The ac was absolutely working well. Have to have that!!! The pool very well kept the gym has a nice variety of work out equipment and very spacious Lorice and Asmus hope I’m spelling correctly were very helpful

It smelled clean and looked pretty clean in the lobby and hallways. The guys behind the counter were slow, but very friendly. Longest check in, I’ve ever had. Our room was nice, except for the ceiling in the bathroom. I added pics. We were on the 4th floor with a view of the pool. It was very loud during our 2 night stay. Our window opened to see the pool. Kids ran up and down the hallway well past 10pm. We tried to get pancakes at breakfast and there was no mix available. Breakfast still had 45 mins left, but there was no mix. The parking situation is a nightmare. We drive a diesel truck and it was too tall to go in the parking garage. So, we had to park across the street and thankfully it wasn’t broken into. They should assign parking spots to at least try to insure that the trucks get to park on the main level and the smaller cars and SUV’s go down into the garage. All in all, it wasn’t a completely horrible experience.

I like the location, free breakfast, the roon size and nice shower. I always love hotels that have Dove products in there bathrooms so that was a plus. Only thing that was an issue was the elevator. It took 10 to 15 minutes before it comes and that was frustrating. Everything else was good.

everything was fine but it is unfortunate the bad smells in the gym and marijuana corridors there must be more security in it in the pool area person smoking marijuana without anyone saying anything I was with my family it was unpleasant to see that at the moment we we went there are no cameras in that area so you can have more supervision…..

My room smelled like urine. I found a dirty diaper underneath the tv stand. The front desk didn’t want to come clean it up. Then I noticed long hair on the restroom floor(I’m a bald headed man)! Manager changed my room. The manger was overwhelmed, the hotel itself was nice and comfortable, but the manner needed help so he can be more accommodating

The hotel was clean and presentable. I appreciated that the room was cold and appeared clean. The bathroom was tidy and carpets looked freshly cleaned. Full breakfast bar was a big plus. The area surrounding the hotel is a little sketchy but I can tell the hotel does the best it can to provide as much security as possible for its customers. My only negative would be how thin the walls are. I’ve never stayed in a hotel and heard running water from the room above us. Literally got up to see if we had accidently left our shower running. Paper thin walls. You can hear everything. However, overall I would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was nice overall. Towels were a little thin. Beds were comfortable. Not sure whether the framework was wood. We could hear the folks from the top floor walking around. Shower head pressure could have been better. Breakfast was okay. Coffee was not good. They need to replenish courtesy water more often.

Our stay at Holiday Inn Express And Suites Houston Westchase was wonderful. The front desk clerks were very kind and professional especially Matt who was very friendly and engaged in conversation with me. The room was immaculate and the walk in shower was beautiful. Our bed was very comfy and the breakfast served every morning is the best part about staying at Holiday Inn. I would definitely stay there again if I ever visit Houston again. Thank you so much to the staff at this location.

The man who worked at the front refused to check me in. I produced my receipt and itinerary. All other hotels were booked. Guy stated that his computer was down and went back to texting his friend leaving me standing at the front desk as he walked away. I have never experienced anything like it.

Cleaning crew came in the room with out knocking although the do not disturb sign was on the door and it was 930 am crew member stated it check time when check is not till 11 am and the do not disturb sign was in the door this was a safety issue and the manager acted like it was no big deal Manager stated the he would issues a credit with was not done so I had to contact Expedia twice in order for me to even obtain my credits this was a lot of my time having to speak back n forth with Expedia my biggest issue was my safety I will not return to this property again

I spent 2 nights here visiting a friend in the hospital. The location was very good. Both the access from the street and the free parking area near the lobby were very convenient. The neighborhood seemed safe and both days I saw security personnel and police on site, patrolling the premises. The hotel was very clean, smelled nice and was fairly modern. The king bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent, not amazing, but it had a variety of hot items, oatmeal, sweets, juices, and the coffee was very good. Again, it wasn't gourmet, but it hit the spot. My biggest complaints are that there are no bathrooms in the lobby area and the shower is absolutely dismal. Driving 10 hours and needing to use the bathroom upon arrival and to find no bathrooms in the lobby made me sweat at check-in. The water pressure in the shower was probably the worst I've ever experienced. Luckily, I was able to take off the shower head and remove the flow restrictor, which made the shower slightly more tolerable the second time I used it. The hotel was close to lots of restaurants, the hospital and the Trotter Family YMCA, which is super nice. I would consider staying here again, if in the area. The hotel was very reasonably priced, imo.

This location in general is nice and clean. Breakfast is decent, front desk staff is very professional. The only things I didn't like are that the hand soap was almost all gone and there were only 3 tissues in the Kleenex holder after we checked into the room. Shan from the front desk was very nice and attended to our needs quickly. Water pressure on the shower was low, water steam came out from shower head was really weak.
