Amazing- I would say best in class food from both variey and taste perspectives. The hotel is very clean, staff are friendly, and there is a games room for kids. Pool is very big but not deep; beach is clean but there is a bit of small rocks. Overall amazing and highly recommended.

Beautiful new hotel. The sea view rooms have a balcony facing the Palm and gulf. We enjoyed food at several restaurants. If there’s anything to wish for, it’s made-to-order eggs Benedict (they were premade). Also an adults-only pool. If you’re there on a Saturday night, Raia restaurant has an all you can eat, all you can drink option with live band and DJ entertainment— fun!

We stayed for three nights at the Taj Exotica and loved it. Staff were very nice and helpful, food options were good, pool was great - just all round a good experience. In terms of areas for improvement - suggest the gym is a bit cooler, it was quite hot in there. Massages are prohibitively expensive for the average person and there were no 60 minute options.

The property itself is beautiful. It is presented well and looked after. The room was comfortable and was big enough for the 4 of us to stay in, and the service from most of the staff was amazing. Requests didnt seem like too much to ask for and most staff were happy to oblige with any request given. The pool is only a few feet deep which is perfect for having a relaxing dip without feeling like you have to do too much to stay afloat and the staff around the pool were fantastic, more than happy to setup a pool bed for you and provide you with a mini esky with bottles of water and ice in it. However, the review takes a turn when it comes to the cost and quality of the food itself. I would suggest not taking the included breakfast option as we often found the buffet was cold (even for hot food) and we are certain my wife ended up with food poisoning from the buffet, ruining 3 days. Also, I am still waiting on a refund for an overcharge on my credit card for the evening buffet. I would also suggest staying away from the Roaring Rabbit as the quality of food presented doesnt match the price tag. Raia was probably the only restaurant that was any good for quality food. However, while I do expect paying more in tourist area and Dubai in general, the prices charged for any food in the hotel were bordering on exorbitant. I would suggest organising other places to eat, possibly even at the Nakheel Mall where its reasonably priced, more selection and better quality.

The property is just luxury, well taken care of and everyone is very friendly. We added the breakfast option at check in and that made our stay very convenient. The free shuttle to Mall of Emirates was a plus and an easy way to get of the Palm. Beach and pool are just great, the pool is very big. The hotel also has a spa with sauna and other amenities.

The hotel is very nice. The selection of food available in the buffet and the other restaurants is impressive. The pool is amazing as is the beach area. All the staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The view across The Palm from our balcony was very impressive. My main constructive feedback would be the cost of drinks around the pool which were very expensive for things like a chocolate milkshake or a small beer. With the price of the hotel I expected more reasonable pricing for drinks. There is also no entertainment in the evenings which would have been nice especially for those with young families. While the location on The Palm is very impressive it’s important to know the traffic on The Palm can be very busy and add considerable time to a journey when travelling off The Palm on an excursion or just going into the city.

All good as always. Nice and big pool with plenty of sunbeds. A shame that it cost 200aed to rent a paddleboard for 1 hour. So we mussed out on that one. Food at pool was also expensive.. Thanks for this time

We had booked an extra night as our flight into Dubai was arriving at 5am and we wanted to be able to check in when we arrived at the hotel. Prior to arrival members of the team had sent me a few messages regarding check in time - at each occasion the info was supplied. The room was perfect and the view spectacular. Staff are very attentive. The room was clean. The walls are paper thin and we could hear the people in the next room when we were in the bathroom. You can also hear people in the hallway. We had a room on the second floor. The on site restaurants are nice with great quality food - but they are also very expensive. The pool area is big. The grounds are beautiful. The spa was lovely. Villi was an excellent therapist. Spa facilities are good and clean. We didn’t book our accommodation with breakfast but we did add it on when we checked in. On checkout our bill was incorrect as we were charged an additional day for breakfast - so check your bill. Keep a record of ur mini bar purchases as well. It just makes it easier on check out. I chose this hotel because of the location on the palm, lovely beach, resort feel and the variety of restaurants and the spa. The Taj brand is synonymous with hospitality and it didn’t disappoint in terms of the staff’s attentiveness. Housekeeping and in room dining was very good.

