You are severely understaffed. No porter to help with bags and my aching back. No conssiere, 1 elevator down, three always crowded. My Salad was prepared without dressing. Bartender kept me waiting at the end of the bar with the order in a bag in front of me while he typed for 5 minutes on his cell phone. Then he told me, oh, yeah, that's your order. Room cleaning every other day. Poor house cleaners miss out on a $5 a day tip. Rooms are small for the price

The Springhill Suites is a great hotel. Clesn and close to alot of amenities. The staff are very friendly and kind. The pool is nice and have comfy lounge chairs. Close to beach within walking distance. Lots of shops and places to eat. Surf style one stop shop and Coco's bar and grill next door to the hotel and The Boxer down the street great places to eat. Riley at the valet parking was amazing. Very friendly, happy and positive attitude. Attended to our needs when it came to accessing our vehicle. Clearwater beat place to be! Will definitely be back.

Everything was great except being charged 38.00 a night to park your vehicle. The free breakfast was good requesting your vehicle was easy the pool was nice and location from beach was great.

Would definitely stay here again. One of the cleanest hotels I've ever been in. You cross the street, walk through a really great beach store, and you're on the beach. Nice pool, great bar, the breakfast blew me away for a free hotel breakfast. 10/10 recommended

Less than a 5 minute walk from Clearwater Beach, good amenities including the pool area and in-house restaurant and bar. I’m not a fan of valet only parking (and charging $$$ for it) but it all worked out fine and I’d stay here again.

This property was great! The fire seating area beside the pool was cozy and nice for chilly evenings. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The property was very clean. Breakfast buffet was great with many options!

Hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, courteous, and caring. Our room was fantastic, loved the view of the bay with the sailboat -so picturesque. It seemed like everyone was sharing the same feelings of happiness of being on vacation there. The area of the hotel is perfect for everything from shopping, dining, or walking. Felt completely safe at all hours. The beach is great and the other beaches nearby are easy to visit.

Our suite was only cursorily cleaned. Bathroom was a mess. Blots of Black mold around the tub and shower curtain. Sink was grungy below the faucet. Coffee area was dusty, had not been wiped in weeks.

Upon arrival. They screwed our room up. Stuck us in a handicap room. Air conditioning stayed on 76 degrees. No exhaust in bathroom. Black mold above shower. They said they didn’t have anything else available. So that’s where we stayed.

The hotel was very nice but on top of the fact that you paying for hotel room you have to pay extra for parking at hotel property 35$pre night and then you have to tip the valet to get you a car and something bite me every night mostly on my arms and last night I seen cockroaches on which I think was the reason for my biting.

Very modern rooms and hotel, excellent breakfast with many options, wonderful staff from front desk to valets. Again, the room was so nice but my ONLY complaint I would say is they need to steam clean the room sofa. Yuck!

The stay started off well but the last day I noticed a bedbug and I took a picture and gathered my things and checked out super super early to go sleep at the airport because I did not want to be there after that. Well, when I got home, I noticed a bedbug on one of my shirts in my luggage and threw away all my clothes I’ve been requesting for a refund and everyone’s been ignoring me when I left out there was a young skinny white guy behind the counter and he told me that when the Manager gets in he would let her know and I would receive a phone call about the refund that I requested for Never got one and I’ve reached out to Expedia and Expedia said they have not gotten an answer from the hotel as well.

Weather was amazing, hotel is not the best the first night we were put into a room that had a terrible humming sound that gave us all headaches. Told the front desk about it and they said they are aware of it and nothing they can do until the hvac people come out. Asked for a new room and all they said they have is just a single king. When our original room we have a double queen and pullout for 4 adults and 2 children. Told the front desk guy to have the manager contact me and I have not heard from the manager at all. Thankfully after a first night of no sleep we were able to get a new room for the rest of our stay finally

Rooms were clean. Pool was nice with comfortable temperature. Short walk across the street to the beach. Tv was in a weird spot in the room. Staff was extra friendly. Shampoo body wash bathroom was large size mounted son the wall and smelled real good if you like eucalyptus. Refrigerator was small. That about sums it up .

Beautiful and clean hotel- felt brand new. Rooms were spacious. Staff in hotel and parking were friendly and went above and beyond. Centrally located and in walking distance to everything in Clearwater Beach. Beautiful sunrises out by the pool. Definitely recommend!

