After an initial problem with a check-in (keys to someone else's room), all went smoothly with our stay. We considered the snacks and drinks of the VIP lounge a necessary respite from the hectic lobby, with excellent staff like Pravalika and Navi. The lobby feels and sounds more like a train station than an upscale hotel, given the large size of the hotel. Excellent breakfast in calm setting with wide range of choices and the best omelets. Room was good size in contemporary style with all the amenities, though could have used a little more closet/drawer space. Bathroom was OK in size, offering a nice shower and full bottles of shampoo, soap, etc. Robes and slippers available Location is excellent right at Marble Arch and Hyde Park with Underground or buses to anywhere in the city. We could also walk to most attractions in 30 to 45 minutes. The hotel even offered VIPs complimentary tix to Frameless nearby, a surprisingly fun interaction with famous art works.

A lovely stay in a perfectly located classic. We were really impressed by all of the staff, they were always professional, friendly and eager to help. The only negative is the bed which is too small for a deluxe category room.