Our stay at Taj Exotica was truly memorable. The hotel is impeccably clean, with every space - from the lobby to the rooms - maintained to the highest standard. Wir haben uns echt auf diesen Urlaub gefreut. Die Zimmer eine Katastrophe !! Wenn man schon die Zimmer betritt ist es eine Wand von Geruch die ich leider nicht in Worte fassen kann. Frühstück ist fast nur für Inder, wer eine Indischen Touch bekommen will sollte aufjedenfall hin, sonst glaubt mir zahlt 500€ und nimmt euch ein anderes Hotel. Von Schimmel bis hin zu Spinnen und Schimmel im Whirlpool haben wir alles erlebt.

Room was showing signs of real wear and tear which, for such a new property surprised me. Sprinkler had been taped over and a long deep scratch on the living area floor had been painted poorly in a completely different colour to the floor in an attempt to hide the damage. Room 537 Food in the main buffet area at night was plentiful and varied, however in our experience it was always at best lukewarm and never as warm as you might expect. Breakfast in the same area was excellent. Roaring Rabbit had slightly improved since our last trip in March with the 2 occasions we dined this time being mostly ok. Disappointing that only one side of the pool had the bar open for the full 2 weeks we stayed. This meant long waiting times during the afternoon as one or two servers at most were left trying to make cocktails etc for a massive pool area and lots of guests

Stayed in the luxury suite with sea view. Suite was too small than other comparable hotels, while this hotel was more expensive. Dining outlets were very limited. The breakfast buffet was way lower than the 5-star standard especially in options and ambiance. I would certainly not recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

We had booked an extra night as our flight into Dubai was arriving at 5am and we wanted to be able to check in when we arrived at the hotel. Prior to arrival members of the team had sent me a few messages regarding check in time - at each occasion the info was supplied. The room was perfect and the view spectacular. Staff are very attentive. The room was clean. The walls are paper thin and we could hear the people in the next room when we were in the bathroom. You can also hear people in the hallway. We had a room on the second floor. The on site restaurants are nice with great quality food - but they are also very expensive. The pool area is big. The grounds are beautiful. The spa was lovely. Villi was an excellent therapist. Spa facilities are good and clean. We didn’t book our accommodation with breakfast but we did add it on when we checked in. On checkout our bill was incorrect as we were charged an additional day for breakfast - so check your bill. Keep a record of ur mini bar purchases as well. It just makes it easier on check out. I chose this hotel because of the location on the palm, lovely beach, resort feel and the variety of restaurants and the spa. The Taj brand is synonymous with hospitality and it didn’t disappoint in terms of the staff’s attentiveness. Housekeeping and in room dining was very good.

Everything was satisfactory except for the lighting which is difficult to use especially bathroom lighting is too dim. The touch switches don’t work and aircon cannot be adjusted to above 25 degrees when the room is too cold. Do I ended switching off the aircon is permanently .

Front of house team very helpful as were all the staff. The duty manager Amrinder Bain went above and beyond - a real credit to the resort. Breakfast had a wide ranging selection and was beautifully cooked. I would recommend staying at this wonderful resort on the Palm.

Faced quite a few issues with the hotel upon checking in, one of the nights the meal we had was really bad but upon raising these complaints with the front desk, they eventually managed to fix and the second half of the stay was much better. Feel like they get overwhelmed when busy and then service and quality lapses in certain instances.

I spent 10 days with my wife two daughters and my grandson. The hotel is very beautiful and the staff is excellent. Everyone was so helpful. Lots of variety of foodstuffs to choose from. Kudos to the people that clean our room. Whenever, I visit Dubai, I will definitely stay there. A special thank you to Alka and the front desk team.

