Great stay! Comfortable bed, pillows, and bedding. Thick towels. Great breakfast with omelettes, potatoes, bacon, hot and cold cereal, waffles, bagels, fruit, coffee, juice, almond and dairy milk, yogurt. Exercise room with plenty of cardio machines and weights. Clean room and breakfast area. I would go back!

The rooms were very nice and very clean which is the most important thing to me. The elevators sounded and were acting very strange, but I managed to get to & from my room with no issues. The pool could have been a lot more clean, the walls inside the pool looked pretty nasty. But all in all, the hotel was quiet and I was able to sleep peacefully!

The entire indoor pool was orange fungus like moldy on the walls bottom and stairs. The pool bathroom inside is completely rusted out. We stay at Hampton Inn quite a bit in other states and being in Burr Ridge IL I didn't expect that. We tried using the pool but I was worried we would get a fungus or something so got out and scrubbed down. I told the front desk person that was training a new guy the day before we left about the pool. I asked if it's policy to ignore the pool in winter. He challenged me to take him to look at the pool like I was exaggerating I guess. He was not happy with me. Once he saw the pool he wouldn't go all the way inside or look inside the bathroom. He did make the pool out of service a couple hours later.

Would of been nice to know you had to pay for parking separately even the you are staying with them. $5 everyday you stay.

wonderful stay! breakfast was very good! only thing i would say is maybe just wash the walls in the bathrooms, in our room there were some brown splotches that either looked like blood or some kind of cola soda sprayed on it as well as the door hing on the very top of the door.

Room was large, easy to use TV and remote, had refrigerator but no drawers. Only drawers were there for food and were wire. Didn't need housekeeping services for three days. Comfortable bed. Slept well.

Couldn’t get any sleep because someone child was screaming and running down the main hall way all night. And when I went to the lobby to ask I couldn’t find anyone at the counter. Very poor service and quality for what you expect for a Hampton hotel brand. It felt like I was staying at a Red Roof Inn. Very dissatisfied!

Check in was a confusing mess and the staff were very unhelpful. They charged a room before we even checked in and nobody could explain properly where all the extra charges were coming from and instead blamed our bank!! What a joke. How can a bank charge for something on their own. We will not be staying at a Hampton Inn again after this!!

Bad time staying here. Issues at check in with the amount charged. Breakfast was bad and had very little options, always behind putting out replacements which would go very quickly, even mid week with few people. Staff were not accommodating. I will avoid this hotel in the future.

I did like the quite atmosphere in the hotel. The breakfast was so good except of the third day they made omelet with bacon only without considering my diet as vegetarian. When I asked for extra towels the receptionist gave me only four! Otherwise I did like the experience in total.

This was a nice hotel stay for a night of rest after a concert at the United Center. Breakfast was really good (Breakfast potatoes, bacon, cereal, and orange juice)- there was a worker running around keeping everything fresh. I didn’t have any waffles but they had batter and a waffle maker.

Breakfast should go later than 10am. When you do come down the person is cleaning up around 9:45. That’s uncalled for. There is NEVER a luggage cart available no matter what time of day. Never when we’ve stayed here. The stay is ok not great
