The staff was very friendly, and the location was easy to get to. The bathroom needed a deep cleaning (grout deteriorated, baseboards dirty), but otherwise decent. Amenities were what I expected from this chain. This hotel was implementing a new check-in system that required guests to scan their ID into a kiosk to be verified by an attendant. This alone will make me never stay here again.

Only one chair so hubby and I took turns sitting, not even a hook high enough to hang a suit or a long gown, bathroom door was damaged at the bottom, lighting was terrible and no coffeemaker. Staff was great and room was clean but far from comfortable.
