Great property. So close to everything. Only thing I didn’t like was the super loud music in the bar area (which is close to the lobby and right by the elevators) on Saturday night. Felt like I’d walked into a club, would hate to be on the 2nd floor. Other than that, loved my stay.

Wonderful stay. Bar tender was amazing. Beds were comfortable. Fitness center was perfect for the morning workout. Would definitely stay here again. No issues at All, which is nice when you’re an out of towner.

Filthy floors within the room. Stiff/cold but easy check-in. Great bar staff, and the pool area was very clean, even though there were a lot of dead wasps in the pool. Clean and comfortable for the most part. Kids in the hallway that were loud but ,kids are kids.

The staff at the hotel was excellent. They were all so friendly & welcoming. Really appreciated the free shuttle from the airport! I was asking them the best way to walk to the nearby International Plaza with shops and restaurants. They offered to take me in the shuttle & when I was finished I could call them & they would pick me up! Great service! Excellent location, we attended a Buccaneers game and it was in easy walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.

Really nice, clean hotel near the stadiums. Good dining nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room spacious, clean, comfortable and modernized. I don’t like sliding track doors on bathrooms but that’s just me. Pool was nice but a little dirty. Overall, good for the price.

We enjoyed our stay as the property is very clean and comfortable. There was a coffee/tea stand that was very much appreciated. Our flight was delayed so we didn't get to the hotel until after 1am but the coffee stand had hot water and delicious tea options.

The property is very fresh and new. I love the contemporary vibes.This hotel was perfect because we could walk to and from Raymond James stadium after our concert. Love Love the wall to wall bench in the room. This kept everything organized and clean. I gave it a five rating because it had everything that I like in a hotel; clean rooms, clean bathroom, comfy bed, bathroom space, safety, and breakfast. However, for the price I think breakfast could be complimentary and $15 for a beverage is ridiculous!

Checked in at midnight. Receptionist very unfriendly. Not rude, but very indifferent, and seemed irritated with questions. Breakfast was a mess. No tables. Buffet was near empty. Ate outside, without wait staff. Had to go back inside over and over for service. Facilities otherwise very nice

The staff was amazing! Check in was easy and the staff was accommodating when I needed to check in earlier than the regular check-in time. They provide free transportation to the airport and around the immediate area of the hotel to dine/shop. The restaurants in the area are awesome and they have a Starbucks across the street. My only complaint is that in the beautiful hotel rooms, the air vent blows directly on the bed and You, which does not make it comfortable. I’ve tried to adjust it several times, but it just didn’t work out for my comfort. Friends traveling with us had the same complaint. If they could fix that flaw, it would be perfect!

We stayed at this property for 1 night prior to going on a cruise. The staff were very nice and even explained that we could leave our car in their parking garage while we were on the cruise. As the price was less then the cruise port parking, we decided to leave our car. Also the area appeared to be safe and secure. The hotel was clean and was close to many restaurants and shopping mall across the street. All were within walking distance. Picked up our car after the cruise without any issues. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The staff especially Elisabeth was awesome. So helpful and sweet. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The only problem was that we couldn’t walk very easily to anything. If you come and have a car to get around in I highly recommend the hotel!!!

Love the upscale minimalist design of this hotel property. The pool was clean, heated and not crowded… bonus ! Wish there was food available onsite, we were pretty tired after driving up from 2 hrs south, then bringing back our car rental as we had an early flight the following morning. Would have been nice to grab something to eat, not a cocktail at the bar !

It was just a one night stay before my flight. Friendly staff. Plenty of food options in walking distance. Wish they had breakfast options earlier though. Clean room & pool area. Car service was excellent as well.
