Best location. We have the best view of the empire state building. And the $20 voucher is a nice touch :-)

Fantastic property. I was looking for a place contemporary but not so hip or contemporary that it pump dance music into my room all night long. This place was the perfect mix of a great vibe with a quiet stay. Great location in nomad very close to many subway stops and not too far from Chelsea and Soho.

Our stay here wasn’t bad. The room was tiny and a few things could be improved. There are no frills provided in the room. We had to ask for wash clothes each day. No shower cap or lotion. But the weirdest part was no mini fridge. The staff were helpful and we did get two free tickets to the liberty cruise so that was cool! The hotel also provided $20 credit each day to the cafe which was nice. Those touches added to the stay. Location was pretty good, close to subway and Chelsea is a nicer area. The street itself (28th) was a bit crowded as it is a one way street. The view was great of the city. The rooftop bar was way over hyped. The second floor bar was much nicer. Very small lobby and crowded hotel. Complimentary water would be nice or a vending machine

WiFi was glitchy. But staff was helpful to try to fix. Also the telephone to call front desk wasn’t working well. Cord to wall was loose. Not dealbreakers but just annoying. They didn’t have the replacement.
