Our only concern was in room 103 where we stayed. There was a door to the pool, but it did not close properly and we could not lock it. We ended up moving the desk in front of the door to keep people from coming in and from keeping my 2 year old grandson from going out.

They had games in the pool area for the kids to play with ! Pool towels in your room and were huge ! Bottled water in room Was a wonderful experience and it will be our pick from now on ! Great time ! Thank you for having us

This was a nice place to stay. The room was clean. They were very nice at the front desk. The pool area was great. My grandsons loved all the toys they had for the pool and the basketball hoop.

The room was clean and appeared to be newly renovated. The bedding and towels were clean. The staff were polite and went above and beyond our expectations. The breakfast was also more than we expected - eggs, kielbasa, biscuits and gravy, pastries, and an automatic pancake maker (my son's favorite part). I would absolutely recommend this hotel.

When we got into the room it smelt incredibly musty and wet. The floor was actually wet when I walked in it. It wasn’t just our room, we went into a family members room as well and it was also the same. I will say, the front desk lady was incredibly nice though.

Thank you for letting up rent a room. Rules are too strict. My son knocked on our door to come in and he got yelled at from the staff for making noise. He is 24 and wasn't goofing around. This was 11 AM and he was told other guests are sleeping. Our radio was too loud in the pool are too (in the afternoon).

The property was very well maintained, the staff did an excellent job checking me in very late in the evening and during breakfast time the young ladies were did a great job maintaining the area as well. The room was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked great!

It was SOOOOO nice to stay 5 minutes away from the hockey rink. Didn't have a fitness center, which I probably wouldn't have used anyway. They should get that broken window by the pool area fixed, though.

I liked how close it was to the wedding venue we attended, nice and quiet, staff were friendly. The room could have been maintained better. The cable box wasn’t working properly & the air conditioner kept cutting off because the filter needed cleaning. But overall good stay breakfast was good too!

I lIked the fact that it was located next to a Heritage Center, and Walmart was five minutes away. I believe the name of the reservation desk lady was Kelsey and she was so friendly

We always have a great stay. I enjoy the breakfast and reading the paper in the meal area. Its clean and well managed. We visit during the week, so my review is based on stays either Weds, Thurs and Fri. One thing i would appreciate is new shower heads. The rooms weve had, have needed them.
