Art Street Hotel is unique in that it occupies two floors (1, 2) of a building that’s also used for residential and commercial purposes. You enter through a locked steel gate into a shared and unkempt courtyard, and you may wonder if you’re at the right place. You are. Once you’re in the hotel space, however, it’s very cozy, quiet, and safe with a good, if small, room. The staff, especially Marco, tends to your needs, calls taxis, etc.The breakfast is continental plus sliced cheeses and meat. All of this is at a very affordable rate and is convenient, within walking distance, from Centrale train station. We’d stay again on our next Naples trip. And don’t forget Mimi’s restaurant (unusually good with an interesting crowd) just around the corner. Marco can guide you to that and several other good restaurants.

La struttura è molto semplice ma funzionale, pulita, comoda per girare a piedi la città. Vicina alla stazione ma in zona tranquilla e sempre trafficata da altre persone. Non mi convince il check in on-line, molto comodo ma allo stesso tempo molto poco sicuro. Il personale è presente solo la mattina per cui noi prevedendo di arrivare nel pomeriggio abbiamo inviato via whatsapp copia dei documenti e il proprietario ci ha inviato tutti i codici per accedere al palazzo, all'appartamento e alla camera.....mi sembra molto poco controllato anche se comodo!!!

Centralt. ett par minuters promenad från centralstationen där alla tåg , tunnelbanor samt flygbussar går ifrån. Lite svårt att hitta. Entren är gömd i en port in till en bakgård. Kändes tyvärr lite sunkigt vid första anblick. Endast en lapp eller om det var en liten skylt med hotellets namn som satt tillsammans med andra skyltar. In över gården och in i nästa "osynliga" dörr. Upp för 3 trappor. hinns finns för den modige. Känns så där att åka hiss i ett hus som spontant känns förfallet mitt i natten. Men den fungerade. Hotelet var obemannat men jag hade fått koder till alla dörrar så det va smidigt. Fint ljust rum. dessvärre fungerade inte AC'n den sprutade bara luft utan kyla. Och med tanke på temperaturen i Italien den veckn, 35+ så va det inte ok. Lånade en stor fläkt från receptionen för att få lite kyla. Funkade hyffsat. Använde inga tjänster av hotellet. varken frukost eller utflykter eller annat dem erbjöd. Så inga recensioner av det. Kortfattat. Ett centralt enkelt boende som fungerar för ett par nätter då man endast sover där.

Staff and service was stellar! Convenient location - main train station is close by, plus most main attractions are walkable. Sound proof windows so didn’t hear any noise from the street and used air instead. We were located on the floor where the eating area was, so in the morning it can get kind of noisy. They offer breakfast for €5 per day or plenty of places nearby to eat as well. They also offer day tours, so the trip to Pompeii was made easily. The shower did overflow quite easily and looks like a lot of mineral buildup so probably needs a deep cleaning. Aside from that, I would recommend staying here.

The staff was very friendly and kind, it's a small hotel in a former appartment building, location close the station is perfect and it's a great spot if you enjoy being in the middle of the city. The could put a sign of some sort outside since there's only a gate on streetlevel, reception is on the 2nd floor

The room and kitchen itself is nice but the entrance to property is quite scary. It could have also been well sign posted. Power was cut late at night and was unable to get into the building floor and rooms. Would be better to have a back up generator or owner could have come to use key to open the doors. However, this was compensated with free breakfast.

Although the staff was wonderful, I was shocked that there was no overnight personnel in the facility. I paid for a hotel. That includes 24/7 staff to help ensure that I, a female, solo traveler, stays safe, especially since the neighborhood did not seem secure. There was no access to food except at breakfast, not even vending machines. Would not return.

Our trip was a three-night stay after spending nine days in Sorrento. The hotel is located closer to the historic area than the coastal area, but you can easily get there by metro. The bus is also very close. Upon arriving at the hotel, you'll be shocked by a poorly maintained entrance and a gate that opens with a key and leads to what is the inner courtyard between other buildings. Taking the elevator takes you to the hotel. The place is clean, well-maintained, and access is via key. The staff is very attentive, courteous, and helpful at all times. The room has a balcony overlooking the main street, and you can hear the traffic, but it wasn't a problem. There's no refrigerator or much space to store your luggage, but it's easy to accommodate. The TV and Wi-Fi are intermittent and slow, but they're good for some basic needs. You can have breakfast there for 5 euros. The room is cleaned daily and everything is left tidy. When we needed a taxi, they coordinated it, and everything worked out very well. Getting to the airport costs about 21 euros with a flat rate. There's a small grocery store right across the street. In general, the area around that part of the city is typical of a metropolitan area. There are cafes, and you'll quickly walk to the more historic streets, churches, and cafes. Personally, we liked the area near the port better and found it cleaner and more well-maintained. But that depends largely on each traveler's personal tastes.

