Insgesamt war alles zufriedenstellend, die Lage direkt neben Deira City Centre ist praktisch. Aber wir hatten fast immer Probleme ein Taxi zu bekommen. Pool ist klein, aber schöne Aussicht auf die Skyline. Und an zwei Tagen hat der Zimmerservice die Handtücher komplett vergessen. Frühstücksraum war sehr überfüllt und auch nichts besonderes, deswegen waren wir lieber auswärts.

Had a lovely 2 night stay at the Aloft Dubai Creek to break my journey up on the way to Thailand. Would highly recommend. Easy access to transport and Deira City Centre. Not far from the airport. There was a lovely pool area with a fantastic view of the skyline. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Would definitely stay again

Wish we had a longer stay! Absolutely fantastic stay! The hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained. The staff were warm, professional, and made us feel truly welcome. We were upgraded to a suite (larger than any 1 bedroom units I have seen), and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the city — watching the lights at night from bed was a highlight of our stay. The pool area was shaded and relaxing. Plus, the hotel is conveniently connected to a huge shopping mall with air conditioned access to the Metro system, which made everything super accessible. Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, da es sich in Flughafennähe befindet. Die Lage ist super und das Hotel grenzt direkt an eine Mall an, in der es viele Geschäfte und Essensmöglichkeiten gibt. Die Lobby ist sehr stylisch und die Poolarea genial. Man blickt von dort auf die Skyline von Dubai, was sensationell ist. Auch die angrenzende Bar bietet diesen Ausblick und zudem noch Wein zu fairen Preisen an. Unser Zimmer (#1029) war zur Mallseite gelegen. Es handelte sich vermutlich um ein barrierefreies Zimmer, da das Badezimmer schon recht merkwürdig aufgeteilt war. Im Duschraum befand sich ebenfalls die Toilette. Nach dem Duschen war auch der Toilettenbereich komplett geflutet. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nur, wenn sich jemand im Zimmer befindet - Bewegungssensor! Dann kühlt diese aber ordentlich, allerdings mit einer sehr hohen Lautstärke. Auf kleinster Ventilatorstufe noch halbwegs akzeptable Kühlung. Da wir um 04:00 Uhr aufstehen mussten, waren wir bereits gegen 23:00 Uhr im Bett. Allerdings war an Schlaf nicht zu denken. Quasi direkt unter unserem Fenster im Bereich zum Mallübergang befindet sich ein Chinarestaurant im Hotel. Hier wurde bis weit nach Mitternacht lautstark Musik gespielt - diese war sogar noch in der 10. Etage fühl- und hörbar. Somit haben wir kaum Schlaf bekommen. Daher können wir von diesem Hotel nur abraten und werden uns im Nachgang nochmals dazu beim Management beschweren.

The property is located within Deira City Centre Mall with direct access to the Dubai Metro. The rooms are spacious and you can easily have 4 pieces of luggage opened without restricting movement. Rooms are cleaned daily including towel service. However, certain items are not necessarily replaced and you have to remind them, like lotion, shower caps, etc. We also had a faulty hairdryer which took them 2 days to replace! I would recommend that Marriott invest in upgrading rooms and have showers for seniors like ourselves as the bathtubs are very difficult to get into and are a falling hazard for us. I would be doing injustice by not recognizing the following staff: Front Office - Sanjna, Guest Ambassador. She took care of us from check-in, asking us daily how we were and ensuring that we were comfortable and immediately addressed any concerns. She was also extremely helpful by giving us a late check-out. Chefs - Sharun, excellent! He knew exactly what type and size (one egg) omelette my wife and I wanted, and made it everyday during our 4 days stay. Emmanuel - Always smiling, just seeing him everyday made us feel good. Our server during breakfast - Sumanta. What a lovely person. Extremely polite, efficient and someone that makes your day. Overall I would highly recommend this property, and hopefully Marriott will improve on the bathrooms.

The sprays in the communal areas and darkness / bad lighting made me unwell along with the first room I was given had stains on the sofa, damaged furniture and not what it looks like online. I had to leave after 1 night. If you have breathing problems or problems with your sight, I do not recommend.

A unique find. Very contemporary and so accessible to the mall airport and metro which I was not aware of. The staff and accomodation was exceptional. The studio room I was given was outstanding with so much room and very modern touches. I found the standard of accomodation was on par to other hotels stayedi in closer to the city. Definitely will book again.

Es la Peor Experiencia, me Hurtaron una camisa, Se los Hice saber al manager del hotel, y a la Media hora tocaron mi habitación para darme una camisa que no era la mia, luego de dos dias me dicen que apareció y que mi camisa esta en la habitación, conmigo fue a mi habitación un manager de turno y resulto que en otra habitación habia sucedido lo mismo, en fin no me solucionaron quede robado.

We were given keys to room opened door and someone was already in there. Went back to front desk to tell them and they had no clue what was going on. When it got sorted, they sent a fruit bowl to our room to apologize. When opened the entire bowl of fruit was rotten, bruised and moldy. That’s disgusting.

The hotel is part of the City Center mall, so it's very convenient to do shopping and dining. The two restaurants in the hotel are very good. The chinese restaurant in the Aloft is exceptional. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
