Everything ok except two things. Seaweed everywhere and the egg smell that comes with it. You had to pay tonnes of money to get WiFi for the kids, work phones, computer etc. Crazy experience. Otherwise clean and fun with the crock and kids liked the pool with the slide and jump.

Everything is good, but the smell of the sea. It was so bad. However, it was not a big disappointment because other famous beaches were similar. The food was a little lacking, but the service was kind and everything was good. We plan to go again in 6 months.

This version is about 1,050 characters, so it should fit comfortably under a 1,500-character limit: We’ve stayed at many all-inclusive resorts, and this was our favorite. The food, cleanliness, and staff were exceptional. Traveling with a large group of food lovers, dining was a priority, and the resort exceeded expectations. For families, Ventus or Marina are the best choices since meals are more convenient. Ventus Ha is better suited for couples seeking a quieter stay. Mercado was a standout. We only wish it were open for dinner, as the quality and variety were excellent and made it one of our favorite dining spots. Marina’s pool is the center of activities and entertainment, while the other pools are much quieter, giving guests great options depending on the atmosphere they prefer. The magic show was also outstanding—the best resort magic show we’ve seen. A few minor notes: • Evening entertainment usually ended around 10 PM, with limited activity later at night. • Housekeeping was excellent and kept our room spotless. On a couple of occasions, the room appeared refreshed while we were at dinner despite the “Privacy Please” sign being displayed. Nothing was missing. • We stayed in Building 2600 near the Ventus lobby. Music from the lobby bar was noticeable in the evenings but ended early and wasn’t a major concern. Overall, an excellent resort that exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly return.

Was our first time in Mexico and was a little underwhelmed. Felt that they just wanted you to upgrade and would make a commission if they got you to. Because when one of our family members said they weren’t interested in an upgraded room for extra price they shuffled her off to someone else and then talked to the next person in line instead of finishing the check in. Same with concierge help not available at the desk. The guest services over phone was more helpful. Kind of interesting at this resort they won’t let you order or eat by the pool, considering it’s a family friendly resort with kids who just want to swim and be by the pool. I’m just not sure I’d come stay here again.

We recently stayed at this resort and while the property itself was beautiful and the staff was generally friendly, our experience was disappointing because many of the amenities advertised were not actually available during our stay. The resort promotes having 8–10 restaurant options, which was one of the main reasons we booked. However, only 1–2 restaurants were open most of the time, which led to limited food choices and long waits. We understand that schedules or staffing issues can happen, but this should be communicated clearly before guests book or arrive. Overall, the resort has potential, but the lack of available dining options did not match the expectations created by the advertisement and affected our overall experience.
