Better than advertised! My husband and I travel to Rocky Point several times a year, and love Bella Sirena for its peaceful and beautiful grounds. But this condo is now our favorite! Way more comfortable than depicted. Very well stocked, everything you need including beach chairs, hand soap, paper goods(unlike some negative reviews) most comfortable bed in Master bedroom, and great patio sectional couch not pictured. Will be returning for sure!

I used to expend time In Bella Sirena renting directly from owners.. I miss those days because they were AFFORDABLE.. now you have to be wealthy (which I am not) to afford the price!! I do love the property..

Overall the grounds were well groomed and taken care of. We stayed mid week and were very pleased how quiet it was. As the week progressed it was a little busier…but there was always a place to find your own space.

The home was very clean and everything in the description. The view was amazing! It was lacking a few amenities.. no blow dryer, no iron or ironing board. It could use more plastic storage containers for food. Cabinets where cookware is stored needs cleaning. Being that it’s an ocean front resort condo…more than 2 shower towels should be provided. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful ocean front condo!

Great property with a very friendly staff. The unit itself is spacious and has good bones, but overall it’s tired and dated. During our stay the guest toilet stopped working day one, the water heater didn’t work at all, light switch plates kept falling off the walls, many lamps/lights weren’t functioning and we tried to use the microwave and a large piece on top of it just fell right off when my daughter tried to warm something up. Basic cleaning supplies were not available like trash bags, dish tabs, laundry tabs or a broom. Given we pay a hefty housekeeping/VRBO fee, these things should be provided for at least the amount of days you book. There was a wall in the living room under the mounted TV that has a half a dozen cords exposed as if a piece of furniture should be covering it but wasn’t, tough with a toddler. If we weren’t in the condo much or ate each meal out it would be fine but as a family of 5 in and out all day it was not ideal. Having stayed at other places on this property I can tell you this isn’t the norm. Would not book this unit again.

1st time at this condo, but been at others at Belle Sirena. Here are some issues I have not had at others. 1. Countertops had sticky residue on them on arrival 2. Multiple light bulbs were out. Most annoying was the one out over the toilet as we had to keep the door open to get any light. 3. Masterbedroom door would not close so anyone in the familyroom had a line of sight to the toilet because there were no working lights in the toilet area and you had to keep to toilet room door open to see. 4. WiFi instructions swapped the password and network names which took a lot time to figure out the issue. I bet not everyone would see this. 5. No wine opener in the condo. 6. There are feet of AV cable exiting the wall and just lying on the floor in the living area. Its a tripping hazard for the super young and old. It certainly wasn't a bad experience, but the isues above made the vacation annoying. Luckily we hung out at our friends condo for the most part and used this to only sleep and shower.

Several inadequacies as follows: 1) no soap, shampoo or detergent provided 2) ceiling fan in master has a broken pull switch which doesnt allow you to control the speed of the fan. Its either helicopter take off speed or off 3) no cushions on the couch on the balcony 4) no beach towels, beach chairs or anything else 5) absolutely no instructions on how to operate the TVs. Wanted to watch the Stanley Cup finals but absolutely zero directions on how to operate the remotes. This is very fundamental. This info should always be provided. 6) there were stains all over the white comforter. Disgusting 7) bring your own pillows because the ones in this unit are Motel 6 quality Would never stay here again nor would I recommend it.

Great! Love the condo and the owner/mgmt was very nice. My only complaint was the curtains on both slider doors in the back were gross. They didn’t fully open so you couldn’t enjoy the view. The bedding was old and didn’t look very clean. The extra bedding in the closet wasn’t folder neatly and looked used. I’d stay again and bring my own bedding.

Wow!Me, my wife our son, and two of her friends stayed here for our anniversary and it was beautiful. Our host Gaby was there every step of the way and very attentive.The view at the unit was amazing from the balcony, and the walk to the beach was about 2 mins. The unit was clean and very cozy we will definitely be coming again…

This place will make you want to stay forever! My mother in law was terrified about staying in Rocky Point again due to bad experience at another rental. However this place changed her mind and now she loves Puerto Peñasco and all thanks to Bella Sirena! Omar an his team go above and beyond to ensure your stay is everything and more! 3500 sf of space over 1000 sf of patio with incredible views! We have stayed her 3 times it never gets old wish i could buy this place...highly recommend 👌

We had 10 people all 17 and older. It was a beautiful condo with great views and lots to do. It was nice the adults didn’t have to be so close to the teenagers the whole time, plenty of room for everyone!!

it was difficult to contact the manager as it was sub listed on VRBO, so you had to swap between the VRBO listing and "coastline vacations" there was a picture in it with the hotter and I have stayed in Bella Serena before. however the manager claims it wasn\'t part of the package. he offered compensation and I told him since we all flew in we couldn\'t stay another night. nor would it be possible for the group to come back "for another night" since we would have to fly back just to enjoy a night. but that was all he could offer. even a hundred off would have been nice for how long we stayed. put it on the listing that the hot-tub doesn\'t work, relpy back to emails in a timely manner.
