I always stay here when in town. But my experience gets worse each time I’m there, and on top of that, more expensive. Now you all charge $8 for parking a night, in a parking lot that is filled with Bar patrons next door. Found a spot down the road I’ll be trying next.

Parking is a major issue. Property is next to a small outdoor mall that draws night life. We paid a daily parking fee. But at night the only parking available was a long walk away. If you change me for parking there should be reserved parking for hotel guests.

Parking is shared by several businesses and the beds are a bit too firm for me. Otherwise, excellent hotel and the staff were especially good. I got in at 1am and the person working the graveyard shift was not just awake but friendly, professional and process my checkin just as fast (or faster) than the normal shift.

I booked this hotel bc of the amenities, especially the bar. But it was not open! It was a holiday!? Check out was 11 am, I had put my do not disturb sign out as I had worked 14 hours the day I checked in and was on call all night and the next day. Around 10 am, on the day of check out, housekeeping ignored the sign on the door, unlocked my door, turned on the light and entered my room!! I was trying to sleep!! I was VERY unhappy with this.

This was a great, clean room. We slept well in the beds and the front desk was very kind. The 1 negative is the bathroom door. It is a slide door and the bathroom does not have a fan. Everyone can hear your “business”. Glad I was with family!

We came to stay after a power outage, due to storm damage to our home. Arianna was amazing and provided the best customer service. She was very friendly and empathetic to my situation. I appreciated the extra effort of texting to make sure we were enjoying our stay and that everything was good. We ended up booking a second night and she even remembered who I was. This was our first time staying at a Hilton hotel. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this location to all my friends and family.

Entire staff is friendly but one person stood out. Barbie is a server who greets you in the morning. Her enthusiasm is infectious and her total recall with each guest is over the top. We stayed Fri - Mon and there were three wedding parties in the hotel. Barbie created a personal dialogue with each one…some travel tips, some dining tips, some family sharing. She had total recall about each one over several days and her attention to each person was fabulous. Hilton needs to clone her performance. Thank you Barbie.

A convenient North Tampa location with plenty of close-by dining options. There is a excellent sports bar, Glory Days immediately across the parking lot. If you like sushi or Thai then don't skip Bangkok Sushi. For Italian there is a Carabba's and very close by an even better spot Bella Brava. A great craft beer brewery is right also near by, Thirsty Buffalo. There is plenty of parking in front and the staff is very welcoming. The fitness center is well appointed and spacious.

I have reported this in previous reviews, that I hate food and beverage (not breakfast) not being available until after 5:00 pm. We are leaning in the future towards hotels that have these options available. We visit friends in this area 3-4 times a year and have always stayed here, are thinking of changing because of this.
