Having got caught up in the air traffic control situation we had to find 2 rooms near the airport for the same night. We booked through Hotels.com but when we arrived the hotel was full. The staff pulled out all stops and opened up two brand new rooms in their new hotel opposite. The rooms were not 100% finished but they were spacious and comfortable. We cannot rate the staff highly enough for their help in getting us somewhere to sleep for the night.

OK room but not a great location. Conveniently near the train station but in a dirty area that felt a bit unsafe. Astonished this qualifies as a 4-star hotel. Only stayed briefly in Naples to catch a very early flight but would never stay there again.

The lobby staff were very very nice and helpful. The room overall was clean, it was a bit noisy. The biggest concern was the smell of sewer in the bathroom area. I think they tried to mask it with a nice deodorizer but it was very prevalent. Good area to stay for a night to pick up flight or train but not for a long term stay in Naples.

It was a 5 minute walk from train station. Lobby was a desk in a hallway. Our room was adequate but the bed and pillows were hard like cardboard. Breakfast was adequate, staff were friendly and if you are taking early train or bus to airport it is a good location.
