This is a small, very cozy and clean hotel. Everything is new and very stylish, a wonderful modern thoughtful design. There is a restaurant, a bar, a wonderful winter garden, two saunas with dry and wet steam, a spa, massage, etc. The service is top notch. A very rich breakfast to choose from, which is included in the price of accommodation. Excellent staff. I would like to especially note the following persons: - Adil, the person who is always near you and solves all problems; - Tomazo, a manager who is a skillful organizer of your vacation; - Katarina, in whose hands the products turn into a culinary magic; - Andrzej, whose smile illuminates everything around; - Alessandra and Francesca, who guess all your wishes; - Constanza, who will always answer any question, and many others. The hotel was very convenient for driving into the city and using the valet parking. Although the rooms were on the smaller size, it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were pleasant especially Leonardo in the bar who went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our stay in Italy with his recommendations for dinner both in Florence and in Siena.

Awful and a rip-off. This hotel is no more than a 3-star hotel at best. At very best. We have stayed at BBs with more comfort. The hotel rooms are old and cheap, breakfast is comparable to a motorway motel. The location of the hotel is ok for walking distance to the old town, but there is absolutely no parking outside the hotel. All the parking bays are either taken or only for residents. Upon arrival there is one bay where you can stop for 10 minutes to unload, then your car gets picked up and taken away to some car park which you don't know. When you want to have your car back, you have to notify the reception 45 min ahead... nice experience when you are on a road trip with a Porsche.... Stay away from this hotel, its a complete photo scam and rip off!

The property was very clean. There were a few downfalls on the first floor rooms. My window looked into the hotel dining area stocking room. There was no ironing board or iron in the room. I had an iron and board brought to the room and the iron had an open cord that didn’t work properly. The Chef at the restaurant was fabulous. We were the only ones dining that evening and he made a special 4 course meal for us. Walkable to the town center. Convenient location. Overall rating would be a 4.

Lovely boutique hotel, excellent service, the personnel extremely friendly and accommodating, very convenient location at walking distance to the main attractions and easily accessible with the car as the hotel is located immediately outside the ZTL area. The hotel offers to valet park your car for a 45 euros a day which is very convenient.

This hotel is ideally situated, just a short walk from all the main key attractions. We stayed in a classic room and found it more than suitable, it was exceptionally clean as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were very attentive, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Staff and cleaners were fantastic and the room was almost perfect. My only issue was the shower which regardless how was used, ended up flooding the bathroom floor, we used half our towels trying to stop this each day. The location of the hotel was brilliant aside from a couple of more run down streets nearby.

Paolo at the front desk was such a gracious host from the day we checked-in. He was super helpful and attentive to any of our requests, and we were traveling in a large family of 8, with one family member in a wheelchair. His recommendations were always on-point and very enjoyable. The hotel location is also perfect for walking the streets, shopping, dining options, and a great view of the river. And the rooms with balconies were perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved our 3 night stay here! The staff was amazing and the rooms were very modern. Interesting part about this room, your key gets plugged into the wall for electricity. Would recommend getting an additional key for this. AC worked great, which is always a plus in Italy. The hotel is right on the river and in the more quiet part of Florence. It was about a 15 minute walk to the downtown area, which was not too bad! We really loved this hotel and would recommend to others.

I was very well looked after staying at this hotel. The reception staff were lovely and all kindly wished me a happy birthday with a note and cake, it was so sweet and thoughtful. Elena was a wonderful therapist who gave me a perfect massage, while being kind and wishing me a happy birthday also. My room was spotless and breakfast options were endless. Great location too. Overall good stay through out my business trip. The only downside is the hotel located quite the outskirt of the city center. Needed to walk at least 10-15 minutes 1km everytime go for lunch or dinner. Other than that, all good for my stay.

The property is not in town center but definitely a lovely place to stay. Next door to the Police Station so very safe area. Quiet and close enough to easily walk to Ponte Vecchio and town center. Staff is attentive to your needs. Alessandra is a gem and so gracious. Constanza was very attentive and informative upon check-in.

1. Breakfast is so expensive is offensive. 25 Eur/Person for an average breakfast? Nothing fancy 2. They say parking is avail BUT it’s not. They call a garage “nearby” and some stranger come to get your car and when you need it you need to wait 30 mins for the grumpy guy to deliver at really high fees You can street park but not advised 3. Hotel is ok and remodeled but pics are clearly deceiving. Most rooms have dark windows on the inner “garden” Shower is built VERY badly with a small screen so all the water splashes everywhere.
