Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. I would absolutely stay again. Breakfast was amazing and the coffee is good. The hotel is close to everything but there aren’t many options for food later evening, and when I asked, room service was not available.

Hôtel vraiment très agréable. Une trentaine de minutes à pieds du centre et tram 2 juste devant hyper pratique. Le petit dej : un régal vraiment ! Du choix et des produits frais. Chambre, literie et douche de qualité. Seuls bémols : le bruit du train (mais cela dépend beaucoup de l'emplacement de la chambre) et le sauna qui nous a attiré mais qui était payant.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, wundervolles Frühstück, eigene Parktiefgarage, direkt vor der Unterkunft eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle von der man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht erreichen kann, sehr kompetentes Personal, saubere Zimmer. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The staff was excellent. Very helpful with ideas and directions to the city. I didn’t take the breakfast option so I can’t tell you what that’s like. Bring soap! They never filled the containers in my room but I always bring soap with me since I dislike hotel soap anyway. Coffee was good. The access to the Tram right outside the hotel is like insanely convenient! The lobby is nice also. I spent my time reading books and had free apples they put out and tea/coffee. I’d stay here again.

Nice room, comfortable bed & very quiet. Breakfast had lots of options: bacon, sausage, eggs, pancakes, cereals, breads, pastries, cold meat & cheese, salad , fruit, yogurts, many fruit juices and coffee & tea options. Nice bar area. Pleasant 30 minutes walk into the city, you can walk via a park & market.

Lovely, contemporary style hotel. Great transport links as tram stops outside and train station is a 10 min walk. Takes about 20 mins via tram to reach the city centre so is very convenient. Room was nice and clean. Although I did find it a little strange that the shower was part of the bedroom with a partition rather than the bathroom! (Was not a problem though, just different). We opted for breakfast each morning too which had a good selection and we loved the pancake maker. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was also a nice lobby bar and seating area which we went to some evenings for playing games and chilling out. There was also a luggage storage room we used on our last day which was handy.

Leider hat das Zimmer gestunken beim einchecken, lag evtl am Teppich. Am Toiletten Türgriff waren ekelhafte Ablagerungen, wurde also nicht gereinigt. Teure Preise an der Bar. Ansonsten war das Hotel gut.

A lovely 8 day stay. Breakfast was great and worth the price. Stains on the carpet and curtain so this knocks the cleanliness down And also due to construction on the main road the nights are loud. Worth getting ear protection. But, nevertheless staff were lovely and helpful.

Die Zimmer sind schön und sauber. WC ist extra und nicht im Bad, was ich gut finde. Leider fast keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für Koffer, Krimskrams etc. Ein kleiner Tisch wäre auch zum Arbeiten git, fehlt leider. Insgesamt war mein Zimmer sehr klein der Koffer mußte am Boden liegen, kein Schrank, nur Garderobenstange.

Liked: location, tram line 2 stops near the hotel and takes you to main spots all the way to Josephstadt, cleanliness, large room, breakfast room and buffet, mostly friendly staff. Did not like: we were assigned a room for handicapped persons, huge room and bathroom. However no fridge, no luggage stand, no table or desk.

I thought this hotel was great. The hotel and room were both modern. The room itself had enough room and we had our son with us and the extra bed for him was really spacious. We liked that there was a safe, internet and tv you could chrome cast to all included. The location was great as there was a tram line right outside but it was also only a walk to the beautiful Danube. The hotel staff were really friendly and it had a small shop of snacks and drinks at reasonable prices. I can definitely recommend it as a good base to stay for a Vienna visit and I would definitely stay here again.

na ja, der Empfang hat noch einige Luft nach oben (ich meine die eine Mitarbeiterin, die etwas kräftiger gebaut ist) Sie war nicht sehr freundlich, nachdem ich mich über die Lärmbleästigung beschwährt hatte. Es kam zu erheblicher lärmbelästigung aufgrund der Strassenarbeiten. Die Arbeiten gingen bis 22:00h und am nächsten Morgen ab 6:00h. Sie zeigt wenig Verständnis für die Situation und kassierte dann noch 5,-€ für den Kaffee! Ich war schon ofters Gast in diesem Hotel, bs zum letzten Mal war alles perfekt. DIese Person sollte unbedingt mal nachgeschult werden, wie man einen Gast behandelt. LG und alles Gute.

Grundsätzlich schöne Zimmer, teilweise gehört renoviert, besonders auf den Gängen ... starke Abnutzungen & Flecken. Was jedoch gar nicht geht, waren die unfreundlichen, unverschämten Rezeptionistinnen (die Damen!) .. die nicht anständig schauen was gebucht wurde & nicht zuhören & dann 0 Interesse haben, das Problem zu lösen. Straßenbahn direkt vor dem Haus - besser geht es fast nicht.

Vandt med tiden…. Lå lidt kedeligt, uden de store mad muligheder omkring sig. Men ligger lige over for et sporvogn stop, hvor tog nr. 2 kørte og den kører næsten alle steder hen… Også en god morgenmad.

The hotel was in an excellant location and the tram stop directly ipposite the hotel making it easy to commute into the centre. There was some confusion at check in as the hotel advised we had 2 rooms booked but we only booked 1 room. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.The towels were changed daily.The breakfast was excellant we just had this 1 out of the 3 days we were there.If we visited aflgain we would be happy to stay here.It would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room but would not let this put you ofl staying.Thank you for a lovely stay.

Nice hotel, clean, close to city and close to train and U bahn, very service minded staff. Breakfast area too small for so many guests and only one coffee machine which gave long quees.
