Location location location and cost. Cute little rooms just enough for what we needed. Bathrooms are tiny but maintained clean with good hot showers. Staff was very sweet and helpful. Prices for the area was very reasonable and did i mention location location location? Depending on the room you get there is very nice view but they do have a small deck seating area. Plus the walk in to town is fairly an easy walk for most people and you can walk to a fine restaurant or across the street for some adult beverages.

First of all, I booked on Hotels.com. My son tried to help me redeem $300 of hotels.com gift cards from him. We tried 3 times and each time it was rejected! I booked anyway and it was listed as a houseboat with a kitchenette. I booked in June 2026 and I arrived on July 29,2026. She told me that it was a 2 bed cottage with a microwave, frig and coffee pot. I was so shocked and disappointed, I thought that I might leave. However, I did not do so. The employee was helpful and said that if she had another place, she would have given it to me but she had no vacancies!! In my booking we tried to contact the motor court but we could not get a phone number to contact them. Well that same day in daylight, we heard a very loud slamming noise around one of the headboard!! Then came the smell of a skunk. Later, we walked down to the gazebo and we saw a man with a garbage can going down to the dock. He dumped out the garbage can, the skunk was dumped into the River!! We were so shocked! We told him that I live on an Indian Reservation and we have to make an appt. for them to come set a trap, after it is caught, they come get it and move it to another area. 2 days later, I was over by the dock house and bathrooms and I saw young summer employees using a net to retrieve dead animals from the River! Well, a skunk was 1 of them! I believe that this method should not have occurred!! It seems as though the Motor Park should have been fined!! Other than bugs, it was OK,
