I didn’t know hotels could receive Michelin recognition, but instead of stars, they receive Michelin “Keys” for outstanding accommodations. After staying at Palazzo de Noha, I completely understand why. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality that set the tone for our entire stay. I had booked a Deluxe room, but to my delight, we were upgraded to a suite. The staff took care of everything from valet parking (only €20 per night) to giving us a tour of the hotel and showing us how to operate all the room features. They provided us with curated restaurant recommendations and a list of things to do, and even offered to make reservations on our behalf. On our first day, we mentioned wanting to visit a beach club. Not only did they research and recommend the best options, but the next morning, the reception staff had already prepared our car with a bag of beach towels waiting for us. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly impressed us. Communication was seamless, as the staff stayed in touch through WhatsApp whenever we weren’t at the hotel. Every single team member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay unforgettable. Breakfast, included with the stay, was another highlight,fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared each morning. One important note: the hotel is located within Lecce’s ZTL (restricted traffic zone). But don’t worry the hotel will authorize your entry.

Great walkable location, close to everything. Quiet boutique hotel with amazing service and attentive, polite, competent staff. Beautiful spacious rooms. Rooftop pool is a bit small, gets cozy. Breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from, everything was local, great quality. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel with homemade breakfast. Centrally located. 2 cons: We traveled in August and the air conditioning just couldn’t keep up with the heat outside. Room was hot & there weren’t any AC vents in the bathroom. It got very hot after a shower because there just isn’t good ventilation. Also, the pool is only a dip pool. It’s about 5’x5’ and 2’ deep. Was expecting a bigger pool from the photos, but it was good for cooling off.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Staff was incredible and very hospitable. We felt extremely welcome and well taken care of our entire stay. The rooftop lounge and plunge pool is a beautiful oasis to get some respite from the heat.

Aside from very minor issues related to style trumping function, the only issue to be aware of is a somewhat lower privacy of the bathroom compared to expectations of most North Americans. The location cannot be topped, and the hotel valet parking system made stating in the no traffic zone a breeze. Believe all the rave reviews - this is the place to stay in Lecce.

In the old city, everywhere was an easy walk - good in 31 degree heat - and the hotel helped us with a fabulous restaurant recommendation & booking. Not the cheapest on offer but you certainly get what you pay for.

Beautiful rooms with old architectural elements. Wonderful breakfast. Very clean. Excellent location in the old town. Friendly staff. Only drawback is that in order to maximize appreciation of architecture, the bathrooms only had glass walls which could be off-putting. However, there were curtains to mitigate the problem.

The staff and the level of customer service was exceptional at this hotel! From check-in to check-out, each one of them were extremely attentive and friendly. From the Reception staff, Raffaella, Gianmarco & Sofia who upgraded my room (which was a great surprise upon arrival) to the Breakfast staff, Piera & Rossella, who kept me company on the rooftop each morning, to the Bar staff, Paolo, who made sure I was taken care of, and Housekeeping staff, Desy & Roberta, all of them made my stay very memorable. I can't thank them enough for such a wonderful experience and I will be returning next year! Grazie per tutto! Maria

Outstanding hotel - 5* Rafaella made us so welcome on arrival and all staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are fabulous, we were in an annex room which was quiet with beautiful furnishings, lovely toiletries and spotlessly clean. It was raining one morning before breakfast and we opened the door to find an umbrella has been left so we could stay dry going over to breakfast. Breakfast was served at the roof top area. It was absolutely delicious, homemade cakes made by the lovely Ciara and a beautiful array of fresh produce. Also cooked to order egg options with bacon. The best breakfast we had anywhere on our trip. The pool and roof top bar were so welcome in the heat of summer and drinks and food served directly to us by the pool. We were regularly asked if we needed anything and felt so welcome. This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in, made even more special by the fabulous staff. We would love to return.

I didn’t know hotels could receive Michelin recognition, but instead of stars, they receive Michelin “Keys” for outstanding accommodations. After staying at Palazzo de Noha, I completely understand why. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality that set the tone for our entire stay. I had booked a Deluxe room, but to my delight, we were upgraded to a suite. The staff took care of everything from valet parking (only €20 per night) to giving us a tour of the hotel and showing us how to operate all the room features. They provided us with curated restaurant recommendations and a list of things to do, and even offered to make reservations on our behalf. On our first day, we mentioned wanting to visit a beach club. Not only did they research and recommend the best options, but the next morning, the reception staff had already prepared our car with a bag of beach towels waiting for us. That level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly impressed us. Communication was seamless, as the staff stayed in touch through WhatsApp whenever we weren’t at the hotel. Every single team member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely dedicated to making our stay unforgettable. This was the finest stay at a hotel that my wife and I had here in Puglia. Raffaella and Giuseppe were wonderful hosts. The entire staff was excellent and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome . They arranged tours for us and helped with dinner reservations. We definitely recommend this boutique hotel. You will not be disappointed!!

The staff and the level of customer service was exceptional at this hotel! From check-in to check-out, each one of them were extremely attentive and friendly. From the Reception staff, Raffaella, Gianmarco & Sofia who upgraded my room (which was a great surprise upon arrival) to the Breakfast staff, Piera & Rossella, who kept me company on the rooftop each morning, to the Bar staff, Paolo, who made sure I was taken care of, and Housekeeping staff, Desy & Roberta, all of them made my stay very memorable. My family and I enjoyed a wonderful 3 night stay at the Palazzo. Diana and Francesco were incredibly helpful and informative about the area and restaurants. The service provided by all the staff (including the lovely two ladies at breakfast) was exceptional. We would return in an instant!

Beautiful rooms with old architectural elements. Wonderful breakfast. Very clean. Excellent location in the old town. Friendly staff. Only drawback is that in order to maximize appreciation of architecture, the bathrooms only had glass walls which could be off-putting. However, there were curtains to mitigate the problem.

Palazzo De Noha was a wonderful place to stay. It's a beautiful boutique hotel right in the Centro Storico so the location is excellent. We were the only guests in the hotel as they were closing for the holidays the next day. The staff were wonderful - great conversation and recommendations. This is definitely the place to stay in the old town. We had a car and were able to park on the road just outside the old town.

Beautiful hotel with homemade breakfast. Centrally located. 2 cons: We traveled in August and the air conditioning just couldn’t keep up with the heat outside. Room was hot & there weren’t any AC vents in the bathroom. It got very hot after a shower because there just isn’t good ventilation. Also, the pool is only a dip pool. It’s about 5’x5’ and 2’ deep. Was expecting a bigger pool from the photos, but it was good for cooling off.

Outstanding hotel - 5* Rafaella made us so welcome on arrival and all staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are fabulous, we were in an annex room which was quiet with beautiful furnishings, lovely toiletries and spotlessly clean. It was raining one morning before breakfast and we opened the door to find an umbrella has been left so we could stay dry going over to breakfast. Breakfast was served at the roof top area. It was absolutely delicious, homemade cakes made by the lovely Ciara and a beautiful array of fresh produce. Also cooked to order egg options with bacon. The best breakfast we had anywhere on our trip. The pool and roof top bar were so welcome in the heat of summer and drinks and food served directly to us by the pool. We were regularly asked if we needed anything and felt so welcome. This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in, made even more special by the fabulous staff. We would love to return.

We absolutely loved this Palazzo right in the centre of Lecce. Lovely room and fab breakfast level with great chef and assistants who baked delicious cakes and made fab drinks. Gorgeous place in perfect location. Cave room was huge and beautifully designed and decorated. Very comfortable large bed. Breakfast options were limited but fine. Location in the Sassi was perfect, with spectacular views in all directions. Would happily go back.
