Small hotel but still very nice. Some things I didn't expect: no in-room microwave, although one is available in the breakfast area. 24/7 coffee in the lobby because the room has no coffee.

Great property and clean rooms. There were a lot of choices to eat at and the it felt safe. The pool was not the best and there was no jacuzzi but the other amenities were wonderful.

The building has wear and the room is small but is extremely clean and has all of the necessities. The bed was very comfortable. There is no chair in the room. There are 2 USB ports on each side table, as well as an electric outlet. Coffee is only available in the lobby but it is available 24 hours and the beans are freshly ground with each cup. That was a win for us. I would highly recommend this hotel is you want a clean and comfortable room for less.

The facilities seem new and are clean. People were friendly. I was disappointed with NO coffee service in the room. Also, the tread guard on stairs was loose and very dangerous.

Unfortunately, our truck got broken into on the first night of our stay, we were 1 of 4 trucks that had to endure this hardship. It was very disheartening, due to the fact that we parked in the very front where it was visible to the front of the hotel check-in desk. We were told by personal that this has been going on for a while. It would be nice to have a security guard on site to monitor guess cars. No compensation was goven or even offered. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they have some type of security, monitoring service available. Steer away if you have a truck or Texas license plate!

Staff was very nice. Breakfast offerings were good. Property seemed run down. Missing tile edging in bathroom. Hallway carpet dirty, rippled & there was food crumbs our entire stay. Air conditioning not working in hallway. Outside walk crumbling.

We Always stay at this Avid in OKC/Quail Springs! It’s clean, comfy and convenient-staff is great, it’s generally quiet and we love the clean, no carpet rooms!

Bedding had other ppls hair on arrival. Had to remove top bedding. Bathroom trash had no liners and inside was disgusting. I found leftover peanuts on the floor between beds. Staff seemed like they were bothered if you needed them with noone at desk greeting or available. You had to wait for help. They didn't follow up with any of requested needs. No extra towels, only 2 for 4 ppl. When we requested more the second morning they were never brought we had to go down to desk and then wait at desk for them to be given. We enjoyed snacks for free, we chargered waters, food and candy to our room but I guess they were complimentary because nothing was reflected on on our statement. The proprty trash was full the 3 days we were there, over following full. Cases of beer on patio for breakfast from night before with smelly trash wasn't what were used to at Avid. Not very well lit at night with several night walkers around property. Its located in a mall parking lot off 2 highways surrounded by apartments. Lots of noise and traffic is bumper to bumper. We usually enjoy a quiet, clean, friendly visit at these hotels. This location was quiet disappointing

The staff was extremely nice and the place was some what clean. The few issues i had was that it was hair in the tub, on the towels and in the bed. I spent my entire stay with a broken tv. I told staff and they said they was working on it. But it was never fixed and as i spoke to staff the lady in front of me was checking out and she said, she told them the same thing a few days ago when she stayed in 214. The breakfast was alright, the muffins was old and the juice was water. They had a lot of option but most of it i couldnt eat.

The lady who check me in was on the phone and didn’t help me tell she was off the phone. Then was standing at the desk for a long time while she couldn’t get me check in. Then the room was nasty there was stain on pillow case and bed . floor was dirty and bathroom was not up kept. I have stay at avid hotel muplite time and this is the first time I ever had a not so good experience . I willn’t be back for awhile

Great different type of stay. Clean, quiet room with comfortable bed. Love the tech on TV allowing option to stream from your own device using good WiFi connection that’s provided. Reasonable pet friendly charge for our little buddy. On our list to stay here again. Grab & go breakfast was good

Check in was quick and easy. The lady working the front desk was friendly and informative. Room was small but comfortable with a king bed, mini refrigerator and an office chair and had a shelf for a desk. Our room did not have a closet but had a small space to hang our clothes. It worked out ok for as we were traveling light. There are plenty of dining options in the are and also a shopping mall right across the street. Hotel does offer complimentary breakfast which consisted of fried egg whites or bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Both were pretty good. And of course milk, juice, coffee, and yogurt. Overall our stay was pleasant without any negative incidents or complaints.

The hotel is a very nice simple hotel. The customer service was not that great. The young lady at the front desk when I checked in seemed to not want to be bothered at all, but eventually began to loosen up as I talked to her. The other hotel staff, young lady at the front desk when I checked out was nice. The staff who cleared away the breakfast was fair. But overall the customer service was fairt.

We love Avid hotels (clean, no carpets😊) and always seek them out. But unfortunately we will never stay at this one again. The room was dirty (trash - dry dog food in a corner, trash in the trash cans and in the floors) dirty handprints on tables snd door sills-yuck) As fircthr front desk - they were never at the desk. The night I was there I was sitting in the lobby and FOUR guests came in wanting rooms and they literally finally sat down in the lobby while all of them waited for a staff member to come out. One almost wax about to leave when finally two staff finally appeared from the back. This happened all the time we were there. You always edited at the desk ffor someone to show up. And when they did they were def not in a mood to help. ( Except fior Brenda who was friendly and helpful.) There were no privacy tags - we were told they were on order - so housekeeping woke us up earlier than we wanted both mornings even though I asked the front desk to tell them not to. During breakfast the floor was a mess. Don’t know why it wasn’t swept rather than people having to step over trash and food. The coffee makers flashed “needs rinsing” all the time we were there. This Avid needs help.

Drove 7 hours i was so exhausted check in process was smooth and fast. Checked in and went to my room took a hot shower and laid down on clouds (the bed was so soft and fluffy) I’ll move definitely recommend to family that will travel to OKC. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Processed my late check out with ease.

Chris was the most unorganized, untrained, and incompetent person I have ever had help me tonight. His manager was no help because he was at a concert and not able to get my booking from his emails. I stayed here twice before and never had any issues checking in. I hope this review is helpful to someone. Several people tonight had similar check in issues but no one waited a full TWO HOURS like I did. Good news I’m already checked in at Staybridge suites in less than five minutes.

What a value! This reasonably priced hotel was clean with super cute, modern decor. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating. I felt absolutely safe in the area and there are plenty of choices for food and shopping. Will definitely stay here again if I’m the area again.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The clerk at check-in had no personality and we had to guess our room number, where the elevator was when breakfast was served etc.. The breakfast was typical with no surprises UNTIL they ran out of regular coffee beans!! We hoped that they would have them the next morning but they didn’t! It will be a long time before we stay at another Avid hotel.