Great and beautiful property. Service was amazing, including cleaners and wait staff on the pool. Location is a little far away from the main Palm, but good if you want a quieter trip. Only feedback was that upon check-in we were not told of the hotel amenities, which we found at the end of our stay. Would have been good to know more about these, give the price paid for the hotel.

The hotel is very nice. The selection of food available in the buffet and the other restaurants is impressive. The pool is amazing as is the beach area. All the staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The view across The Palm from our balcony was very impressive. My main constructive feedback would be the cost of drinks around the pool which were very expensive for things like a chocolate milkshake or a small beer. With the price of the hotel I expected more reasonable pricing for drinks. There is also no entertainment in the evenings which would have been nice especially for those with young families. While the location on The Palm is very impressive it’s important to know the traffic on The Palm can be very busy and add considerable time to a journey when travelling off The Palm on an excursion or just going into the city.

TOP Hotel auf der Palm Jumeirah Die Zufahrt dauert recht lange, auch wenn die Entfernungen per Luftlinie nur ein paar Kilometer sind. Wenn man häufiger in die City will, muss man mit längeren Fahrzeiten rechnen. Der Gamesroom ist mit Playstation, Airhockey, Kicker, Jenga, Schach, usw. sehr abwechslungsreich ausgestattet und hat meinem Neffen und mir viel Spaß gemacht. Pool, Zimmer, Restaurants sind schön, aber nicht außergewöhnlich - immerhin ist man in einem 5* Hotel in Dubai.

i tried hard to point out something negative abou Taj Exotica but i just cant its pretty much a perfect Hotel Just stay there blindly i will surely return ..5/5 since i have nothing negative to say i will do some nitpicking the wallpappers in the room and the carpet in hallways are oddly colour a weird blue thats all i can think of , the hotel is located so far away that if you dont have a bike or a car then its a nightmare to walk due to the untolerable heat in dubai

Fantastic hotel, great facilities and extremely helpful staff. The location is absolutely beautiful but it is a way off the beaten track. Luckily we had a hire car, I don’t know what a taxi costs but I would imagine a fair bit. You are a good 30 minute drive from downtown, without traffic, and 45 mins to the airport.

Great hotel, very clean with good food and drink options. Overall staff are helpful but we have had better service elsewhere. The hotel has many positives but location wise if you’re traveling with a packed itinerary you will have a lot of travelling as we did. The hotel would be perfect for lazy days by the pool/beach with occasional travel to the city.

Excellent experience, great dining options in our full board package. Beautiful hotel! Location is great if you do not want to leave the hotel and just chill however if you want to explore Dubai then it might be best to avoid staying on the palm.

Fantastic stay (3 nights) at beautiful property, super clean , great views but most of all truly outstanding staff who understand customer service. Our Sea View Rooms were great and were ready even though we came in early . Excellent dining options Varq - fine dining at its best ! we went for dinner twice and were truly impressed. Try the Lamb Biryani and Makhmali chicken. From the staff to the chef and the manager everyone was super attentive to the guests Raia - Great middle eastern food, great views from rooftop and outstanding service. try the hot mezze and lamb chops Emperor Lounge: Simply Fantastic service by all the staff there aling with great food. Try the Masala Chai, Lamb Wrap and Mumbai and Arabic afternoon High Tea if you get a chance! Also nice pool, great beach and excellent Spa Wonderful experience!!!

The property itself is beautiful. It is presented well and looked after. The room was comfortable and was big enough for the 4 of us to stay in, and the service from most of the staff was amazing. Requests didnt seem like too much to ask for and most staff were happy to oblige with any request given. The pool is only a few feet deep which is perfect for having a relaxing dip without feeling like you have to do too much to stay afloat and the staff around the pool were fantastic, more than happy to setup a pool bed for you and provide you with a mini esky with bottles of water and ice in it. However, the review takes a turn when it comes to the cost and quality of the food itself. I would suggest not taking the included breakfast option as we often found the buffet was cold (even for hot food) and we are certain my wife ended up with food poisoning from the buffet, ruining 3 days. Also, I am still waiting on a refund for an overcharge on my credit card for the evening buffet. I would also suggest staying away from the Roaring Rabbit as the quality of food presented doesnt match the price tag. Raia was probably the only restaurant that was any good for quality food. However, while I do expect paying more in tourist area and Dubai in general, the prices charged for any food in the hotel were bordering on exorbitant. I would suggest organising other places to eat, possibly even at the Nakheel Mall where its reasonably priced, more selection and better quality.

