A lovely stay in Salzburg in the Hapimag Resort. One thing I need to clarify: this is NOT a hotel. It is more of a short-term residence. Every room has a kitchenette and breakfast is not included or indeed on offer. There is no restaurant or bar or even a lobby. A very small reception area serves as a small marketplace for purchasing essentials. That said, it is in the heart of the Altstadt and the location is unbeatable. If we had not stayed in the Altstadt it would have limited our ability to explore old Salzburg as much as we did. The property itself is in a charming old building but the rooms are tastefully renovated and refurbished. I would recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in and explore Salzburg.

This is a small but beautiful property, located in the old town section of Salzberg. The room was beautiful.and the staff was wonderful. The only negative was parking and getting theluggage o and fr9m he car, since you can't drive within the old city. The hotel is also a bit challenging to find.

Location was perfect, it was right in the middle of the city with lots of cafes and shops around for easy access. The hotel was clean and well kept. The only issue we had was that the fridge’s food and drinks will set you back extra if you consume them.

Absolutely incredible stay in Salzburg! The hotel is located in the heart of city center and couldn’t be in a better spot with great restaurants and landmarks right outside the door. Excellent location if you want to be in the middle of shopping. We struggled with the temperature control in the room and it was super noisy all night long being on the main strip (not just from people below, but while we were there they were erecting a construction area so it wouldn’t necessarily be like this all the time). However, the apartment was clean, well equipped and communication with the hotel was excellent. The folks at the reception desk were amazing.