Across the street from a store you can cut through to the beach, great pool area, beach towels, breakfast included. Convenient to transportation and many things walkable. My only complaint is that a king and single pull out sofa bed was to sleep 4. I didn’t realize the pull out was a single. For two adults and two kids who wants 3 in the king bed?

We had a wonderful stay, the staff was very friendly, professional, and courteous. They will able to accommodate our early chicken request, held our Amazon packages until we arrived. They were always attentive to our requests. The breakfast was excellent and allow us to have a good start to the day. The pool was very nice.

Unfortunately had to check in at 2am...not by choice, delayed flights. The asian man that checked us in at that time was very rude. Didnt even look up at me, acted very annoyed like I was bothering him. Annoyed at questions asked of where things were. Other than that, the hotel was great

Bugs! We pulled out the couch and there were live bugs. Was not handled well be the front and were given a 2nd room and it dead bugs in on the pull out. Front desk was not responsive and just gave us an other room. It was better but not great. Next morning I told house keeping about the issues as I passed in the hallway and she was unaware. We are a family of 6 and pick spring hills because of the couch and pull out. Breakfast was really good. Parking is 31 extra a day.

The location was very good, walking distance to the beach, the pier and food venues. Unfortunately, the hotel is immediately next to a bar that had live music past 2 a.m. on a Thursday night. We could not drown out the heavy beat that vibrated through our hotel walls on the 6th floor. Otherwise, breakfast and beds were good.

Perfect location - walk through the surf shop across the street and you’re on the beautiful beach, a short walk to Pier 60 and there’s plenty of great restaurants nearby. This was a great hotel for our family trip. They have a well-stocked breakfast every day, rooms are clean, quick valet and everyone that works there was very friendly. The bar next door has a live band that we could hear at night, but we weren’t expecting a quiet stay being at the center of everything on Clearwater Beach during spring break!

So convenient to everything. Clean room. Great little balcony. Coco’s is a great bar and grill next door. The breakfast at the restaurant was so so. There was a baseball team staying at the hotel so we opted to have breakfast elsewhere. We rented a golf cart and the valet let us come and go as we please and made it very easy. We are planning to stay here again in August

My family had high hopes for this property we usually stay at another hotel but chose to stay somewhere different. Hotel is nice my kid enjoyed the pool area but the common areas become very crowded especially breakfast area if you don’t go early. Which that wasn’t even really that big of a deal it’s to be expected. Our biggest issue was housekeeping in a 8 night stay our room was not fully cleaned 1 time!! We would leave the hotel for the beach by 10am most days and get back to the room between 3-4 expecting our room to be clean….nope not at all. Many days we would have to go get our own towels and put our trash in the hallway because it was overflowing. One day we had to be somewhere and needed to leave by 5 when we returned to our room around 3 our room hadn’t been touched. We called 4 times about this issue and each time they sounded like it would be handled immediately so we went to the pool for a bit only to return to start getting ready to leave and that’s when housekeeping came and did a very quick clean while we waited on the balcony. We are a family of 3 that traveled 1100 miles for vacation and we come to CWB every year we are not high maintenance but do expect fresh towels and beds made we are at the beach and no matter how much you try you still track sand in! And the shower in our room was small that’s fine but the shower head couldn’t be adjusted and it literally felt like it was ripping your skin off and the door never shut properly so it soaked the floor.

Hotel was beautiful and very clean. Proximity to the beach was perfect also, but bed was hard as a ROCK (and I like a firm bed) waaaayyyyy too hard !!!!! Pillows went flat as soon and I laid on them way to soft (not a good soft) I got NO sleep at all and neither did the kids it was terrible.. Also breakfast was not cooked well French toast was soggy and sausage was not cooked all the way.. It was free so I didn’t really care but it would have been nice to have a good breakfast before going to the beach..

Need to improve on the breakfast and service. We saw a kitchen server bring out sausage patties to a hotel guest because they were not out with the breakfast buffet. We asked if we could have an order and were told that they did not serve them even after I told her that just saw her bringing it to the guest.

Our stay was wonderful. The room was very clean and the free breakfast was one of the best we have had in a while. We did order drinks from the bar which were very pricey and not so great. We would definitely come back for another stay.
