Impressive lobby, extremely friendly and welcoming front staff. Pool area was clean, as was our room. Great location but also quiet. Only downside is breakfast wasn’t included with our stay. Still, great value for the money. I’d stay here again.

Was traveling for my son’s basketball tournement so I decided to get a hotel here and arrived June 21st. I went inside got situated and went back to the lobby and asked the lady who was working 3-11 for extra blankets and she said they didn’t have any, HOW?!!? This is a big hotel. Anyways I called again at 10:30pm and asked and she said “we don’t have none” laughed and hung up. Therefore I had to door dash from target a damn blanket.

Property needs some updating. No air in the AC elevator. Some cosmetic flaws in the room, previous wall fixtures damage to the walls, peeled paint in the bathroom. I would say the most disgusting thing I seen were the stains on the couch bed mattress. Brown stains!

The air conditioner in our first room didn’t work we got moved to another room but not until we came back from our plans that evening and it was late. The second room smelled musty like mildew the air conditioner was leaking and the floor was wet they were unable to move us so we just dealt with it. It was horrible

Besides I had to try 3 rooms before I got one where everything worked but the phones? Because the phone didn’t work. No coffee in the room. Literally the WORST hotel experience ever.

At check in the lady hassled us about the breakfast vouchers. The wall paper was coming off. The ceiling had water damage. Our dresser was broken. Our closet had massive holes and the knobs broken. The carpet was missing a section. Our bedding had ink stains. The curtain track was broken. The remote didn’t work. Seriously the room was a dump!!!

The pictures are deceiving false advertising. I ordered a suite that had a room with a chair and a ottoman I get there there is no ottoman they don't have ottomans it was the only way for my mom to sleep comfortable. The rooms are dirty the couch was dirty when you walk in to the left there's a dirty fish tank the chairs are dirty stained up. We go upstairs on the elevator on the wall there's something spilled all over the wall. The bedroom area was clean in the sweet but the couch with the pull-out bed was filthy and nasty the mattress was flat then I had to ask for sheets to go on it and I had to go downstairs to get them. I will never stay at this hotel again it was filthy it smell like mildew in the hallway carpets had never been cleaning. The only good point about this hotel was the coffee in the hallway.

We always stay at a holiday inn because we know that they are always clean and really nice hotels from the outside to the rooms. This was so bad and so very gross. It was more on par with a budget hotel like a motel 6. There was mold in the shower. The right side of the bed outlets didn't work. The blankets smelled. The bed was so uncomfortable. There were mysterious stains on the couch and the chair. One of the walls had a terrible patch job. After checking in and seeing this we went to get the rest of our bags and the front desk asked how our room was and we told him that it was horrible and he said yeah we are renovating and brushed it off. No were on the website did it say they were renovating. We paid 360 for what what equated to a motel 6. Please please stay away.

I rated this stay poor because I got absolutely no rest, I believe I was placed in a suite that was for hearing impaired individual, as I am not hearing impaired this was an issue I dont know if it was a fire extinguisher or what but a bright green light flashed over my bed the entire night??????? and the AC unit was so noisy, it was a wrap for me, I always enjoy my stay with Holiday inn but this stay was a little different I had never experienced the green light flashing before????

Reception desk clerk prioritized flirting with some guy and chatting on her phone before acknowledging me. No hello, no welcome, just looked at me while she started typing telling her friend on the phone that she had someone to check in. Still took her a minute before she hung up and then proceeded to ask if I was checking in. It is clean but lobby and room felt musty. There are no usb plugins in the room, bring a wall charger.

First of all, I booked one night via Expedia.com and paid in full in early August already; however, the hotel charged me again when we were there last weekend, and did not refund until I contacted them today. The staff is NOT professional and patient at all. He said there was a language barrier and he couldn't understand me?! I have lived in the US for about 15 years and got my Master's degree here; there's no communication issue at all. It's very mean and unprofessional!!! Second, we stayed over the weekend as my kid had a chess tournament, the last round started at 2:30 pm, and I asked the front office can I could check out a little bit late, around 12 pm or 1 pm, so my kid could take a short nap, but they said no and asked me to check out exactly by 11 am. Overall, will never go there!
