rooms are extremely nice. Fanciest hotel I've ever stayed at. Quiet. Very clean. Nice beds. Convenient to get to casino. Love that need key to go up to rooms. Only wish there was a microwave in the room. Refrigerator is not cold and not adjustable.

Upon arriving I had to wait to check in. When checking in I was not told about extra expenses on top of the $265 payment for room. The lady checking me in was not friendly. I had to ask for a luggage cart to transport my belongings. It was not offered. No bell hop to help with this. My self and my friend are both handicap. She relys on a walker. No help offered. Got to room . Was nice but not over the top for the price I paid. I could have went to the Hilton down the street and paid half for the same or better room. Missing shampoo in shower. Took 25 min to get hot water in the shower and sink in bathroom. Asked for late check out was told 11:30????? We carted our belongings to the lobby. Then a man comes up to my friend that was standing with our cart on her wheelchair asking if she needed help to her room. She asked if someone needed our luggage cart. He said no he was there to help us. He was the first and only person who asked if two handicap people needed help. When I was explaining at check out I was looked at like I was speaking a foreign language. No apologies no nothing. They did not utter a single word. I left. I left feeling discriminated against. I was leaving to go be in my friend of 33 yrs wedding. I should have left feeling happy and ready to celebrate. .

We had a check in time of 3:00 pm, arrived atound 3:15 to find that our room was not ready and they couldn't give is a time. The room was booked 30 daus prior, so wasn't it ready? We had to wait 1.5 hrs. before geing to the room. This made us an hour late for our 4 pm event that was held there. Not professional nor acceptable.

Found staff a bit rude…, a little inefficient…10 min wait for valet, 30 min to check in and then little things wrong, (only decaf coffee in room, only one robe)? Otherwise food was good at David’s…good pours on the drinks. For the price there is better value elsewhere.

I will definitely be back! From the staff of the concierge, to the security, to the staff at The Prime everyone is absolutely wonderful. We stayed on the 17th floor and the view was lovely. The amenities at the hotel were endless. I would definitely recommend staying a few nights so you could take advantage of the spa and the several restaurants they have. The room was beautiful, and every detail was thought about it was designed perfectly. Parking was great! There is plenty of free parking. I recommend parking in the Costco parking lot. It is owned by the hotel and you will not get towed and it is free. It’s a lot closer than parking in the garage to the hotel. There were families there with small children, but the noise was at a minimum. The hotels located near Arundel Mills Mall, and there are so many additional restaurants and stores nearby. You will have plenty to do!

Not very family friendly. To get from the hotel to the adjacent mall and restaurants, we weren’t allowed to walk through the casino. We literally had to take an elevator to the parking garage. Then walk through the parking garage full of traffic: before finally taking another elevator to the mall area. VERY INCONVENIENT FOR FAMILIES WITH YOUNG ONES AND STROLLERS.

We enjoyed our stay. There was lots to do right in the general vicinity. The room was great. I did find out in the open was clean, but under things weren't touched in a while. Signage for where to enter the hotel could have been better. We parked on the complete opposite side for the hotel. Annoyed the sweets/bakery wasn't open later. The "smoking" section of casino definitely didn't stay behind the doors.

Our stay was amazing. It was my friends birthday. Check-in was flawless. We walked in they asked for id and we were checked in. This was the first time I used Hotel.com I wil use them every time. The resurant is right by the lobby. The food was fresh and delicious. This was a birthday to remember.

The staff member at the front desk, Matthew was outstanding. He went out of his way to help me. I had problems with 2 remote controls which was very annoying. Also, I don't understand why there is no room service at this hotel.

Lovely stay, very clean room. The Lobby area introduced you to hotel immediately, it's attached to the casino. Check was fast, I prepaid and called ahead. Rooms are spacious and clean, love that you get a robe but for a double occupancy room, 2 robes would be nice. There was a fridge, coffee and tea, water as well but no microwave. Double check restaurant hours during your stay. Came in late and wanted food, a restaurant in the casino advertised open until 2, got there at 12:45am and they were closing. Other than that, I do recommend this hotel for solo travelers.

At first i was annoyed by the no refund policy, but its worth every penny. I didnt even gamble. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are pure heaven. The casino restaurants were underwhelming, but the staff was super helpful. Staff and room quality are what puts this place at the top. Also GREAT dj's on certain nights.This will be my go to for Baltimore

I had the opportunity to have 2 meals at David's at the bar, and both were delicious. Highly recommend the Ahi Nachos and the Roasted Chicken. The bartender Kaicee was an absolute delight, and she makes drinks to perfection. 10/10 for food, service, and the room is spotless and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
