The staff was nice. The communication is a little bit hard but it’s understandable since English or Spanish is not they’re primary language. One thing I had trouble with is that the air conditioner was not working. It would not turn on because it had a lock on it. I went to the front desk to ask about it and they said that there was no air conditioner because of the winter season. I understand that it’s cold outside but it’s really hot on the room to the point that I was sweating all over and had to open the window. Some people just like to be Fresh and cold even if it’s cold outside. Is just preference and it should not be up to the hotel to decide how they want the temperature on the room.

Very close to the train station. This hotel was a little suprising, It didnt have any lifts from the front door to the reception which was a bit tricky with big heavy bags however the staff memeber was happy to help us. There is a small lift once your in that you take to your room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room is a little dated but was ok for a few nights stay. Breakfast was basic but enough choices to start your day. Loved the freshly barista made coffee each morning. Each day they ask you to leave your key at the reception which seemed a bit weird, but they were old style real keys and very heavy so glad not to be carrying in my bag all day. room was a bit dark. the bed was a little hard. The bathroom had a shower with good pressure, but you did have to be careful as there is a step down from the bathroom to the bedroom. The area was ok and walkable. Would recommend

Close to train station, good coffee and fresh croissants, lots of choice for breakfast. Great shower! We used the luggage storage room as we arrived early so we appreciated this. Stayed only 1 night and would recommend!

A very good choice of hotel if you are using the rail station ( 5 minutes away ) or the airport ( 15 minutes walk ). Nice breakfast buffet. Would be nice to have a kettle for making tea in the room though.

Short walk to the train station and Pisamover for the airport, The room was basic but clean. The shower had hot consistent water and good towels in the bathroom. There are steps to climb to get to the lobby area if that is an issue for you.

Our stay was as expected in general. Only comments are the room was really warm and air conditioning unit didn't seem to work properly and we asked for a double room but were provided twin singles (not an issue as we pushed the beds together and a warm room meant we didn't want to too close).

Very excellent hotel close to Pisa Central railway station. Clean and comfortable room, 24 hour front desk (allowing us to check-in very late), and they let us leave our bags for the day after we checked out. I would definitely recommend.

Great stay in this hotel. Really close to Pisa Central station (3 minute walk) and 20 minute walk to The Leaning Tower. Hotel was clean and tidy and good continental breakfast.

The hotel is very convenient to the train station, less than 10 minutes. The leaning tower and other historical sites are about a 20 minute walk. In between the tower area and the hotel is lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff at the hotel and the lobby area are great, however the room was not very clean and the beds were like sleeping on cement. The one light cover on the bed filled the air with dust when pulling it on. If the beds were better I would have added another star.

A one night stopover, the hotel was super close to the station, clean but basic. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spotless and the breakfast was great. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

lovely spot especially for a layover from the airport or train station in Pisa. Good staff. room was a bit hot when we first showed up (not an actual complaint) but easily fixed by opening the window for a few mins. everything clean

For what you pay the place was very good. Clean room, quiet, good location near the train station, bed was decent, shower was good. Breakfast was also good (coffee, cereal, breads, butter, ham, cheese etc.). Again for what you pay very good but you can't expect an omlette/egg station, fresh pineapple juice etc. for this price. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Gammalt hotell som var rätt slitet. Vi hade fullt med svsrtmögel under vår fönsterbräda samt uppe i ena hörnrt av taket. Även i badrummet höll färgen på att lossa från väggen. Oroligt låga och osköna kuddar enligt min smak. Väldigt bra läge med gångavstånd till det man behöver.

It’s right by the station and a mere 20 minute flat walk from the airport so forget paying for the PisaMover. Location is good for everything, the Tower is a nice 20 min flat walk down the main shopping street, plenty of places to eat around you and is clean and tidy. We had a nice comfy bed, good air con and a decent breakfast. Staff nice and helpful in any interactions and a good price. It’s an economical hotel perfect for transport like and tourists passing through and does exactly what you need it to do No fuss No frills A clean bed and room and a decent shower at a good price

Front desk staff, unfriendly, unhelpful and showed general lack of interest with customers, especially any English speaking ones. Not the type of people that should work a front desk at all. Although the cleaning staff were very friendly and smiley.

The hotel is right by the railway station so was perfect for arriving into Pisa late in the early hours. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was a little small but ideal for a couple of nights. Breakfasts very good.

Booked for one night for my daughter. Neither the taxi driver or my daughter could enter the hotel safely. There were men outside threatening them both verbally and even physically. Attempted to call the front desk for help escorting her in. No one picked up the phone at the hotel . The taxi driver was so concerned he offered to drive her to another hotel…For Free! The hotel then refused to cancel her reservation & refund. Wow!

The hotel was conveniently located near the train station. The evening front desk staff was not very friendly, but the morning staff was very friendly, especially the lady working in the breakfast area. The room was basic, but clean and the air conditioning worked. Overall, it served our purpose of being close to the station to catch an early flight.

Hotel vecchio stile con alcune cose da rivedere (mobiliario camera non in ottime condizioni). Ottima posizione vicino alla stazione dei treni. Hotel tranquillo, anche se io ho avuto alcuni problemi dovuti al rumore dei lavori di ristrutturazione del piano sopra alla mia camera.

The hotel was great and staff was friendly. Our flight got in late, and we didn't feel super safe walking around to find something to eat late at night. But for the price, it was worth it. If you walk just one block over, you are in more of the touristy part of town. Only a 25 minute scenic walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which was great.

Not the nicest area. Dirty. People lounging on street with beer, wine bottles; clothes strewn about. When checking out was informed that breakfast was not included. Stayed in five different hotels on this trip, this was the only one where we were required to pay for breakfast. Lots of other options near the train station. Don’t pick this one.

Great location for visiting Pisa tower, city and university. All are within walking distance. Shower is great. Breakfast is okay for the money. The only thing we do not like is that the room key is attached with a heavy metal plate. When we leave the hotel for sightseeing, we have to leave the key to the counter. When we return, we have to collect it from the person on duty. It works like what we saw in the old movies.

It’s right by the station and a mere 20 minute flat walk from the airport so forget paying for the PisaMover. Location is good for everything, the Tower is a nice 20 min flat walk down the main shopping street, plenty of places to eat around you and is clean and tidy. We had a nice comfy bed, good air con and a decent breakfast. Staff nice and helpful in any interactions and a good price. Av erfarenhet vet vi att det är svårt att få tag på taxi på natten i Pisa, då är det bra att ha möjlighet att kunna gå till hotellet. 15 min promenad från flygplatsen, 2 min promenad från centralstationen. Rummet var rent men litet. Frukosten var riktigt tråkig. Kaffet var bedrövligt.

Okay stay. The girls on the reception were brilliant very helpful and friendly. We had to change rooms because of an issue in our room and the second room was no comparison to the first one we were given much better. Breakfast was a very nice continental breakfast

Great hotel, staff are amazing, Could do with just a few touches and it would be perfect. Bed was extremely hard and no Tea, Coffee, Milk & Sugar in the room. Just a kettle that makes you want all the previous.

Really near to the train station and only a short distance from Pisa's main street this is an excellent place to stay. The room was good and in the very hot weather the air con was super. Plenty of variety for breakfast. Nothing not to like.
