Worst Paris hotel stay I’ve had. We cut our stay short by 2 nights and lost $1,300 on a nonrefundable booking. My wife’s $7,000 Chanel bag also disappeared from the room. Management’s response when we escalated it: “Send us an email.” My recommendation: AVOID. Paris has much better hotels.

The property is very cute but old. The carpet floors in the hallways are very stained and the floor in the rooms are not thoroughly cleaned. Excellent location. Just needs to be better maintained. The staff at the desk need to be more informative.

Night staff was terrible, three male individuals were completely unhelpful. Phones in room led to miscommunication. Maids walk into your room unannounced. Early in the morning cleaning rooms next door while talking incredibly loud. Stark contrast to the service in the morning. Wouldn’t recommend. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel.