The hotel does have the wow factor with the interior design and decor throughout. The hotel room was spacious, cleaned everyday and had many bottles of water (that was needed in the Dubai sun). Breakfast choice was very good. Breakfast drinks orders were very hit and miss. Sometimes we got half an order, sometimes we didn’t get any. Hot drinks are available within the breakfast room, but it would be advisable to either offer an order system or decide not. Many times we had finished our breakfast and were unsure whether we had a coffee coming or not. The on site restaurant - Roaring Rabbit - was very eye catching. The food was spectacular especially the tikka masala and steak sandwich. Happy hour drinks are good. The rooftop bar was stunning, although keep an eye on your order/bill as if you don’t say single shot they will provide and charge for a double. Pool and beach area was clean and comfortable. The cool boxes were a nice touch as were the ice lollies. The daiquiri deal was very good value too. All in all a good hotel with many positives.

Wonderful service. Staff of the hotel was very helpful in many situations without even asking them. We had a very relaxing week. Breakfast is amazing, they offer a whole warm Buffett that was more Indian style but also fresh fruit, yoghurt, omelette, pancakes and pastry. I especially loved the excellent coffee. We only went once to the Hotel restaurants because there are so many excellent Dining options in Dubai. The food at the Indian Restaurant inside the hotel was delicious and the service excellent but we found it a little overpriced compared to other experiences we had outside of the hotel in the city center. There is a complimentary shuttle to the Mall of the Emirates and the Dubai Hills Mall several times a day but taxis are also not expensive. But anytime between about 3:30 to 7:30 pm in the afternoon traffic is horrible if you want to go toward the city center, so it can take an hour where you would normally need 30 min. We enjoyed the beach and even more the pool, the complimentary drinking water everywhere in the hotel, and as I mentioned before you get treated like a prince/princess.

The hotel is very nice. The selection of food available in the buffet and the other restaurants is impressive. The pool is amazing as is the beach area. All the staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The view across The Palm from our balcony was very impressive. My main constructive feedback would be the cost of drinks around the pool which were very expensive for things like a chocolate milkshake or a small beer. With the price of the hotel I expected more reasonable pricing for drinks. There is also no entertainment in the evenings which would have been nice especially for those with young families. While the location on The Palm is very impressive it’s important to know the traffic on The Palm can be very busy and add considerable time to a journey when travelling off The Palm on an excursion or just going into the city.

We went for a 6 night stay at the Taj Exotica from 26th December 2022. Myself, my wife and two children thoroughly enjoyed the stay, the staff, especially pool side were attentive and friendly. The food in the lime bar and Varq the Indian restaurant was amazing! We booked a package with breakfast and club lounge, which worked very well, as there was a lovely selection of English and Indian breakfasts and the club lounge offered a fantastic free afternoon tea 3-4.30 and then free cocktails 5-7pm. The club lounge staff were also super friendly. We could go and help ourselves to coffee all day for free there too! My wife had a full body massage and indian head massage at the Jiva spa and was extremely impressed, a must do! The only negative was the mandatory New Year’s Eve gala, which felt pricey for what was received. It would have been nice to be able to opt out but other than that an amazing stay and we would book again! Harry, UK

Taj was an excellent hotel to stay at! The staff were very helpful, especially Rishi at the front desk and Shabbir at the breakfast. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with an incredible variety of foods. The rooms were very clean and beautiful. They had many activities and choices of stuff to do during the day, such as the spa, the pool, and the beach. The beach was a bit dirty, but overall this hotel was excellent. Our stay was very enjoyable.
