Avery, the night shift person, was so welcoming and took incredible care of us! Pet friendly (though there's a $75 pet fee not listed on hotels.com), VERY quiet (we even had a room next to the elevators and slept great, and I'm a light sleeper), super clean and comfortable rooms, solid breakfast (free). Will absolutely be staying at another Tru in the future!

The Stay was absolutely Great ! Smoking areas were Nice and Comfortable ! My 5 Year Old Loved the connect 4 game with the big Donuts ! BUT THE PARKING WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST 🗣️ THERE WERE NO PARKING SPACES AT ALL ONCE WE ARRIVED ! SOME OF THE GUEST HAD BIG U-HAUL TRUCKS TAKING UP 10 parking spaces at 1 time ! BIG TRUCK WITH FLATBED TRAILERS! It Was just HORRIBLE WHEN IT CAME TO FINDING A PARKING SPOT !! Shower Pressure Not that Great but Workable !

Very nice, clean, modern, would go here again! Fun for my 14 year old- pool table and games. Love that they are pet friendly, felt the $75 pet fee was a bit high, usually this is $50.

Location is right off I95. Everything was very clean. Many travelers had dogs with them. Decent free breakfast to get us started the next morning. Rooms were a little small but serve the purpose. Pool table a bonus. Free coffee and water bottle station. Would definitely stay again.

We make this trip Florida to Delaware at least 4 times a year. We always stay at this hotel because its at our halfway point and very convenient. Our dogs travel with us and this hotel is pet friendly. The only inconvenience we had was there was no microwave in our room. We require a microwave because of our dietary needs. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

All I could smell was urine on the second floor, hotel would not accommodate the inconvenience. They placed me in a handicap accessible room that I did not book. They will place you wherever they feel fits, contrary to your reservation. I will never stay in this property again. The room was cramp and no storage available. Had to live outside of a suitcase. The staff was excellent. The room itself was clean. It probably would have been a better experience had I received the proper room I booked minus the smell of urine

Check in easy. Friendly staff and rooms clean… what I did not like was the smell in our room… it must be what they use to wash the sheets… bleach and something else. Very nasty… I brought my own pillow and now I can’t get the smell out of it!…… this was our third time staying at this hotel and it never smelled like this before, but it was our last.

Check-in was easy, the lady at the front desk was nice/personable. The hotel was nice upon check-in/clean. I stopped overnight during a drive from NY to FL and paid a little extra for peace of mind and a clean room. Slept great. Woke up and there was a cockroach at the foot of the bed (on the floor). I was in a room on the 4th floor. I advised the lady at checkout (different lady) when she asked me how my stay was and I told her I woke up to a cockroach at the foot of my bed and she said she'd put it in the file- whatever that means. If I wanted roaches, I would have saved money and stayed elsewhere. You all can do better.

Hotel had a weird smell , room smelled like cigarettes, had to request to get room changed and front desk lady was not inviting, had an attitude and didnt want to touch my ID for check in. Not going back.

Tru has very compact rooms. There are no closets, only hooks. But the rooms do have everything you need - a desk with chair, a side chair (our side chair was very dirty - the only dirty thing in the room), a comfy bed, a nice bathroom with clean shower, a TV, and a refrigerator. The staff was great. We had the room across the elevator and were worried initially but did not hear the noise in our room. The downstairs lobby is really nice.

The room and bathroom were clean and tidy, which I appreciated. However, I did have a couple of challenges during my stay. The bed sheets were quite wrinkled, which made it difficult to feel sure they were freshly changed. The AC unit was also a bit noisy at night, so it was hard to get a restful sleep. In addition, the room felt quite humid. With a few improvements in these areas, the stay could be much more comfortable. The staff were kind, and I believe with some small adjustments this hotel could offer a very pleasant experience.

Very clean with a lobby and look designed to appeal to Gen Xers. As an old geezer my issues were tjat the uncarpetes floors resulted in hearing the clomping of the upstairs guests late at night. Fortunately, my sound machine drowned that noise out at full volume. However , just before 6am the next morning the hotel alarm clock went off. The cleaning crew should make sure alarms are off. If you are not sensitive to noise, its a nice, clean hotel with a fun environment.

I needed to find a hotel for the night after a long drive. This hotel was convenient to get on and off the highway. It was very clean and comfortable. My only issue was that the walls are super thin. I could hear conversations the people were having in the next room.

This is my second time staying here. This time there were dogs 2 doors from me. To be clear, i love all animals but when you're relaxing and dogs are barking outside your door then my rest is interrupted. My fault though. Since i didn’t see any on my last visit i wasn't aware. 2nd problem: from the time walked in my room the phone rang. I answered the 1st couple of times with no response. After the 3rd time, i called the front desk, only to be told, they have no way of knowing why it's ringing and didn’t offer any solutions. So after about 5 more rings, unplugged it. As soon we woke up, we plugged it back in and within 3 minutes, it rang again. This was very very bothersome. If it weren't for these 2 things, i would have given 5s all the way.

Cold shower, spoke to the front desk. They admitted they were having trouble w the hot water, so they knowingly rented the room w no hot water. Because i booked with third-party they wouldn't refund the room. They said they would credit rewards points to my account but three days later and sill haven't received an email regarding this incident

Marquita, the front desk attendant, was exceptional. Her warm greetings welcomed us each time we entered. The entire team was amiable and accommodating. Additionally, the breakfast served was truly delectable.

The surrounding area seemed dated and run down. The hotel however was PERFECT!! Clean, amazing staff, very accommodating, excellent breakfast; DEFINITELY worth the money, and was inexpensive!! Would stay again and will search these on future trips!!

Good overnight stop between Florida and a family wedding in Maryland. Just off the I-95 exit. Hotel is clean and quiet. staff is friendly. Lobby is inviting. Breakfast was good. Stayed here twice on our recent trip. The only negative, which is no fault of the hotel, is the number of homeless people in the area. Not on the property itself but near the couple of chain restaurants just down the street.

This was a 1-night stop on the way home from the Keys. The hotel appears to be very new, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff provided us with water bottles and a snack at check-in. A full hot breakfast was included as well as 24-hour coffee/tea. We had a good dinner at the Ruby Tuesdays just down the road. We will definitely return to this hotel on our next trip.

The staff were friendly and the room was quiet and clean. The breakfast, on the other hand? We set down at 0830 and there was nothing left. When I say “nothing,” I mean, even the orange juice ran out. No pancakes, no eggs (scrambled or hard boiled), sausage and bacon? Gone. Everything was eaten and no one replenished it. We waited about thirty minutes, then left. For a hotel that charges about 40 dollars a night higher than average, it was disappointing.

Great stay at the Tru by Hilton Fayetteville I-95, NC. Staff was courteous, room was spotless, air conditioning was good. Only thing I would say needs improvement is their making sure their complimentary breakfast is replenished when items run out. At 9:15 am, a couple of the breakfast items had been depleted.
