Nice hotel, had good experience over 1 week. Room service provided daily. Appreciate the luggage assistance during check in and out. On cons, default internet speed is terrible ( you have to pay extra for higher speed) and hotel has no convenient parking space in front comoared to the hotel just beside it. Becomes an issue when getting in and out with taxis. There's traffic congestion in the area especially in the evenings, so driving is not fun. There are grocery and lots of restaurants and small eateries in the area with varying price levels for everyone, which is great.

Large 2 bedroom unit with 3 toilets and 2 bathrooms. Spacious and clean, everything we needed for family visit. Specifically booked this hotel for the washing machine and kitchen!! Shops close to buy essentials. Car park provided within the hotel, great parking options and safe. Really enjoyed our stay. We were away for 4 days during our 12 night stay and left most of our belongings in the hotel - no issues at all, felt very safe in this hotel. Would recommend to all families, especially when staying for extended holidays!

In principe voldoet het aan je verwachtingen. Hotel is netjes/kamers lekker ruim. Je zit op loop loopafstand van de Mall of the Emirates, metro op loopafstand en taxi\'s volop beschikbaar. Wij hadden een eigen auto en die konden we veilig parkeren onder het gebouw. Ondanks alle pluspunten is het mijn inziens geen 4 sterrenhotel. Dat neemt niet weg dat de voorzieningen oke zijn. Let op naast de receptie wordt er door een touroperator diverse activiteiten aangeboden. Wij hebben "Dune Bashing" geboekt en het was zeer slecht uitgevoerd. Ik heb daarna niets meer bij ze geboekt maar activiteiten online afgewikkeld. Dat vond ik wel jammer... Blijf je in Dubai centraal kun je trouwens beter geen auto huren. Metro/taxi is perfect geregeld. Wegen zijn druk en boetes zijn extreem hoog!

The apartment was big and had lots of room. The beds were very comfortable but the couch was a little hard. It is about a 15 minute walk to Mall of Emirates or a 12 - 14 AED per taxi ride. There is lots of space for self-parking right underground. The staff were not the most helpful but it didn't affect our stay at all. There are lots of little shops, pharmacies and restaurants right outside of the place. I would definitely stay again because it is so convenient and was a good price.

Gode værelser og god lokation. Flink personale og dejlig pool på toppen. Eneste ulempe er, at det køkken som stod man kunne bruge, ikke spillede helt perfekt. Lige som man selv måtte ud og købe opvaskebørste og sæbe. Resten virkede rigtigt godt.

Room was nice and spacious but they hadn't cleaned any of the outside chair and tables situated on the balcony. The balcony door handles were in poor condition. Breakfast wasn't a great selection and not entirely tasty. The location is a bit further from the highlights of Dubai

The place was average, the cleaning was not great, first day in the bathroom there was a bit of black mould, we had to clean it properly before use. Also for on of the nights we did have much sleep, because the shop below us was banging all night doing emergency repairs. I would say the the hotel was average, and a bit traffic noice in the area, I would try a better place in the future

The room was spacious but could use some updates—especially the bathroom, which had no window or ventilation and showed signs of mold. For the price I paid, it was a decent stay overall. However, avoid buying the luggage sold in the lobby—it’s overpriced and poor quality. Mine broke as soon as I arrived at my destination. Definitely not worth the price.

The front desk are not welcoming at all and not helpful in anyway. The experience was not good, toilet not clean properly and also link in the kitchen area. The breakfast not great , honestly it doesn't worth the price.

Het appartementen complex is heel goed bevalllen. Mooie studio, Elke dag werd er gepoetst en werden de bedden en handdoeken verschoond. Ook werd er dagelijks de koffie en thee en het flessenwater aangevuld. De studio was uitgerust met een keuken met ijskast, combimagnetron waterkoker en alle benodigde bestek en pannen die je nodig zou kunnen hebben. Badkamer had een wastafel, toilet, bidet en een ligbad met douche. Mooi schoon en voor een studio was het ruim van opzet. Personeel erg vriendelijk, klantgericht, attent en behulpzaam. We gaan er graag nog eens terug!

Het hotel is heeft alle faciliteiten en heeft een goede ligging. De schoonmaak viel mij tegen. Het appartement heeft een diepte reiniging nodig. Oppervlakkig schoonmaak is niet voldoende.

Based myself in Dubai for the world cup. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the staff in particular were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble from the reception staff, to the cleaners to the pool attendants. The only minor annoyance was that I was woken up at 5/5.30am each day via the call to prayer from the local mosque so the rooms are not sound proofed as suggested. Local transport links are good e.g. Mashreq metro is about 5 minutes walk away and there are also a plentiful supply of taxis which pass by the hotel. There are a number of nice bars & restaurants within easy walking distance and the area feels safe. Overall I would recommend Al Khoory apartments as a good place to stay in Dubai.

Room needed bit of update but other than that it was good. I booked 2 bedroom suite, laundry in the suite was life saver and we had a full kitchen, huge balcony. The suite itself was very large, good furniture, just the cabinets needed new paint.

There is lots of space for self-parking right underground. The staff were not the most helpful but it didn't affect our stay at all. There are lots of little shops, pharmacies and restaurants right outside of the place. I would definitely stay again because it is so convenient and was a good price.

Our family stay was amazing at Alkhoory, they offer spacious rooms and well maintained, staff at the hotel is friendly (especially reception) and supportive, the hotel is located near the Mashreq metro station and has many gift shops, restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

This is my umpteenth stay at this property and while I enjoy staying there as it suits my needs and the staff recognise me after many years of patronizing the appartments. I use the place strictly for accomodation. There is no minibar and I have never used room service. So what a suppose when I get asked for the first time to have a security deposit taken from my credit card and what deposit was that you may ask? 100 AED...A$40 or US$27! really?... some overzealous bean counter decided that we should take a security deposit in case the client rashes the apartment. I can understand that. But 100 dirhams won't buy you much... Anyway enough ranting! I love the staff who were simply doing their job. I just wish management would get off the staff's back and not put them in these kinds of situation where they have to face upset regular clients with silly new rules and regulations.

I stay in this hotel very frequently, however during my last stay i encountered an experience that no loyal customer should face. When i was checking in, the reception was checking room for ma and he asked the other employee if he can offer upgrade, and other person said "No Needed, it was annoying to hear that. Not to mention i always got curtesy upgrades almost every time i stayed i never asked. The attitude was very wrong... It's not about upgrades it about keeping a loyal customer happy.

In principe voldoet het aan je verwachtingen. Hotel is netjes/kamers lekker ruim. Je zit op loop loopafstand van de Mall of the Emirates, metro op loopafstand en taxi\'s volop beschikbaar. Wij hadden een eigen auto en die konden we veilig parkeren onder het gebouw. Ondanks alle pluspunten is het mijn inziens geen 4 sterrenhotel. Dat neemt niet weg dat de voorzieningen oke zijn. Let op naast de receptie wordt er door een touroperator diverse activiteiten aangeboden. Wij hebben "Dune Bashing" geboekt en het was zeer slecht uitgevoerd. Ik heb daarna niets meer bij ze geboekt maar activiteiten online afgewikkeld. Dat vond ik wel jammer... Blijf je in Dubai centraal kun je trouwens beter geen auto huren. Breakfast was fresh and they changed some of it up daily so you weren't having only the same things. The buffet had a lot of choices for a free breakfast. The room was clean, well taken care of and it really felt like home away from home. Our only complaint honestly was the traffic noise from the street in front of the hotel, but they can't control that and it really wasn't that bad most nights. All staff were so friendly and helpful.
