Did not enjoy the benefits of the free breakfast. The room was very clean and so modern it felt like home tv service was great. The stay was great my only issue was the parking garage was very small and we had to park in the next lot next door

Outdoor pool is small

Great customer service, hotel staff is very accommodating. Breakfast was always fresh and good, there are many options. Wish the rooms had bigger trash cans, can't fit much in them. Pool is on the smaller side, only accommodates 3-4 people max. You do have to pay an additional fee for parking of $25 daily which we weren't aware of before arriving. Overall would stay again when vacationing in Atlanta!

I love the staff, the breakfast could use a little spicy up… It was always eggs and sausage and cold cereal and oatmeal. Only twice we had fruit. An omelette and fruit would’ve been nice to see. They definitely need to fix a couple of their lawn chairs by the pool and put out their umbrellas for some shade. The gym was excellent. It has everything you could ever need up to 70 pounds dumbbells. Lots of cardio machines. Very safe neighborhood close to many things like Publix and restaurants and even the red line.

Decent hotel but parking is problematic and not worth $25 a night

I had one big issue with this property and that's when you check in that there was no space in the parking lot and I had to pay $25 a night to park and walk 5 minutes in the pouring rain. We checked in late at night. The staff explained the parking and to be honest if I would have known that I wouldn't have stayed there because the night we went it was absolutely pouring and I was soaked walking to the parking lot which is at least a good 5 minutes away.. Breakfast is outstanding. The rooms are beautiful. There was lots of options for breakfast It was like being in a restaurant.. Nice little swimming pool outside and when we checked in they gave us a bag with some water and pretzels which was really nice.. Aside from the parking it was a nice place to stay

It was a sudden trip due to a death in the family. My laptop was at the camp and not available to accompany me. There was no business center or computer available for me to use. That is not acceptable. I ultimately was able to walk to the Hilton Garden Inn and use their business computer, but their printer didn't work.

Property is nice and staff were great. One complaint is the room had a roach on the wall. Mentioned to staff and they claimed they would handle. Not sure if they did. Room 428 lol

The shower could have been a little cleaner but it was good. Air conditioning was perfect.

Overall it was a decent stay. Unfortunately when we arrived and went to shower, we found the shower covered in long strands of hair and (yes I’m serious) pubic hair. Then there were either coffee grounds or dirt swept next to the wall in front of our closet. Last but not least, the view from our window was literally a lower roof with a generator or something sitting right in front of us. We couldn’t see the building around us. Aside from those thing, the employees were so sweet and our bed was comfy. The rest of the room was fine.

We had a lovely stay. The staff was warm and welcoming, the entire place was clean, and the breakfast was nice. The room were also well kept and the bed comfy.

The room was clean. The hallway had an unusual order. Not horrible just not pleasant. The breakfast was a typical American hotel breakfast.

House keeping was to be every other day. We were there for 4 nights. No house keeping the entire time. The desk chair back was broken. The lampshades were broken. The room was in need of repairs. Parking in an adjacent garage was cumbersome as there was limited parking under the building. The front desk staff were excellent.

The hotel was in a great location. I was disappointed that room was not serviced every day. housekeeping only came every other day, which is unusual for this type of hotel.

We were late arriving to the property, but were greeted with a smile, even at 1:30 in the morning! It was a seamless check-in and checkout process. The room was clean and comfortable. Great stay!

Conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Overall the place was good but could use a little TLC. My pull fown shade was broken and the curtain was not in good shape. The walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors loud and clear

The property was clean and comfortable. Repairs around the building and room were done in a shoddy way that makes the property feel cheaper. (cracked tile in the elevator, cracked tile in the bathroom just covered in caulk.) Breakfast was hot and more than adequate. Biggest gripe was that the room had the worst chair ever in any hotel I stayed in. The back was 6" high and provided no support. This made working at the desk miserable. I am sure the chair was "cute" for some designer but wasn't selected for business travelers needing to actually work at the desk. The only other options for sitting was a bed or the toilet. . . .

Check in was great, got upgraded to a suite. Room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you need, including an iron and ironing board, coffee machine, microwave and fridge, as well as plenty of storage space for clothes. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious and the shower was big, so very comfortable. The room was clean, no complaints from me. The separate living area was a nice surprise as it meant the bed could be kept for only sleeping rather than for everything else. The breakfast was ample, hot eggs, sausage and potato’s, waffles, cereal, yoghurt and choice of fruit and condiments. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops, great location. Short cab ride from downtown and midtown, so was easy to visit the aquarium, botanical gardens and museums. All in all, very happy, staff were excellent, very friendly and professional. Would recommend for anyone visiting Atlanta.

This was my first time staying at a Hampton Inn. I was very pleasantly surprised. The staff were very nice and room service was great. There was also free breakfast every day which helped cut down on the cost of food for each day. The only thing I didn’t like was that the Wi-Fi wasn’t free, and the TV didn’t have a channel guide.

Clean, centrally located, staff friendly. HVAC was noisy.

Shades in window were rather worn. Door had to be opened by pushing with foot and hand. It was sticking. Mattress was a little too firm. Other than that, great hotel. Loved the parking garage underneath. Easy walk to Buckhead MARTA station and restaurants near the hotel. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Hotel provided a text messages that I could reply to if we needed anything during our stay. We needed shower gel in the shower. I requested it and they replaced it quickly that morning.

The variety for breakfast was great. Amazing customer service. The room was great, except the pillows and bed were not great.

