Courteous staff. Checked in after 11:00 with no problem. Fairfield and Courtyard are joined so check in was at courtyard desk. Breakfast started at 6:00 am and was the standard fare. Everything was clean and our stay was pleasant.

Keesa at the front desk was amazing! Every staff member we dealt with was pleasant and polite. The rooms were very nice and clean. The parking lot was easily accessible, safe, and secure. Breakfast was delicious and there were a lot of good options. Overall, our stay was excellent!

The hotel itself was beautiful. Love that it was a family collab between Fairview inn & courtyard by marriot with a Starbucks inside which was a plus. HOWEVER the room was too small for a family and 4, the beds were not comfy and the air conditioning wasn’t working. Thankfully we wasn’t in the room that much, but when we were I couldn’t relax due to conditions. I hope it won’t be like that IF I GO back

My family was so disappointed when after a long day at the amusement park, we checked-in, changed into our swimsuits and went downstairs only to find the pool is still closed. In May. When it’s 80 degrees and sunny out….. Also, our room which we booked for a family of 5 only had enough towels for 3. When we called the front desk there was no one available to deliver more to our room and when my husband got to the desk he was told they were out and the employee had to go find some from laundry. Not the best experience but the hotel was overall nice and clean.

It was such a great stay that we got a chance to relax. My children really enjoyed the pool and the ambiance. My family also enjoyed tha complimentary breakfast with great variety. The staff was exceptional. We will definitely come back when we are in the area. Thank you so much for making our stay a pleasant one! 😃

Room smelled moldy or like something, food at Fairfield was ok but service other the the chef was awful chef made up for brought our food, brought water our waiter never did, ask her to wipe table dirty, never did, check-in was a nightmare, to king to explain, won’t be back!!!!

I’ve stayed at this property several times before however, I was very disappointed with the lack of service I received. My air conditioning stopped working within the same day I checked in. I didn’t realize it didn’t work until I return to my room Friday night. I called the front desk to notify them first thing Saturday morning and was advised that they would contact a maintenance technician to see if they could come fix the issue or they would switch to another room. Well neither options happen and no one followed up with me to tell me why. I all so did not receive and housekeeping while I was there. I was there for 4 days and 3 nights, which meant I should have received atleast 1 day of a full housekeeping service. I told the front desk upon me checking out that I never received maintenance or housekeeping. They basically shrugged me off and said have a nice day. They didn’t offer me a refund, anything additional to help ease my frustration with my stay. I don’t like not being acknowledged, I consider myself to be a patient person and I gave them ample opportunity to correct their mistakes. They chose not to. Needless to stay I probably will not be returning to this hotel.

I stayed 5 days and 4 nights…Thursday-Monday and didn’t receive any form of housekeeping and I was traveling with children. I had to call guest services twice just to receive some wash cloths. I was very disappointed. I should have atleast received housekeeping twice during my stay.

This hotel is very clean and modern. Beware that the walls are paper thin. My husband and I arrived around 9pm and were exhausted after driving 4 hours. We settled in to sleep and were awakened to a headboard banging up against our wall at midnight, which continued up until 3am. We could literally hear EVERYTHING going on in the room next to us, from conversations when we first arrived, to "nighttime activities" and alerts on an iPAD. We called the front desk to complain and were told that there were no available rooms to move to. We probably slept a total of 3 hours, and that was only after the couple next door were exhausted of one another. If a good night's sleep is important to you, it would be best to choose another hotel.

Hotel is in good shape, but I could not sleep in the morning because directly above my room they decided that they’re doing construction, banging and scraping and music playing and everything so I had to leave earlier than expected because of the noise I complained to the front desk and they were going to pass it on to the manager, which there was none on staff

When arriving at the front desk, I was looked at by the attendant who didn’t greet us. She kindly kept working. After she finished whatever it was she was doing, she looked up and said “How can I help?” Without smiling. I should have cancelled then, but oh well. I was assigned room 511. Shortly after putting my things down, there’s a knock at the door. Maintenance was there to fix the TV that had obviously been reported by their previous guest. TV quality is horrible! Blurry, Small, AND NO CHANNELS! Next morning, I had to take a cold shower because the hot water didn’t work! I called the front desk only to get that they can move me to another room. It’s 9:00am, check out is at 11:00! We just packed up and left! Before exiting, we decided to get a bite to eat from the breakfast bar. Please explain why everything’s COLD?! Even the grits! Completely disappointed with this hotel!

When traveling we have a couple of preferred chains that we use, and we do so because the results are usually predictable. Fairfield Inn is one of those. We can almost always depend on a clean comfortable room, helpful representatives of the chain, a well-kept property in decent neighborhoods and a good value for the money we spend. This time was no exception. The evening desk clerk (Nicole) was fantastic, so kudos to her! very kind and helpful. The only downside was Wi-Fi connectivity was very bad. We were in 216, and the only place we could connect was sitting by the door, outside of our room's bathroom. By the desk or in bed, there was nothing. I hope they will install some signal booster to remedy that problem. It's important to be able to access information when travelling (rental cars, airfare planning etc...) But other than that it was a great stay.

Double charged for the room due to a mistake made by the employee. The manager did nothing to fix the issue other than try to make it seem like I only paid once. Watch out when pre paying and going into the hotel to put a card on file for the deposit. They might double charge you too.

This was a fantastic hotel in a great location. Super clean and close to 6 flags. The breakfast was great, and the service was fantastic. We were sharing the building with high school and middle school bands and was still quiet. Would absolutely stay here again

I enjoy my stay for the most part. The only issues that I had were: upon checkin, I requested room service— didn’t happen but once I made a request with the cleaning staff, my room was serviced immediately. The only other issue was that I had to make 3 trips downstairs to get breakfast on Sunday morning. First trip at 06:10 am— only oatmeal out— so I got that but there was no utensils to eat with. I returned later around 06:30 still no eggs or bacon there. So I asked the attendant about breakfast being served at 6:00–she said she was the only one working and to give her a minute. By 6:40 -06:45(3rd trip) there was more food available.
