Lovely hotel. Unfortunately they do not offer airport transfer even though it is advertised on the website. I had a worried few moments at 4 am when I was told although they had tried phoning a taxi was not available. With no tram running at that time I was inisistant they tried again, luckily with success, otherwise I would have missed my flight! I didn’t need that stress!

Hotel Raffaello, Florence – Extremely Disappointing Experience! I had a very poor experience at Hotel Raffaello in Florence and would strongly advise against booking this hotel, especially for international tourists. Despite claiming to be a 4-star hotel, it felt more like a 1-2 star property at best. One of the biggest issues was their parking scam. They advertise that parking is included, but in reality, there is no guaranteed parking available or may be not there at all. I tried asking them a few times and hotel staff suggested it’s full all the time. I wasted over an hour trying to find paid parking nearby, which I had to pay for out of pocket, completely misleading and unacceptable. Additionally, there is no kettle or way to make hot water or coffee in the room. When I asked for hot water, I was told to go to the bar area, where they charged 1–2 euros for a single cup of hot water. No iron and no cabinets in the rooms. This is not the kind of service you'd expect from any decent hotel, let alone one claiming to be 4-star. Overall, this hotel felt like a complete scam , poor service, false advertising, and a frustrating experience from start to finish. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially foreign travelers looking for comfort and honesty.

La moquette in camera non era pulita. Dal bagno proveniva un forte odore di scarico, sicuramente dovuto anche al fatto che non avesse una finestra. Asciugamano da doccia non pulito.

4 stelle…. NO! Hotel normalissimo con alcune stanze ristrutturate. Ci hanno provato a dare quelle vecchie che sicuramente rispecchiano un 2 stelle. Abbiamo chiesto il cambio avendo prenotato una stanza già ristrutturata. Tv comunque non funzionate. Bagno piccolo e non finestrato. Purtroppo capelli nel appena fatto. Personale gentile, ma la struttura resta insufficiente.

Avevo riservato una camera con vasca ma all'arrivo era disponibile solo con doccia. AC non funzionava, ho chiamato più volte tutti i possibili numeri presenti nel telefono, nessuno ha risposto. Per avere risposta ho dovuto chiamare il ristorante come se ordinassi servizio in camera. Ancora, non sono riuscita a vedere la TV, non si vedeva alcun canale, ho chiamato più volte ma nessuno ha risposto. In camera non c'è nemmeno un bollitore, thè o caffè, nulla. Servizio davvero scadente, nenahce lontanamente un 4 stelle. Direi un 3 stelle e non dei migliori.

Viel zu laut im Hotel. Dort werden wohl mehrere Seminare durchgeführt, dadurch überfüllt von Leuten, die kein Respekt vor anderen Gästen haben, Besuchen sich Nachts ( Abend ) gegenseitig in ihren Zimmern , klopfen an Türen , knallen Türen und unterhalten sich lautstark im Flur .

The room was very basic. There was no coffee maker or cups or ice bucket or other amnesties except minibar. On the website it says “sound proof room” but you can hear train and traffic noise. The breakfast was good though. The hotel is listed as 4 star on hotels.com but it is literally a 2 star hotel.

We arrive to the hotel at 12, most of the hotels have early check in they told us their check in is at 2 and they don’t have early check in ( which was not a big deal) they said the room will be ready in an hour so we stay there but they keep telling us more 30 minutes!!!! At the end the room was ready at 3:30!!!! It said it has free parking but it was always full and onsite parking was not available so we had to park the car somewhere far from the hotel

Non lo consiglio. Parcheggio dell'hotel pieno (prenotazione con posto auto compreso) e abbiamo dovuto cercare parcheggio. La mattina, per più volte, hanno aperto la porta della stanza per pulirla e noi eravamo ancora a letto. Tutto ciò dalle 8.30 e aggiungerei che era la notte di Capodanno. Personale di reception, gentile e cordiale. Consiglierei di coordinare il servizio di housekeeping con con la reception per verificare i check-out. Per il parcheggio sarebbe necessario avvisare il cliente.

I was so grateful they were able to accommodate me rather last minute. I was having a very bad experience with an Airbnb and had to leave early morning . I was very tired but had a scheduled tour of Pisa that afternoon. Leonardo was able to get me into a room early so I could rest and enjoy my tour and he gave excellent help to get me there on the public transportation. I was a single older ish woman traveling alone and they made me feel safe. THANK YOU!

It is what it is. A hotel to stay in. But ohh man the staff and service… If they could be unhelpful with anything. Anything. They would! Called beforehand to ask about parking, but as I spoke English they got pretty short and said that we couldn’t park there. (After sighing and mumbling a lot) so then I asked where we could park until there was a free space. The only answer after more sighs, “blue line…” later on We asked about the bikes that the hotel said was available to borrow - and after more sighs, there was none and we had the wrong information. Would not say the hotel is 4 star. More like 2… add on some more cash (that you’ll save in transport as it’s pretty far off from the city) and choose another hotel… as I’m not recommending this one

Hotellet ligger på bra gångavstånd från Rifredi tågstation o det tar kvart in till Florens central (det går både tåg o metro). Man får mycket för pengarna genom att ta sig en bit från centrum och det var enkelt att ta sig fram o tebaks. Hyfsat med restauranger i området. Det här är ett bra hotell även om det är lite opersonligt. Bra frukost!
