The Tivoli was an excellent choice for our two-night stay in Florence. The palace is full of history and charm, while also being stylish, modern and beautifully decorated throughout. The breakfast was wonderful, with lots of options and sundowners on the roof terrace are not to be missed. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Excellent bespoke service. We went on a tour and the staff collected our washing from a local laundromat. Even more impressive was we didn't even remember the exact location as we'd left our collection ticket in the room but with an email description they found it! Overall brilliant service, lovely rooms and a fantastic rooftop bar with 360 views over old town. Highly recommend

Such a wonderful hotel! The location was superb. So beautiful. The service was great. Our room was large, clean and modern with a large bathroom. The breakfast was incredible. There’s even a rooftop bar (need a reservation) that overlooks the duomo. We will stay again on our next visit to Firenze.

Great location. Pretty much 10-15min walk from any attraction or activity meeting point. The area is very nice loaded with shops, restaurants, bars, etc The hotel itself is elegant and quiet. The breakfast area is beautiful but doesn’t compare the the views from the rooftop terrace in the afternoon with amazing views of the Duomo. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the inside bar makes great cocktails and has a nice wine list and snacks. Will definitely stay here again and matches the experience we’ve had at other NH properties in Europe

Nh Collection Firenze Palazzo Gaddi is a superb hotel close to both the train station and duomo on a safe and quiet side street. The lobby and lounge area were welcoming and festively decorated, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, spacious, beautifully designed, and I had a wonderful view of the duomo (I received an upgrade on check-in!). As with all Nh hotels, the buffet breakfast offered a lot of options which, as a vegetarian, I really appreciate. The bonus of this hotel is the rooftop terrace with its view of the duomo and all of Florence! I’m a big fan of Nh hotels and I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Florence.

If I could give 10 stars for this hotel I would. the location is perfection, the hotel is beautiful, rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is truly the heart of this property! A special shout-out to Antonella, Dario and Nolvin. Thank you for your kindness and making our stay so memorable. You're the BEST!!! I pray all are well after the floods. The hotel used to be a private palace and it’s kept much of its original character. Breakfast in the garden was just perfect. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back!

The property is in a walking distance from all the main attractions. Staff is super helpful and courteous. Rooms are dark, small, and smell funny. At least my room did! The lobby is drowning in scented oils. It’s truly unbearable. I couldn’t stand the lobby areas. The scent has reached almost to the top floor.

From “Lucky Guest” to WORRIED GUEST. We stayed only for 1 night and we got bitten many times in the night (Room 502). In the morning making our check out I notice something walking on my bag, now Im worried I bring the bugs into my next destination. DONT STAY HERE

Fantastic staff and facilities. Do NOT take a room on Floor 5. VERY noisy at night. The 6 floor terrace is above and the movement of chairs and equipment makes a lot of noise. Almost impossible to sleep. Otherwise a fine hotel.

This hotel is amazing. The communal sitting lounges are gorgeous and the view from the roof for cocktails was beautiful. It feels very luxurious and I know my standards are high. Our room was big, updated, quiet, comfortable. The service was superior. The breakfast buffet is very good. Way above average. The hotel is close to everything and in a very good location. This is my second stay here and I will definitely be back.

Did not want to leave this hotel. Absolutely beautiful interior, from the entry to the library like lobby and gorgeous bar. Loverly dining area. Fabulous breakfast, lovely and accommodating staff, loved the doorman! Great accessible location. Beautiful spacious room with a view of the Duomo. What a find! And I must admit, I am a hard to please person :)

Gabriel and Augustina made our stay so enjoyable, and we looked forward to seeing them both each morning. Gabriel even helped me prank my partner with a banana. The hotel is elegant, beautiful, and lovely, and the decor is right off a magazine cover. Our first night, I blew a fuse and shut off the power to our room. The front desk remediated the situation within 15 minutes—excellent service.

The front desk staff were not helpful and were rude. I do not speak Italian and they would not speak to me in English. I checked out after being in the room for only 15 minutes. The room was very old and everything was extremely dated. The air conditioning was not working and the bed was not comfortable. When I went to the desk to check out the staff suddenly knew how to speak English. I was then offered a different room even though I was told there was nothing else available when I checked in. Would not recommend this hotel.

Ótima localização, quartos limpos porém o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, tivemos que acionar a equipe do hotel por 4 vezes para resolverem o problema. Cama muito confortável, assim como todo enxoval. O café da manhã é bom, porém achei ponto negativo terem cobrança extra para omeletes e por exemplo .
