This needs better Administrator. They save on employees and the few they have lack training and experience. It took us 1 1/2 to check in since there was only one employee who kept helping everyone that walked in while she was checkingbus in. The place requires a golf cart to move around and they dont provide one. You have to call the to pick u up and bring you back. But yhe girl forgot to tell us that at 8 pm the service stops. The whole experience was a nitemare. No housekeeping unles you 25 dls a day. They wouldn't even take the trash out or give uou vlean towels. We were yhere for 5 nights 6 days. There many other choices, stay away from here.

The beds were very comfortable, the unit was amazing, I really loved it. The only thing I dis not like is that when you check in they offer you a complementary pick up service from Your room to the beach clubs, what I did not know is that they were going to get upset for not tiping for that complemenatry ride, first they told me that the service was until 9pm and the next day they said that it was until 8:30pm and we were already at the beach club, that is why I think they were upset because we did not tip maybe it was our fault. Other than that everything is amazing.