A great hotel is you want to be centrally located, minutes from the main railway station, tram and metro. Hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were exceptional, especially Marco who was great for helping plan my visit. The house keeping was the best I've seen from any hotel in a long time.

Aircondition bråkte veldig med urinlukt. Måtte skrus av om natten. Rommet var rent, men renholder glemte låse døren, da vi kom hjem for kvelden. (Døren var åpen). Hotellet bar preg av en del søppel og duemøkk. Gikk ikke an å være på balkongen pga duemøkk og støy. Hyggelig service. Anbefales ikke.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We did not have breakfast so I am unable to comment on it. The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is walking distance (kind of a long walk) to the Naples Architectural Museum and a short walk to the central train station. There aren't too many great restaurants in the immediate vicinity as it appears to have alot of poorer immigrants from North Africa who don't seem to have alot of money to go out although they were friendly. There is a Catholic church a short walk from the hotel. I tried to figure out when mass times were and ended up accidentally registering with the parish so I am now registered as a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel parish in Naples which I find humorous.

Auf den Fotos sieht die Unterkunft super aus aber das Bad war nicht sauber, der Ausblick ist eine Katastrophe, der Rolladen am Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen und es war eher laut. Die ganze Stadt ist aber laut, sodass man das der Unterkunft nicht anlasten kann. Das Personal war aber sehr nett und hilfsbereit

L’entrata al piano terra dell’hotel con il cortile fatiscente con immondizia e auto sporche parcheggiate, polvere ovunque e le scale di accesso sono vecchie e impresentabili, come accesso ad un hotel. Situazioni così le ho trovate solo in paesi del terzo mondo tipo India o East Europa. Le recensioni in internet non mostrano l’entrata del cortile e la struttura ha un punteggio “eccellente”, credo sia fake. Il titolare è gentile e le stanze sono molto rumorose perchè affacciate sulla strada. Colazione sufficiente buona, reception banale in entrata, codici a tastiera per entrare in tutta la struttura perchè solo la mattina l’hotel è supervisionato per fare i check out. Ci sono comunque delle telecamere in entrata con controllo remoto immagino. È un hotel a due stelle e non a tre stelle.

We enjoyed our time at Art Street Hotel. Marco, Massimo, and Nadia were incredibly kind and helpful. They not only assisted with booking a fantastic local tour but also gave excellent restaurant recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the metro, which made exploring the city so convenient. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and personal touches from the team. Highly recommend staying here – we’ll definitely be back!

The location is very good. We walked every night to Via Toledo. The place is clean. It is walking distance from Napoli’s Central Station. For me, it is important to have clean sheets/towels/and bathroom and I found all at the premises. Marco was very nice and friendly. The entire team was friendly.

The lovely woman that checked me in was so helpful and so lovely! Nothing she wouldn’t have done for us. We felt welcomed and appreciated. The bathroom had mould in the shower, no fridge in the rooms either. Very average hotel with exceptional staff working there

Staff was more than helpful when there, but no staff at location between 8 pm and 8 am. Elevator was out of order at 8:15 when we came back from dinner and was still not working when we had to leave with luggage to the airport. There was no one to help. We had to bring it down the stairs. We purposely booked an elevator because one of us uses a cane. If you need more sheets or toilet paper you need to go down the hall to get yourself. Noisy all night. Noise came from the street and in the halls. People yelling, slamming doors.

Our trip was a three-night stay after spending nine days in Sorrento. The hotel is located closer to the historic area than the coastal area, but you can easily get there by metro. The bus is also very close. Upon arriving at the hotel, you'll be shocked by a poorly maintained entrance and a gate that opens with a key and leads to what is the inner courtyard between other buildings. Taking the elevator takes you to the hotel. The place is clean, well-maintained, and access is via key. The staff is very attentive, courteous, and helpful at all times. The TV and Wi-Fi are intermittent and slow, but they're good for some basic needs. You can have breakfast there for 5 euros. The room is cleaned daily and everything is left tidy. A great hotel is you want to be centrally located, minutes from the main railway station, tram and metro. Hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were exceptional, especially Marco who was great for helping plan my visit. The house keeping was the best I've seen from any hotel in a long time.

