Great night's stay. No issues, clean, friendly and a great breakfast. Gym facilities were ideal for me.

The room I was in had been redone since last time I stayed, and I love the choice of interior design. Cool beige, gold and white. The bed was sumptuous and comfy. Smart to move the drawers out of the cupboard, the old ones were not a good fit! The pool and spa are always a good start to the day!

Air con didn’t work well. Shower was broken and staff made fun of my name.

Highly disappointing – not a luxury experience. hotel markets itself as an upmarket luxury spa resort, but the reality falls far short. I paid £140 per night for a room that was incredibly tired, featuring a burnt carpet, no mini-fridge, and barely any toiletries. The service was equally disappointing. I arrived at 20:30 on Friday after a long workday, looking forward to using the facilities, only to find the spa closed. No one advised me that booking was required. When I returned on Saturday at 19:15 hoping for a quick 45-minute session, I was turned away—only to find out they also charge hotel guests an extra £10 per hour just to use the facilities. To make matters worse, the staff were snotty and unwelcoming. I felt judged and mistreated simply because I booked a standard room and declined their paid upgrade. I honestly would have had a better experience booking a Travelodge and using ClassPass for a local pool and sauna. Save your time, money, and dignity.
