Everything about inside the hotel was good the only thing that wasn`t in line with the interior was the exterior and the car park both of these need to be refurbished and then the place would be nice right throughout. I was greeted by a friendly and pleasant gentleman at the reception desk and also had my room upgraded, so that was a nice uplift to my experience.

Easy to find, plenty of parking. It was late at night, receptionist was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clearly recently referred and was very clean and tidy. Would definitely go there again and would recommend.

Bar is good for a drink. WiFi is very good. The towels were of very quality. There is Tea/Coffee in the room, iron, hair dryer. Bed was comfortable, pillows were nice too.

Terrible. The hotel only reopened on the day of arrival so there was skeleton staff and no restaurant or bar available for the 4 night stay. No place to leave luggage at checkout either.

All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The whole hotel looked clean and fresh. The bed and bathroom linen was in very good condition. Breakfast was of a very high standard. All-in-all an excellent experience.

I've stayed here once before, so I had an idea of what to expect. It's not the finest of hotels, but its not the shabbiest either. The room I had was clean and comfortable, although when I stayed it was extremely hot. This of course is not the hotel's problem, but I was in a room at the front of the hotel, so with the window open, and the main road about 75 meters away, with no air conditioning or fans provided, it was quite noisy. I also experienced some noise from other residents later on in the evening chatting noisly in the seating area beneath my bedroom window. I had a bite to eat in the bar area, which was distinctly very average at best. Not an extensive menu, but that's not a problem. Although not inedible, the burger I had was dry and not all that appetising. No-one came to ask me if it was OK either. Would I stay here agin? Possibly yes, but I would also scout around the area for alternatives first.

Check in...took me 4 go's to say a simple surname to be told I had no booking though I have your email. Far too noisy by the A45, whole areas smell in the air of cooking oils, has the extract been cleaned / serviced Rooms dated need a refresh, bar staff excellent as was the kitchen staff serving food, Wi-Fi good. TV distorted / lost picture after 20 mins..I will not stay again

Stayed as base for Warwick Live concert. Was cheap, decent value for Money and reception and bar staff friendly. However on one night at 1am there was a fire alarm. Residents assembled outside, but I was appalled at lack of any response from hotel staff. No one came to let us know what was going on or carry out any fire marshall duties. Hotel and room was clean but basic. We were staying for an early Birmingham airport flight. Suited our requirements and the food was decent in the restaurant/bar. Only downside for me was that there were dogs allowed which in itself was fine but one poo’d outside our door and it stank to high heaven. The owners of dog were neighbours on the same floor and were quite noisy. We had to ask them to keep the noise down outside our room at 11pm. They did clean the mess up but the smell was so bad we had to lay a towel across the bottom of our door! Budget hotel for a budget price, you get what you pay for and we would stay again for travel purposes. Probably not for a leisurely weekend away though.