Staff and service was stellar! Convenient location - main train station is close by, plus most main attractions are walkable. Sound proof windows so didn’t hear any noise from the street and used air instead. We were located on the floor where the eating area was, so in the morning it can get kind of noisy. They offer breakfast for €5 per day or plenty of places nearby to eat as well. They also offer day tours, so the trip to Pompeii was made easily. The shower did overflow quite easily and looks like a lot of mineral buildup so probably needs a deep cleaning. Aside from that, I would recommend staying here.

Although the staff was wonderful, I was shocked that there was no overnight personnel in the facility. I paid for a hotel. That includes 24/7 staff to help ensure that I, a female, solo traveler, stays safe, especially since the neighborhood did not seem secure. There was no access to food except at breakfast, not even vending machines. Would not return.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We did not have breakfast so I am unable to comment on it. The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is walking distance (kind of a long walk) to the Naples Architectural Museum and a short walk to the central train station. There aren't too many great restaurants in the immediate vicinity as it appears to have alot of poorer immigrants from North Africa who don't seem to have alot of money to go out although they were friendly. There is a Catholic church a short walk from the hotel. I tried to figure out when mass times were and ended up accidentally registering with the parish so I am now registered as a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel parish in Naples which I find humorous.

The room and kitchen itself is nice but the entrance to property is quite scary. It could have also been well sign posted. Power was cut late at night and was unable to get into the building floor and rooms. Would be better to have a back up generator or owner could have come to use key to open the doors. However, this was compensated with free breakfast.

It was conveniently located to the train station, but it's not a great neighborhood. The hotel is hard to maneuver since we had rooms on two floors with kids. There are different codes to enter each floor. One of the rooms was more of a closet with 3 beds. It felt old, dirty, and we couldn't wait to leave.

All of this is at a very affordable rate and is convenient, within walking distance, from Centrale train station. We’d stay again on our next Naples trip. And don’t forget Mimi’s restaurant (unusually good with an interesting crowd) just around the corner. Marco can guide you to that and several other good restaurants.

Accès à l’hôtel peu évident. L’hôtel est vétuste mais il semble que cela est dû a l’ancienneté de la ville de Naples. Concernant la propreté, je pense que cela dépend de chacun, encore une fois elle reflète un peu la ville. Le petit-déjeuner est très classique. Je recommande de le prendre en extérieur. Nous avons apprécié le personnel serviable et disponible et très aimable.

Chambre de taille correcte, bonne literie, clim. Salle de bain avec douche a l'italienne , très bien. Petit déjeuner sympa, sucré et salé. Personnel super sympa. Although the staff was wonderful, I was shocked that there was no overnight personnel in the facility. I paid for a hotel. That includes 24/7 staff to help ensure that I, a female, solo traveler, stays safe, especially since the neighborhood did not seem secure. There was no access to food except at breakfast, not even vending machines. Would not return.

Our trip was a three-night stay after spending nine days in Sorrento. The hotel is located closer to the historic area than the coastal area, but you can easily get there by metro. The bus is also very close. Upon arriving at the hotel, you'll be shocked by a poorly maintained entrance and a gate that opens with a key and leads to what is the inner courtyard between other buildings. Taking the elevator takes you to the hotel. The place is clean, well-maintained, and access is via key. The staff is very attentive, courteous, and helpful at all times. The room has a balcony overlooking the main street, and you can hear the traffic, but it wasn't a problem. There's no refrigerator or much space to store your luggage, but it's easy to accommodate. The TV and Wi-Fi are intermittent and slow, but they're good for some basic needs. You can have breakfast there for 5 euros. The room is cleaned daily and everything is left tidy. When we needed a taxi, they coordinated it, and everything worked out very well. Getting to the airport costs about 21 euros with a flat rate. There's a small grocery store right across the street. In general, the area around that part of the city is typical of a metropolitan area. There are cafes, and you'll quickly walk to the more historic streets, churches, and cafes. Personally, we liked the area near the port better and found it cleaner and more well-maintained. But that depends largely on each traveler's personal tastes.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We did not have breakfast so I am unable to comment on it. The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel is walking distance (kind of a long walk) to the Naples Architectural Museum and a short walk to the central train station. There aren't too many great restaurants in the immediate vicinity as it appears to have alot of poorer immigrants from North Africa who don't seem to have alot of money to go out although they were friendly. There is a Catholic church a short walk from the hotel. I tried to figure out when mass times were and ended up accidentally registering with the parish so I am now registered as a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel parish in Naples which I find humorous.