Excellent stay! I left a laptop AND tablet in our room. Housekeeping could not locate the items but Porsche was able to locate the items, contacted me immedietely and was able to get items safely returned to my son and myself. The entire front desk staff was OUTstanding!

Clean room. Front desk quest services were excellent. I wish I got the name of the gentleman who checked us in. He was a rock star! . Stedman was exceptional during checkout. He was swamped and still managed to be extremely polite and helpful. I would certainly stay here again.

It was amazing, the staff handled any comcern i had swiftly and efficiently.

Our air was set to freezing cold and you could not adjust it. You couldn't even turn it off. I was told they would send someone to fix it and they never did

Overall the stay was comfortable until it wasn't. The last night of our stay, we came back to the hotel and had to park in the overflow garage. Part of my group is an active duty military service member and an elder. When we walked into the open hotel doors from parking which was well past 6pm we were encountered by a line of guest waiting at the front desk. As we stood around we talked and was told by a couple of the guest it happened the night before that the doors were open and no one was at the desk! When Mark finally showed up they stated Mark was the employee they waited on the night before and they weren't happy. Mark immediately tried to clear the lobby - he ended up comping the guest before us the items they waited to pay for and rushed the next person thru as well. When he got to us Mark advised the military member "that will get you kicked out the hotel!" The service member just advised him that he was a bit rude. Mark's statement made other guest look like what?!? we were just trying to get our car validated for the overflow parking. After Mark told him he would kick him out he stated that we would have to get the validation done in the morning and he proceeded to assist the other 4-5 guest that were also waiting on him to come back. It was very off putting and ruined a nice vacation because we were concerned about the vehicle being towed.

The front staff when we checked in, Austin and Steadman, went above and beyond to welcome me as I checked in, even though there were several people in line for several different request. The breakfast staff was just as friendly and helpful. We had a great one night stay with our two youngin’s. The room was clean and quite. We will definitely stay there again!!!

Worst customer service

This property was very clean. The front desk staff (Donta and Londarious) were phenomenal. Everyone made me feel welcome during my business trip. I will be back for sure!!!

I checked in later than expected due to a mishap prior to a concert I was attending. When leaving I called customer service and sat on hold for what felt like forever before the agent was able to tell me I could still check in. The front desk agent was nice, but I was not aware full payment would be due at the time of checkin as most hotels don’t charge you until after you check out. I went to my room and there was an empty chick-fil-a cup in my alleged clean room. The bed was comfortable but the pillows could use some work as they were flat. Breakfast in the morning was decent and the checkout process was seemless

Arrived at 4 am after having my wallet stolen at airport with all my ID as well in wallet. Room was pre paid but I had no card for incidentals. Wouldn’t allow us to check in. Had to cancel all the credit cards due to fraudulent activiity. Had no way to use Apple Pay. Didn’t matter to the desk worker. No empathy at all. Wouldn’t take cash either for incidentals saying it was a cashless hotel. Will most likely not stay at a Hampton again.

It was a nice place to stay and within walking distance to the MARTA, Publix, and great food options.

Absolutely wonderful hotel!! Front desk was friendly and helpful, great location, clean rooms, and comfy beds. $25 to park a night, high, but I felt my car was safe.

Great value and convenient to dining and other places in the area. Underground parking with elevator leading straight into the lobby was outstanding and priced better than other similar hotels. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed my stay very much! The room was very clean, the complementary breakfast was amazing, the staff were very kind and willing to always help, and the parking was very convenient! The hotel is close to lots of restaurants in walking distance, which was a huge plus! The rooms are nice and quiet! Definitely will be coming back whenever I’ll be in Atlanta. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great location, near Marta station, great staff!

I flew in to Atlanta. So with no car, I used Marta. The #5 bus stop is almost in front of the hotel. I got a 7 day Breeze card at the Airport Marta station and learned to take Marta to the Lindbergh station. Then from there take the #5 bus to the bus stop across from the hotel. This made getting around easier. A person could pay the $2.50 one way bus fare from the hotel to Lindbergh station and then get a pass. If a person walked by the bus stop and crossed Peachtree Rd then went right a little bit, there is the #110 bus stop. It takes you to the Buckhead Marta station, Lenox Square with a Cheesecake Factory, Phipps Plaza with a movie theater, and many stores or restaurants to choose from. Also liked the fact that there was a Publix easy to walk to.

A restaurant would have been convenient. A chair in the room would have been nice. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was very good.

Swimming pool was not one that was inviting for our family. We held our family reunion here and planned to enjoy the pool, but no one wanted to get in it because it was not appealing. Food area is very nice but it appears there's no one assigned to clean tables as guests finish eating to keep the place clean. Could do better with variety of coffee creamers. Food options are not great, particularly when there's only one source of meat...for example, on Sunday, sausage gravy as the only choice.

Nice rooms - no bar area/ - but literally next door is a nice restaurant with a nice bar area. Excellent location - close to a lot of fine restaurants, historic sites- like the Atlanta Historic Center (fantastic museum,) and shopping.

So the location is GREAT!! restaurants and shopping is near ,basically within walking distance. However the charge for parking is a bit odd. Where else are you suppose to park? Hotels usually come with free parking. Like how houses come with a garage. So if i purchase my home, I have an additional cost to use the garage it came with??!!! Im not sure what the charging to park is about. The breakfast is okay. No potatoes, sausage or bacon options. But since restaurants are near you have other options.

We had a great stay here for our music festival. The hotel breakfast had many options and reasonable hours, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly. We felt very safe.
