El hotel está en buena ubicacion, pero para empezar no pude pagar con tarjeta de crédito porque la terminal estaba averiada y hubo que hacer transferencia, la habitación la cama cómoda, pero es demasiado calurosa, abrimos las ventanas para refrescar y los moscos no dejaron dormir, una horrible noche, el restaurant la comida no me gustó, no volveré

El restaurante es nada, casi nadie fue alla asi nosotros no tampoco fuimos. Solo ver la cara de hombre que fue trabajando alla 2 semanas pasada en la noche fue ya suficiente para decidir no ir a alla....deben trabajar personas amistosas. Pero aun puede ser peor....Sabado 24 de junio llegamos de nuevo a las 8pm mas o menos..y la mujer quien fue trabajando en esta momento alla...ufffff. Ella hace a escapar a los clientes. Como Hotel Mointreal puede trabajar con una mujer tan amarga, con una cara de su peor mal humor!!???? La recepcion debe ser la primera presentacion buena de un hotel y ustedes trabajan con ella?? De verdad ella hablo y miro a los clientes y tambien a nosotros si prefiere que nadie entra al hotel y dejan ella en paz.....pon la en limpiar habitaciones o lejos en una oficina, pero NOOOOOO en la recepcion porfavor

you should stay at Montreal Hotel if you like motorways, to get kicked out of bed at 7 am by a giant generator monday mornings, if you like prostitutes and customers next door, slamming doors all night and cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation system. Enjoy!

Clean rooms, mall nearby, near the bus terminal. The only thing that bothers me would be that rooms on different floors are priced differently and I don't have ways to know that in advance. The rooms on the 4th floor are excellent but more expensive. The ones on the 2nd floor, cheaper and not as good.

Add air conditioning in the rooms. Please provide a mobile card payment option, and pay more attention to details such as adding menus to each room and indicating which extension to dial for room service.

The floor smelled like smoke, there was ongoing construction in the building, the room had smells and did not feel clean, there was lots of traffic noise with the windows open. better options available for the same price. Would not return. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful though
