I'll only stay here if i have no other choice. Fridge was very small, cable channels were basic, restroom door didnt have a lock,breakfast was mediocre. Room was clean,smelled clean. Pool was so cold and no towels. I enjoyed the HOT coffee in lobby.

Breakfast was good. Housekeeping was good. Hotel is a little dated. Parking lot isn’t secure. The first night we stayed when we walked our dog in the morning someone’s vehicle had the wheels and tires stolen off of it- all four of them.

We loved the suite, it gave us plenty of room. We never had a problem with noise, and it was convenient to have the doors in the middle of the building to bring luggage in. The staff was always polite and helpful. We wish the pool was heated, and they had a few more breakfast options. But overall a great stay

It was a good stay... The computer in the lobby was slow, they need an I.T Person to clean them every so often, so they stay virus free and speed stay consistence. the gym was small with not much to offer. 3 people and it would be packed. But it was a nice stay! I definitely would stay again.

Issue with bad odor- gas or sulfur in room. For 3 days got sick and red scatchy eyes. Reported to hotel. Suite away from bar next door is spacious. But bad stay this time. It had rained and they had buckets everywhere catching rain. They apparently need to replace room and equipment that runs the building.

I really enjoyed how close to the freeway it was, and surprisingly it was very quiet. I liked that the parking lot was gated. The ladies at the front desk were super helpful.

The hotel is clean, rooms well kept and serviced daily which was a surprise. Decent hot breakfast, great when they had biscuits and gravy. I've stayed there twice this month, 3 to 4 days each time. The price was very good, and I wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

This place has great staff and breakfast. But i was not impressed with the cleanliness of the room or even the elevator and elevator entrance. The dining area was well kept as well as the bedding but the room was not well kept surprisingly.

My room reeked of mold and mildew, you could tell housekeeping turned the AC on to try masking the smell. The first night we fell asleep with the TV on, the second night when I turned all the lights and tv off, I realized I hadn’t taken my meds for the evening and turned the light back on, roaches were crawling all over the place. The lobby looks nice, but I would definitely try to stay somewhere else if you can find better options. This was my second time staying with them. The mildew smell happened the first time as well.

This was a horrible experience for my family and I. I also select amazing hotels when traveling and this one disappointed us. 😔First day checking in, we were assign our room the room smell straight pee, it was so strong I couldn’t take the smell. It had to be the mattress on the sofa bed. Walked in the bathroom to check out that area since it’s right when you getting in the room thought the pee smell was coming from there. But it wasn’t. A roach was in the bathroom. So I go to the front desk and notify the receptionist that I would like another room or a refund so I can stay at another hotel. She spoke with the manager and came came back and stated we can spray the room down. The manager will go check the room, I said she can go check but I wouldn’t be here making a complaint if it wasn’t true. The next room didn’t smell good or bad. Never clean our room any day. We had to keep calling everyday for towels. I spoke with the manager about cleaning the room and said I’ll make sure the room gets clean. The housekeeper usually comes around 9. No housekeeper still. The front desk then tells my daughter I have to call down and let them know the best time to come. When we leave around 11:46 housekeeper will come is across the hall. I said, can you clean the room once you complete that one. When coming back to the hotel room still not clean.Location It was 20 minutes from downtown. Food locations were in driving distance. Pool/breakfast was ok Please don’t stay at this location

After showering I went to put my socks on and there was a flea on one of my toes. Within a minute later I saw a cockroach run across the floor. Double Yuck! I reported it to the attendant while checking out, I hope they actually get an extermination to treat the room. Room #302.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Reviews were inaccurate. Was disappointed with our stay. Saw a bunch of stray hairs on the bathroom floor. Needs renovation. Room looks old. The room thermostat was very faulty. Went into heater mode automatically a couple times. They were also very strict with having extra linens or towels. I have never had this issue in any hotel before. They refused to provide any extra sheets or blankets.

Do not stay at this hotel if you want a good nights sleep. Although the hotel facilities are new the noise from the road is horrendous. It's so loud you think you have the windows wide open when in fact the windows are closed. And it doesn't stop. The road noise goes on all night so you have disruped sleep. Such a shame.

The room itself was fairly quiet and the bed was comfortable. The bar/restaurant next-door had great hamburgers. The daily breakfast was good and warm—a variety was available. Only negative note: I tend to like the shower stream really hot and the best that could be done was lukewarm. Otherwise, no complaints. :-)

Upon arrival Adriana was wonderful. She was very nice and welcoming. The room was nice and clean. I felt very comfortable and had a wonderful night stay. Mia in the morning as I checked out was also warm and inviting. I can not speak about the complimentary breakfast, as I slept through, however there was coffee in the room. Possible suggestion to maybe add 1-2 bottle of water to the coffee area for drinking or making coffee. But overall my stay was very pleasant and would definitely return!

One of the better hotel experiences I've encountered in awhile, especially for the price. Front desk personnel was professional and courteous, and even called before I arrived to clarify and refund an overcharge. Room was clean and comfortable, and hotel was very conveniently located. Will make certain to stay again when in the area.

This hotel has tried to rip me off. I just had a charge to my credit card that I made the security deposit with for $370. There were no damages to the room whatsoever upon checkout and I was told that the hundred dollar security deposit would be credited back to the credit card But not only was it not credited back. They tried to charge me an extra $370 and they cannot tell me why seems like a fraudulent charge to me because they cannot provide me with any information or evidence on something being damaged.

Staff was extremely rude Yessicanhad terrible customer service . She was rude to my son , she was rude to me when it was time to check out and she overcharged me . I will never stay here again ! I had to change rooms because the first room was making me sick and the second room was full of dust and I got sick with sinus pressure headache .

When we checked in the front desk clerk was frustrating. We had just made a 5 hour drive with a baby. When we got out to check in she asked if the baby would be staying with us in the room to which we replied yes. Then she said well your reservation is only for two children and two adults. You will need to book a second room. Our baby co-sleeps. She didnt need her own bed. Our two other children are also not old rnough to be in a room alone. We explained that as well. She didn't care and told us inprder to keep our reservation we would need to book a second room. This is our family vacation, coming off a 5 hour drive just to get here with small children and a baby! The last thing we wanted to dp was load them all back up and go through the hassle of finding a new hotel last minute. We paid the extra 300.00 plus tax and fees for the 2nd room. The breakfast ladies were so sweet! Unfortunately, the pancake machine while neat gave super flat pancakes there was only one machine so there was a constant line. The eggs were watery and grainy n there was no bacon or potatoesn nor sausage. The cereal was stale. The breakfast was just bad.

The room was clean, cold and quiet! I’ll definitely be back to for another stay. Easy location to find and right next door to a local bar/pub and across the street from a Waffle House… best of both worlds. But breakfast can be included in your stay if you choose.

Service is excellent. Staff is great. Location is horrible. It’s under the bridge. Traffic noise is so loud. You cannot hear yourself. Think as well all night people racing their vehicles under the bridge.

As a frequent traveler, I am well acquainted with the different type of breakfast that is included with the room reservation in the various hottel chains. Your bfast is not in the top 5. Power eggs is not very appetizing. Tortillas can not be served cold. The bread and pastry were not fresh. Person in charge of the bfast is not friendly.

Nice staff . Clean nice rooms. I came in from a 17 hour drive so it was a nice welcoming . My only suggestion is to replace the pancake maker for the complementary breakfast with a waffle maker. The pancakes were good but I had to wait awhile for them
